Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚及其制造方法,一种抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚,包括上表层和下表层,所述上表层包括贴合层、第一抗菌防臭面料层,所述下表层包括第二抗菌防臭面料层和无纺布装饰层,所述贴合层和第一抗菌防臭面料层通过热压粘连成上表层,所述第二抗菌防臭面料层和无纺布装饰层通过热压粘连成下表层,所述上表层和下表层构成棚体表层,所述棚体表层内部填充有吸声填充层:采用抗菌防臭面料,可有效延长顶棚的清理更换周期,使用性能更好,设置的吸声填充材料,可以有效降低噪音,舒适性更高,设置的甲醛吸附层,可以有效吸收车内产生的甲醛,减轻对人体的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车装饰领域,特别提供了一种抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚及其制造方法。
背景技术
汽车内饰主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车方向盘套、汽车坐垫,汽车脚垫、汽车香水、汽车挂件、内部摆件、收纳箱等等都是汽车内饰产品。
汽车内饰系统是汽车车身的重要组成部分,而且内饰系统的设计工作量占到车造型设计工作量的60%以上,远超过汽车外形,是车身最重要的部分之一。每个整车厂通常都由一个庞大的汽车内饰团队,来完成与内饰相关的大量工程工作。
汽车内饰顶棚是汽车的重要组成部分,现在市场上的汽车内饰顶棚结构和功能比较单一,降噪效果差,而且不具有抗菌除臭的效果,需要定期进行清洁,整体舒适性差;因此,如何对市场上的汽车内饰顶棚进行改进,使其能克服上述缺点,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚,包括上表层和下表层,其特征在于,所述上表层包括贴合层、第一抗菌防臭面料层,所述下表层包括第二抗菌防臭面料层和无纺布装饰层,所述贴合层和第一抗菌防臭面料层通过热压粘连成上表层,所述第二抗菌防臭面料层和无纺布装饰层通过热压粘连成下表层,所述上表层和下表层构成棚体表层,所述棚体表层内部填充有吸声填充层。
作为改进:所述棚体表层中第一抗菌防臭面料层和第二抗菌防臭面料层分别位于贴合层和无纺布装饰层内侧。
作为进一步改进:所述吸声填充层与第一抗菌防臭面料层和第二抗菌防臭面料层之间设置有甲醛吸附层。
作为进一步改进:所述吸声填充层为涤纶中空短纤维层。
一种汽车内饰顶棚的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制作贴合层;
2)制作抗菌防臭面料层;
3)将贴合层和无纺布装饰层分别于抗菌防臭面料层压合连接;将抗菌防臭面料层的另一面贴合甲醛吸附层;
4)然后将贴合层与抗菌防臭面料层压合成的上表层和无纺布装饰层与抗菌防臭面料层压合成的下表层的边缘粘合;然后将吸声填充层填充到甲醛吸附层之间。
作为改进:所述步骤1)具体为:贴合层由下述重量份的原料:PU 45~60份、发泡剂2~7份、胺类催化剂1~2份、生物质壳聚糖颗粒45~60份以及氧化锌45~65份发泡成型。
作为进一步改进:所述步骤2)还包括一下步骤:
①抗菌防臭整理剂制备:将甲壳素、壳寡糖聚铵盐、沸石粉、聚乙烯蜡混合搅拌均匀,再滴加钛酸酯偶联剂,送入超微粉碎机粉碎得到粒径400~500目的抗菌防臭整理剂;
②混纺:将涤纶长丝纤维、莫代尔纤维、纳米竹炭纤维、玻璃纤维置于搅拌机中,450~600r/min转速搅拌混合15~20min后,加入纳米银离子纤维、纳米氧化锌、适量纯化水,350~400r/min转速搅拌25~30min后得到混合纤维;混合纤维自然晾干,经过粗砂、细纱、自动络筒、蒸纱、高速并线、织布处理得到混纺面料;
③整理定型:在常温下将混纺面料浸渍于抗菌防臭整理剂中35~40min,取出后自然晾干,在110~120℃烤箱环境中定型焙烤得到该抗菌防臭面料。
