Abstract

本发明公开了一种防晒霜及其制备工艺，由葡萄柚、芦荟叶、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、氧化锌、二氧化钛、甘油、丙二醇、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯、乳油木果脂、熊果素、燕麦、葡萄、积雪草、红花籽油、猕猴桃提取物、海带提取物、蓝莓提取物、胡萝卜提取物、绿茶提取物、芝麻油、苹果萃取物、薰衣草、金缕梅、荷荷巴油、二硬脂基二甲基胺锂皂石、腺苷、醋酸盐维他命E、诺丽果提取物、香精组成；其制备工艺，包括以下步骤：（1）水相和油相的搅拌及加热；（2）恒温混合搅拌；（3）加入氮酮；（4）抽真空；（5）加香精及搅拌均匀。本发明的产品为物理防晒，对皮肤负担比较小，更适合易过敏人群使用。而且，可以长时间反射紫外线，保护皮肤。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤用品，尤其涉及一种防晒霜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
市面常见的防晒霜多为化学防晒，其机理是化学物质与细胞结合，达到吸收某部分波长的紫外线，从而达到防晒效果。但需要涂抹20分钟后才能发挥作用，而且化学成分致敏的几率很高。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足，提供了一种防晒霜及其制备工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现：一种防晒霜，按质量百分比计，由以下原料组成：葡萄柚0.5%-5%；芦荟叶0.1%-2%；甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1%-15%；氧化锌0.5%-10%；二氧化钛0.5%-10%；甘油1%-15%；丙二醇1%-15%；失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯1%-15%；异壬酸异壬酯1%-15%；乳油木果脂0.5%-10%；熊果素0.1%-2%；燕麦0.1%-2%；葡萄0.1%-2%；积雪草0.1%-2%；红花籽油0.1%-2%；猕猴桃提取物0.1%-2%；海带提取物0.1%-2%；蓝莓提取物0.1%-2%；胡萝卜提取物0.1%-2%；绿茶提取物0.1%-2%；芝麻油0.1%-2%；苹果萃取物0.1%-2%；薰衣草0.1%-2%；金缕梅0.1%-2%；荷荷巴油0.1%-2%；二硬脂基二甲基胺锂皂石0.1%-2%；腺苷0.1%-2%；醋酸盐维他命E0.1%-2%；诺丽果提取物1%-15%；香精0.1%-2%。
一种防晒霜的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
（1）水相和油相的搅拌及加热：在搅拌条件下将水相和油相分别加热到90摄氏度；
所述水相包含葡萄柚；芦荟叶；丙二醇；熊果素；燕麦；葡萄；积雪草；猕猴桃提取物；海带提取物；蓝莓提取物；胡萝卜提取物；绿茶提取物；苹果萃取物；薰衣草；金缕梅；腺苷；诺丽果提取物；
所述油相包含甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、氧化锌、二氧化钛、甘油、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯、乳油木果脂、红花籽油、芝麻油、荷荷巴油、二硬脂基二甲基胺锂皂石、醋酸盐维他命E、香精；
（2）恒温混合搅拌：当二者呈均相后，先将水相加入搅拌锅内，恒温在85摄氏度左右，开动磁力加热搅拌器，控制搅拌速率为1000r/min，缓慢加入油相，反应15min～20min，停止加热；
（3）加入氮酮：待温度降到85摄氏度以下，加入氮酮，保温反应30min；
（4）抽真空：加入氮酮后继续自然降温，温度降至55摄氏度～65摄氏度时启动真空泵，抽真空脱气；
（5）加香精及搅拌均匀：待温度降到45摄氏度～55摄氏度时加入香精，充分搅拌即可。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是：本发明的产品为物理防晒，对皮肤负担比较小，更适合易过敏人群使用。而且，可以长时间反射紫外线，保护皮肤。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
本发明的一种防晒霜，按质量百分比计，由以下原料组成：葡萄柚0.5%-5%；芦荟叶0.1%-2%；甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1%-15%；氧化锌0.5%-10%；二氧化钛0.5%-10%；甘油1%-15%；丙二醇1%-15%；失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯1%-15%；异壬酸异壬酯1%-15%；乳油木果脂0.5%-10%；熊果素0.1%-2%；燕麦0.1%-2%；葡萄0.1%-2%；积雪草0.1%-2%；红花籽油0.1%-2%；猕猴桃提取物0.1%-2%；海带提取物0.1%-2%；蓝莓提取物0.1%-2%；胡萝卜提取物0.1%-2%；绿茶提取物0.1%-2%；芝麻油0.1%-2%；苹果萃取物0.1%-2%；薰衣草0.1%-2%；金缕梅0.1%-2%；荷荷巴油0.1%-2%；二硬脂基二甲基胺锂皂石0.1%-2%；腺苷0.1%-2%；醋酸盐维他命E0.1%-2%；诺丽果提取物1%-15%；香精0.1%-2%。
一种防晒霜的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
（1）水相和油相的搅拌及加热：在搅拌条件下将水相和油相分别加热到90摄氏度；

（2）恒温混合搅拌：当二者呈均相后，先将水相加入搅拌锅内，恒温在85摄氏度左右，开动磁力加热搅拌器，控制搅拌速率为1000r/min，缓慢加入油相，反应15min～20min，停止加热；
（3）加入氮酮：待温度降到85摄氏度以下，加入氮酮，保温反应30min；
（4）抽真空：加入氮酮后继续自然降温，温度降至55摄氏度～65摄氏度时启动真空泵，抽真空脱气；

1.一种防晒霜，其特征在于：按质量百分比计，由以下原料组成：葡萄柚0.5%-5%；芦荟叶0.1%-2%；甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯1%-15%；氧化锌0.5%-10%；二氧化钛0.5%-10%；甘油1%-15%；丙二醇1%-15%；失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯1%-15%；异壬酸异壬酯1%-15%；乳油木果脂0.5%-10%；熊果素0.1%-2%；燕麦0.1%-2%；葡萄0.1%-2%；积雪草0.1%-2%；红花籽油0.1%-2%；猕猴桃提取物0.1%-2%；海带提取物0.1%-2%；蓝莓提取物0.1%-2%；胡萝卜提取物0.1%-2%；绿茶提取物0.1%-2%；芝麻油0.1%-2%；苹果萃取物0.1%-2%；薰衣草0.1%-2%；金缕梅0.1%-2%；荷荷巴油0.1%-2%；二硬脂基二甲基胺锂皂石0.1%-2%；腺苷0.1%-2%；醋酸盐维他命E0.1%-2%；诺丽果提取物1%-15%；香精0.1%-2%。
2.一种防晒霜的制备工艺，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
（1）水相和油相的搅拌及加热：在搅拌条件下将水相和油相分别加热到90摄氏度；
所述水相包含葡萄柚；芦荟叶；丙二醇；熊果素；燕麦；葡萄；积雪草；猕猴桃提取物；海带提取物；蓝莓提取物；胡萝卜提取物；绿茶提取物；苹果萃取物；薰衣草；金缕梅；腺苷；诺丽果提取物；
所述油相包含甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、氧化锌、二氧化钛、甘油、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯、乳油木果脂、红花籽油、芝麻油、荷荷巴油、二硬脂基二甲基胺锂皂石、醋酸盐维他命E、香精；
（2）恒温混合搅拌：当二者呈均相后，先将水相加入搅拌锅内，恒温在85摄氏度左右，开动磁力加热搅拌器，控制搅拌速率为1000r/min，缓慢加入油相，反应15min～20min，停止加热；
