Description

盖罩以及制造盖罩的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种盖罩和一种制造盖罩的方法。
背景技术
大多数家具和机动车辆座椅,尤其是座椅部件,如座椅部分和靠背、扶手和头枕通常由模制泡沫制成,例如,聚氨酯泡沫垫或部件。泡沫模制过程之后,部件被包裹在预先切好的且预先缝制的织物盖罩中。
可替选地,座位部件通过所谓的“就地浇注”法(也称为织物内泡沫或盖罩内泡沫方法)制造。就地浇注法涉及将聚氨酯泡沫反应物以液态形式浇注到预成形盖罩上,然后,使泡沫膨胀并固化以形成原位发泡模制部件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于车辆内部组件的具有改进的柔软触感表面的盖罩。
该目的通过根据权利要求1所述的盖罩和根据权利要求8所述的用于制造所述盖罩的方法来实现。
根据本发明,用于车辆内部组件的盖罩包括外部盖罩元件以及联结到盖罩元件的后部阻挡件,其中,后部阻挡件由非编织塑料纤维材料形成。非编织塑料纤维材料由无规设置的塑料原纤维制成。
使用非编织塑料纤维材料作为外部盖罩元件的后部阻挡件允许实现对于用户的改进柔软触感和良好感觉。此外,包括非编织塑料纤维材料的这种盖罩比已知的缝合装饰盖罩便宜约15%。此外,与已知的盖罩相比,盖罩的硬点和橘皮皱减少。

盖罩元件形成为箔或乙烯树脂并且由塑料制成,例如即是人造革的聚氯乙烯(简称PVC或PVC乙烯树脂)或即是纺织布料的织物,。可替选地,塑料盖罩元件由热塑性聚氨酯(简称TPU或TPU乙烯树脂)、聚烯烃弹性体(简称TPO或TPO乙烯树脂)或聚氨酯(简称PU或PU乙烯树脂)制成。
根据实施例,后部阻挡件由非编织塑料纤维材料制成,非编织塑料纤维材料的每给定单位面积的重量介于30g/m2至350g/m2之间。
在另一实施例中,后部阻挡件直接联结到盖罩元件并且由每给定单位面积的重量介于50g/m2至350g/m2之间的非编织塑料纤维材料形成。使用常规的测量装置测量1米×1米单位的纤维层的重量,测量装置例如是电子天平或称重机。
在可替选实施例中,盖罩还包括联结到外部盖罩元件的支撑层以及联结到支撑层的泡沫层,其中后部阻挡件联结到泡沫层。
支撑层是盖罩元件的后网,并为盖罩元件提供缝合阻力。支撑层可以由例如棉的织物或例如聚酯纤维(PES)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维(PET)或聚酰胺纤维(PA)的塑料纤维形成。纤维是针织、机织或经织的。
泡沫层是层压部且由聚氨酯泡沫(PU泡沫)制成,并且为最终盖罩提供柔软触感。可选地,在泡沫层和后部阻挡件之间提供胶水以将它们粘合。胶水可以以聚氨酯粘合剂或丙烯酸粘剂为基础。
根据该可替选实施例,后部阻挡件由给定单位面积的重量介于30g/m2至150g/m2之间的非编织塑料纤维材料形成。此外,泡沫层由密度大于15g/m3的泡沫形成。更具体地说,该可替选实施例涉及一种具有外部盖罩元件和泡沫芯并具有通过就地浇注技术形成的非编织后部阻挡件的盖罩,所述泡沫芯优选为聚氨酯泡沫芯,更优选为柔性聚氨酯泡沫芯。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造盖罩的改进方法,特别是用于制造具有至少一个外部盖罩元件和后部阻挡件的就地浇注盖罩,其中,提供了用于就地浇注技术的成形模具,其中,外部盖罩元件被定位在成形模具中、成形模具闭合、将非编织塑料纤维材料,特别是塑料纤维材料施用到成形模具以充分反应以形成后部阻挡件并将后部阻挡件联结到外部盖罩元件,由此形成盖罩。随后,将成形盖罩从成形模具中移除。
本发明的特征还在于一种用于车辆的内部组件的盖罩,其包括外部盖罩元件和至少形成为联结到盖罩元件的后部阻挡件的后部涂层,其中,后部阻挡件由编织的,特别是疏水性塑料纤维材料形成。当与已知的层压方案相比,由具有高表面张力的编织塑料纤维材料形成的这种后部涂层带来了优点。