采用抗菌防臭面料,可有效延长顶棚的清理更换周期,使用性能更好,设置的吸声填充材料,可以有效降低噪音,舒适性更高,设置的甲醛吸附层,可以有效吸收车内产生的甲醛,减轻对人体的伤害。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:采用抗菌防臭面料,可有效延长顶棚的清理更换周期,使用性能更好,设置的吸声填充材料,可以有效降低噪音,舒适性更高,设置的甲醛吸附层,可以有效吸收车内产生的甲醛,减轻对人体的伤害。

请参阅图1本发明实施例中,一种抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚,包括上表层和下表层,其特征在于,所述上表层包括贴合层1、第一抗菌防臭面料层2,所述下表层包括第二抗菌防臭面料层4和无纺布装饰层5,所述贴合层1和第一抗菌防臭面料层2通过热压粘连成上表层,所述第二抗菌防臭面料层4和无纺布装饰层5通过热压粘连成下表层,所述上表层和下表层构成棚体表层,所述棚体表层内部填充有吸声填充层3。
所述棚体表层中第一抗菌防臭面料层2和第二抗菌防臭面料层4分别位于贴合层1和无纺布装饰层5内侧。
所述吸声填充层3与第一抗菌防臭面料层2和第二抗菌防臭面料层4之间设置有甲醛吸附层。
所述吸声填充层3为涤纶中空短纤维层。
一种汽车内饰顶棚的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制作贴合层1;
2)制作抗菌防臭面料层;
3)将贴合层1和无纺布装饰层5分别于抗菌防臭面料层压合连接;将抗菌防臭面料层的另一面贴合甲醛吸附层;
4)然后将贴合层1与抗菌防臭面料层压合成的上表层和无纺布装饰层5与抗菌防臭面料层压合成的下表层的边缘粘合;然后将吸声填充层3填充到甲醛吸附层之间。
所述步骤1)具体为:贴合层1由下述重量份的原料:PU 45~60份、发泡剂2~7份、胺类催化剂1~2份、生物质壳聚糖颗粒45~60份以及氧化锌45~65份发泡成型。
所述步骤2)还包括一下步骤:

Claims (7)
1.一种抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚,包括上表层和下表层,其特征在于,所述上表层包括贴合层(1)、第一抗菌防臭面料层(2),所述下表层包括第二抗菌防臭面料层(4)和无纺布装饰层(5),所述贴合层(1)和第一抗菌防臭面料层(2)通过热压粘连成上表层,所述第二抗菌防臭面料层(4)和无纺布装饰层(5)通过热压粘连成下表层,所述上表层和下表层构成棚体表层,所述棚体表层内部填充有吸声填充层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚,其特征在于,所述棚体表层中第一抗菌防臭面料层(2)和第二抗菌防臭面料层(4)分别位于贴合层(1)和无纺布装饰层(5)内侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚,其特征在于,所述吸声填充层(3)与第一抗菌防臭面料层(2)和第二抗菌防臭面料层(4)之间设置有甲醛吸附层。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚,其特征在于,所述吸声填充层(3)为涤纶中空短纤维层。
5.一种根据权利要求1-4任一项所述抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制作贴合层(1);
2)制作抗菌防臭面料层;
3)将贴合层(1)和无纺布装饰层(5)分别于抗菌防臭面料层压合连接;将抗菌防臭面料层的另一面贴合甲醛吸附层;
4)然后将贴合层1与抗菌防臭面料层压合成的上表层和无纺布装饰层5与抗菌防臭面料层压合成的下表层的边缘粘合;然后将吸声填充层(3)填充到甲醛吸附层之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)具体为:贴合层1由下述重量份的原料:PU 45~60份、发泡剂2~7份、胺类催化剂1~2份、生物质壳聚糖颗粒45~60份以及氧化锌45~65份发泡成型。
7.根据权利要求5所述抗菌型汽车内饰顶棚的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)还包括一下步骤:
抗菌防臭整理剂制备:将甲壳素、壳寡糖聚铵盐、沸石粉、聚乙烯蜡混合搅拌均匀,再滴加钛酸酯偶联剂,送入超微粉碎机粉碎得到粒径400~500目的抗菌防臭整理剂;
