本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗痛风的中药组合物。
背景技术
痛风是一种由于嘌呤生物合成代谢增加，尿酸产生过多或因尿酸排泄不良而致血中尿酸升高，尿酸盐结晶沉积在关节滑膜、滑囊、软骨及其他组织中引起的反复发作性炎性疾病。其临床特征为：高尿酸血症及尿酸盐结晶、沉积所致的特征性急性关节炎、痛风石、间质性肾炎，严重者见关节畸形及功能障碍，常伴尿酸性尿路结石。随着经济发展和生活方式改变，其患病率逐渐上升。现代医学上治疗痛风的药物主要有秋水仙碱、非类固醇抗炎药等药物，但是上述药物对人体具有副作用，如恶心、呕吐、腹泻等。
中医认为，痛风的病因是由于体虚气血不足，职虚无以卫外而致风寒湿邪入侵，造成血停为淤，湿凝为痰，痰瘀互结，闭阻经络，滞于肌肉关节，而致关节肿痛红热、皮下结节而成。
根据中医理论，针对痛风的发病机理，以除湿解毒、消瘀通络为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，其中男35例，女15例，年龄20～60岁。
二、诊断标准：参照中华人民共和国中医药行业标准《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中痛风的诊断标准：
1、多以单个趾指关节，卒然红肿疼痛，逐渐痛剧如虎咬，昼轻夜甚，反复发作；可伴发热，头痛等症；
2、多见于中老年男子，可有痛风家族史；常因劳累，暴饮暴食，吃高嘌呤食物，饮酒及外感风寒等诱发；
3、初起可单关节发病，以第一跖趾关节为多见；继则足踝、跟、手指和其他小关节，出现红肿热痛，甚则关节腔可渗液；反复发作后，可伴有关节周围及耳廓、耳轮及趾、指骨间出现“块瘰”（痛风石）；
4、血尿酸、尿尿酸增高；发作期白细胞总数可增高；
5、必要时作肾B超探测、尿常规、肾功能等检查，以了解痛风后肾病变情况；X线摄片检查：可示软骨缘邻近关节的骨质有不整齐的穿凿样圆形缺损。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状消失，实验室检查正常；
2、好转：关节肿胀消减，疼痛缓解，实验室检查有改善；
3、未愈：症状及实验室检查无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-15个疗程，治愈24例，好转20例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：高某，男，39岁。患者自述：大量饮酒后突发生左足背、大拇指肿痛，难以入睡，局部灼热红肿。服用消炎阵痛药后疼痛缓解。再次饮酒即易发作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，红肿疼痛症状消失，行走自如，无跛行。为巩固疗效继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：曲某，女，54岁。自述：初起时右足第一跖趾关节突发剧烈疼痛、肿胀,伴局部皮肤发红、发热，服用止痛药症状的所缓解。停药后症状反复发作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，关节疼痛显著减轻，可以基本正常行走。续服3个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：薏苡仁10-30份，白茅根10-20份，石韦5-15份，透骨草10-20份，锁阳10-20份，穿山甲5-15份，狗脊10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，淫羊藿10-20份，蜂房5-15份，络石藤10-20份，桂枝10-20份，夏天无5-15份，海风藤10-20份，绞股蓝10-20份，独活5-15份，骨碎补10-20份，虎杖10-20份，昆布5-15份，寻骨风10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：薏苡仁20份，白茅根15份，石韦10份，透骨草15份，锁阳15份，穿山甲10份，狗脊15份，鸡血藤15份，淫羊藿15份，蜂房10份，络石藤15份，桂枝15份，夏天无10份，海风藤15份，绞股蓝15份，独活10份，骨碎补15份，虎杖15份，昆布10份，寻骨风15份，甘草10份。