本发明的构思是使用疏水性或防水抗渗材料作为后部层来构成用于形成新浇注盖罩的基材(如织物、乙烯树脂或皮革)。通过在施用疏水性材料之前将层压泡沫添加到基材上而形成了新盖罩,该新盖罩将被切割并缝合以制造装饰盖罩,该装饰盖罩将被浇注有例如泡沫材料或其他化学物质来模制头枕或扶手。
目前已知的作为盖罩的后部涂层的基材层具有透气性控制,其目的是使得诸如“硬点”和“橘皮皱”缺陷的缺陷最小化,。由于化学物质在浇注过程的初始状态下是液态的所以“空气透气性”特性不能阻止基材对化学物质的“吸收”,并且根据基材层的表面张力,该结果不足以避免化学物质的“毛细管”穿透,从而导致了不合格部件和废弃物。使用疏水性或防水抗渗材料作为后部涂层或基材的后部层提供了阻挡件,该阻挡件由于后部阻挡件将不允许液体材料渗透到后部涂层和盖罩元件的层压泡沫单元内部而避免了这些不希望的副作用。
换言之:作为后部阻挡件的疏水性材料(类似于用于形成尿布或医用口罩的疏水性材料)用于防止流体材料的流动或迁移,流体材料用于配制浇注材料,该浇注材料通常是异氰酸盐和多元醇加添加剂的混合物,例如,聚氨酯。
在一个可行的实施例中,后部涂层配置成多层涂层。特别地,后部涂层联结到外部盖罩元件。
在另一个实施例中,后部阻挡件由非编织塑料纤维材料制成,该非编织塑料纤维材料的每给定单位面积的重量介于10g/m2至350g/m2之间,特别是介于30g/m2至350g/m2或50g/m2至350g/m2之间。
在某些实施例中,后部阻挡件由编织塑料纤维材料制成,该编织塑料纤维材料的每给定单位面积的重量介于10g/m2至70g/m2之间。该编织材料可靠的成为防止浇筑材料迁移的阻挡件。
在另一实施例中,后部阻挡件由疏水性塑料材料制成,特别是由以下物质中的至少一种:聚丙烯、聚氨酯和聚酰胺或异氰酸酯和多元醇加添加剂的混合物。编织材料必须被制造成具有“高表面张力”以便“疏水”。
在一些实施例中,后部阻挡件由800mm水柱以上,特别是1500mm高水柱以上的高表面张力的塑料材料制成。高表面张力率在DIN ISO 9073-16中定义和描述。
后部阻挡件通过加热,特别是通过“燃烧”过程、熔合或胶合而联结在层压泡沫上。
在一个可能的实施例中,盖罩包括由一组层形成的后部涂层,其中支撑层联结到外部盖罩元件并且后部阻挡件联结到支撑层。另外,后部涂层还可以包括泡沫层,其中,支撑层联结到外部盖罩元件,泡沫层联结到支撑层,并且后部阻挡件联结到泡沫层。
在另一实施例中,泡沫层可以由密度大于15kg/m3的泡沫形成。泡沫层具有低密度并且使诸如扶手或头枕的最终产品具有良好的感觉。密度可根据客户需求进行修改。泡沫层通过例如“燃烧”过程或“胶合”而联结到基材(乙烯、皮革或织物)的后网或者支撑层。
外部盖罩元件由塑料或织物制成。特别地,外部盖罩元件可以如上所述形成为箔、乙烯树脂、人造皮革或即是纺织布料的织物。
根据另一个实施例,后部涂层的各层与后部涂层中的另一层在至少一种扩散阻挡特性方面不同。此外,后部涂层符合并密封地接合外部盖罩元件。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造至少具有外部盖罩元件和后部涂层的就地浇注形成的盖罩的改进方法,其中,该后部涂层被用作后部阻挡件,其中提供用于就地浇注技术的成形模具、将外部盖罩元件定位在成形模具中、将成形模具闭合、将塑料纤维材料施用到成形模具上以充分反应以形成后部阻挡件并将后部阻挡件联结到外部盖罩元件,从而形成盖罩,其中,随后,将成形盖罩从成形模具移除。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于通过所谓就地浇注法(PIP法)制造盖罩2的模具1。
模具1至少包括成形腔体1.1以形成盖罩2以及入口1.2以用于施用原材料而在腔体1.1中形成盖罩2。
盖罩2包括至少外部盖罩元件2.1,该外部盖罩元件2.1可以是由后部涂层B支承的织物或塑料。后部涂层B配置为后部阻挡件2.2的薄层。可替选地,后部涂层B可以配置为图3、6、7所示的多层涂层。
后部阻挡件2.2由非编织或编织塑料纤维材料,特别是由非编织或编织塑料原纤维材料制成。后部阻挡件2.2可以包括增强纤维。特别地,非编织塑料纤维材料由随机设置的塑料原纤维制成。编织塑料纤维/织物由编织的塑料原纤维制成。
外部盖罩元件2.1由织物(例如纺织布料)或塑料(例如PVC塑料、颗粒状TPO或颗粒状TPU)制成,该织物或塑料定位在腔体1.1中。
随后,后部阻挡件2.2的非编织塑料纤维材料通过入口1.2被施用到腔体1.1中。通过所谓的PIP方法施用的这种非编织阻挡件材料允许改进盖罩2的柔软触摸表面并且非常经济有效。此外,与已知的盖罩相比,盖罩2的硬点和橘皮皱减少。
盖罩2例如是制造用于车辆的内部组件(未进一步示出),其中内部组件例如是头枕或扶手3(见图9)。盖罩2是头枕装饰盖罩或扶手装饰盖罩。
详细地说,外部盖罩元件2.1被定位在模具1的成形腔体1.1中。在将外部盖罩元件2.1定位在成形腔体1.1中之后,模具1闭合以将外部盖罩元件2.1保持在适当的位置。
PIP方法涉及通过模具1的入口1.2将后部阻挡件2.2的液体形式的非编织或编织塑料纤维材料注入成形腔体1.1中。因此,将非编织或编织纤维塑料材料施用到成形腔体1.1以完全反应,以形成后部阻挡件2.2并且将后部阻挡件2.2结合到外盖罩元件2.1。
非编织或编织纤维塑料材料允许通过PIP方法膨胀并固化以形成原位发泡盖罩2。
随后,可以将盖罩2作为整体部件从模具1移除。
后部阻挡件2.2例如由非编织塑料纤维材料制成,该非编织塑料纤维材料的每给定单位面积的重量介于10g/m2至350g/m2之间,特别是介于30g/m2至350g/m2或50g/m2至350g/m2之间。另外或可替选地,后部阻挡件2.2由编织塑料纤维材料制成,该编织塑料纤维材料的每给定单位面积的重量介于10g/m2至70g/m2之间。
此外,后部阻挡件2.2由疏水性塑料材料制成,特别是由聚丙烯、聚氨酯和聚酰胺中的至少一种制成。例如,后部阻挡件2.2由800mm水柱以上、特别是1500mm水柱以上的高表面张力的塑料材料制成。
图2示出了在PIP形成方法之后由外部盖罩元件2.1和后部阻挡件2.2的薄层制成的盖罩2。

可以将后部阻挡件2.2通过加热或层压方法或通过胶合工艺而联结到盖罩元件2.1。
根据该实施方式的盖罩2包括厚度介于0.3mm至2mm之间,特别是介于0.5mm至1.2mm之间的外部盖罩元件2.1,以及厚度介于0.2mm至6mm之间,尤其是介于0.5mm至5mm之间的后部阻挡件2.2。
图3示出了可替选的盖罩2,其包括盖罩元件2.1和薄层的后部阻挡件2.2。
盖罩元件2.1的厚度介于0.3mm至2mm之间,特别是介于0.5mm至1.2mm之间。
在盖罩2的所示实施例中,厚度介于0.1mm至1mm之间,特别是介于0.1mm至0.5mm之间的薄支撑层2.3设置在盖罩元件2.1的内侧并且结合至盖罩元件2.1。盖罩元件2.1由塑料、棉花或类似材料制成的支撑层2.3所支承。
厚度介于1.5mm至7mm之间,尤其是介于2mm至6mm之间的另一薄泡沫层2.4设置在支撑层2.3和结合的后部阻挡件2.2薄层之间。薄泡沫层2.4例如是层压泡沫,其通过加热方法或胶合工艺联结到支撑层2.3和后部阻挡件2.2。
此外,盖罩2可以通过PIP方法制造,其中,不同层在模具1中逐层地施用。
例如由于客户的需求,这种设置增加了机械强度或刚性。此外,泡沫层2.4由密度大于15kg/m3的泡沫形成。
为了减小包括支撑层2.3和泡沫层2.4的盖罩2的重量,后部阻挡件2.2的厚度可以由每给定单位面积的重量介于30g/m2至150g/m2之间的非编织塑料纤维材料形成为介于0.1mm到1.5mm之间,特别是介于0.1mm到1mm之间。
更具体地说,该可替选实施例涉及具有外部盖罩元件2.1和泡沫芯的盖罩2,泡沫芯优选为聚氨酯泡沫芯,更优选地为柔性聚氨酯泡沫芯。
图4示出了另一种可替选盖罩2,其包括盖罩元件2.1和薄层的后部阻挡件2.2。
盖罩元件2.1是顾客可见的表面层。此外,盖罩元件2.1可以由颗粒状PVC、颗粒状TPO、颗粒状TPU或织物制成。为了支撑盖罩元件2.1,支撑层2.3联结到盖罩元件2.1。在该实施例中,支撑层2.3可以形成为盖罩元件2.1的后部阻挡件或所谓的后网。
支撑层2.3由塑料制成,例如,聚丙烯(简称PP)、棉花、聚酯(简称PES)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(简称PET)、聚酰胺(简称PA)或其他材料。支撑层2.3的目的是为盖罩元件2.1提供缝合阻力,并且控制材料在盖罩2的盖罩元件2.1在滚动和横向方向上的伸长。此外,支撑层2.3通过针织、编织、经织和/或其他类似的方法制成。
泡沫层2.4可以由密度大于18kg/m3的泡沫形成的层压泡沫。该泡沫层2.4联结到支撑层2.3,其中,泡沫层2.3的密度与例如作为最终产品对于用户触感柔软的良好感觉相关并且可以根据客户需求进行修改。
此外,后部阻挡件2.2联结到泡沫层2.3,其中,后部阻挡件2.2由具有每给定单位面积的重量介于30kg/m2到350kg/m2之间的非编织塑料纤维材料制成。非编织塑料纤维材料提供为抑制浇注材料迁移。
在盖罩2的另一个实施例中,未示出的全涂层联结至泡沫层2.4和后部阻挡件2.2之间。全涂层例如由热塑性聚氨酯、聚烯烃弹性体或其他聚氨酯材料制成,其厚度介于0.1mm至0.7mm之间,特别是介于0.1mm至0.3mm之间。可替选地或者另外,厚度介于0.1mm至0.3mm之间的未示出胶水或粘合剂层设置在泡沫层2.4和后部阻挡件2.2之间。因此,泡沫层2.4和后部阻挡件2.2可以例如通过加热、胶合和/或层压工艺而联结在一起。胶水层由热塑性聚氨酯、聚烯烃弹性体、聚氨酯或丙烯酸材料制成。
图5示出了根据图2的由盖罩元件2.1和薄层的后部阻挡件2.2制成的盖罩2。
后部阻挡件直接联结到盖罩元件2.1并且由每给定单位面积的重量介于50g/m2到350g/m2之间的非编织塑料纤维材料形成。
更具体地说,例如由于废料的最小化,该实施例涉及比已知的缝合装饰盖罩更便宜的盖罩2。此外,废料与盖罩2的硬点和橘皮皱有关,与已知的盖罩相比,硬点和橘皮皱也得以减少。
图6至8示出了由盖罩元件2.1和配置为具有至少一个疏水性塑料层的多层涂层的可替选后部涂层B制成的另一盖罩2的示意图。
图6示出了包括外部盖罩元件2.1和联结到泡沫层2.4的后部阻挡件2.2的另一个盖罩2,该外部盖罩元件2.1具有后部涂层B,该后部涂层B具有联结到外部盖罩元件2.1的支撑层2.3。
可选地,后部涂层B还可以包括设置在支撑层2.3和后部阻挡件2.2之间并联结到支撑层2.3的泡沫层2.4(也参见图3)。
后部阻挡件2.2由每给定单位面积的重量介于10g/m2至70g/m2之间的编织塑料纤维材料制成。特别地,后部阻挡件2.2由疏水性塑料材料制成,特别是由聚丙烯、聚氨酯和聚酰胺中的至少一种制成。例如,后部阻挡件2.2由800mm水柱以上,特别是1500mm以上水柱的高表面张力的塑料材料制成。
泡沫层2.4由密度大于15kg/m3的泡沫形成。
根据本发明的另一方面,后部涂层B的各层2.2至2.3或2.2至2.4与后部涂层B中的另一层2.2至2.4在至少一个扩散阻挡特性方面不同。特别地,层2.2到2.4的高表面张力参数不同。此外,后部涂层B符合并密封地接合外部盖罩元件2.1。此外,模具1包括形成外部盖罩元件2.1的形状。
参照用于制造至少具有外部盖罩元件2.1和多层后部涂层B的就地浇注形成的盖罩2的过程,多层后部涂层B被施用到至少一组层2.2至2.3或2.2至2.4中,其中,提供有用于就地浇注技术的成形模具1(例如图1所示),其中将外部盖罩元件2.1定位于成形模具1中、将支撑层2.3施用到外部盖罩元件2.1上、将成形模具1闭合、将塑料纤维材料施用到成形模具1以充分反应,以形成后部阻挡件2.2并且将后部阻挡件2.2联结到支撑层2.3,由此形成盖罩2,其中随后,将成形盖罩2从成形模具1移除。

-外部盖罩元件(2.1);以及
-后部涂层(B),其至少形成为结合到所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)的后部阻挡件(2.2),其中,
-所述后部阻挡件(2.2)由塑料纤维材料形成。

所述后部阻挡件(2.2)由800mm水柱以上,特别是1500mm水柱以上的高表面张力的塑料材料制成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盖罩(2),其还包括:
-所述后部涂层(B)包括支撑层(2.3),其中,
-所述支撑层(2.3)结合到所述外部盖罩元件(2.1),并且
-所述后部阻挡件(2.2)结合到所述支撑层(2.3)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的盖罩(2),其还包括:
-所述后部涂层(B)还包括泡沫层(2.4),其中,
-所述支撑层(2.3)结合到所述外部盖罩元件(2.1),
-所述泡沫层(2.4)结合到所述支撑层(2.3),并且
-所述后部阻挡件(2.2)结合到所述泡沫层(2.4)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的盖罩(2),其中:
-所述泡沫层(2.4)由密度大于15kg/m3的泡沫形成。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盖罩(2),其中,
-所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)由塑料或织物制成。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盖罩(2),其中,
-所述后部涂层(B)的各层(2.2至2.4)与所述后部涂层(B)中的另一层(2.2至2.4)在至少一个扩散阻挡特性方面不同。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盖罩(2),其中,
所述后部涂层(B)符合并密封地接合所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)。
13.一种用于制造至少具有外部盖罩元件(2.1)和后部涂层(B)的就地浇注形成的盖罩(2)的方法,其中,所述后部涂层(B)用作后部阻挡件(2.2),其中,
-提供有用于就地浇注技术的成形模具(1)
-将所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)定位在所述成形模具(1)中,
-将所述成形模具(1)闭合,
-将塑料纤维材料施用到所述成形模具(1)上以完全反应,以形成后部阻挡件(2.2)并将所述后部阻挡件结合到所述外部盖罩元件(2.1),从而形成所述盖罩(2),其中,
-随后,将所形成的盖罩(2)从所述成形模具(1)移除。
14.一种用于制造至少具有外部盖罩元件(2.1)和后部涂层(B)的就地浇注形成的盖罩(2)的方法,其中,所述后部涂层(B)施用成至少一组层(2.2至2.3),其中,
-提供有用于就地浇注技术的成形模具(1),其中,
-将所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)定位在所述成形模具(1)中,
-将支撑层(2.3)施用到所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)上,
-将所述成形模具(1)闭合,

-随后,将所形成的盖罩(2)从所述成形模具(1)移除。
15.一种用于制造至少具有外部盖罩元件(2.1)和后部涂层(B)的就地浇注形成的盖罩(2)的方法,其中,所述后部涂层(B)施用成至少一组层(2.2至2.3),其中,
-提供有用于就地浇注技术的成形模具(1),其中,
-将所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)定位在所述成形模具(1)中,
-将支撑层(2.3)施用到所述外部盖罩元件(2.1)上,

-将塑料纤维材料施用到所述成形模具(1)上以充分反应,以形成后部阻挡件(2.2)并将所述后部阻挡件结合到所述泡沫层(2.4),从而形成所述盖罩(2),其中,
-随后,将所形成的盖罩(2)从所述成形模具(1)移除。
