魔芋食品不仅味道鲜美,口感宜人,而且有减肥健身、治病抗癌等功效,魔芋食品需求量大,产业自动化需求高。本发明公开了一种魔芋切丝设备用送料装置,包括电机、安装轴组件装置和切丝刀,所述下输送机对应地设置在机架上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口的下边沿,所述与下输送机对应设置的压力配合输送机与机架连接,且压力配合输送机与下输送机的相对间距可调本发明的魔芋切丝设备用送料装置,其中电机采用同步电机或调速电机,实现魔芋切削加工时魔芋的进给速度可控,对魔芋加工自动化生产进一度提供了产品质量保障,有利于魔芋制品自动化生产发展需求。

本发明涉及魔芋加工机械领域,特别是一种魔芋切丝设备用送料装置。
背景技术
魔芋是有益的碱性食品,对食用动物性酸性食品过多的人,搭配吃魔芋,可以达到食品酸、碱平衡,对人体健康有利。魔芋为天南星科魔芋属植物的泛称,主要产于东半球热带、亚热带,我国为原产地之一,四川、湖北、云南、贵州、陕西、广东、广西、台湾等省山区均有分布。魔芋种类很多,据统计全世界有260多个品种,我国有记载的为19种,其中8种为我国特有。魔芋地下块茎扁圆形,宛如大个儿莘荠,营养十分丰富,含有多种维牛袁和毛甲、磷、晒等矿物质元素,还含有人类所需要的魔芋多糖,并具有低热量、低脂肪和高纤维素的特点。
魔芋食品不仅味道鲜美,口感宜人,而且有减肥健身、治病抗癌等功效,魔芋食品需求量大,产业自动化需求高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提出了一种魔芋切丝设备用送料装置,实现魔芋切削加工时魔芋5的进给速度可控。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种魔芋切丝设备用送料装置,包括电机、安装轴组件装置和切丝刀,所述下输送机对应地设置在机架上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口的下边沿,所述与下输送机对应设置的压力配合输送机与机架连接,且压力配合输送机与下输送机的相对间距可调。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述压力配合输送机包括主动滚筒、驱动电机、第一支架、第一安装条、第二支架、从动滚筒、第二安装条和环形输送带;所述第一安装条设置在机架上,主动滚筒设置在第一支架并与对应设置的驱动电机连接,第一支架通过与第一安装条螺纹配合的螺杆配合与第一安装条连接,所述从动滚筒设置在第二支架上,且通过第一倒杆与第二安装条连接,第二安装条和第二支架之间设置有压缩弹簧,所述第二安装条与两条平行设置在机架上的支撑杆滑动连接,支撑杆设置有保持第二安装条外撑趋势的第二压缩弹簧,所述环形输送带对应地围绕主动滚筒和从动滚筒设置。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,压力配合输送机的环形输送带的夹层位置设置有隔离护板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述螺杆顶端设置有与之刚性连接的助力手轮。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述第二安装条之上设置有与第一倒杆螺纹配合的调整手轮。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述下输送机和压力配合输送机之间对应地设置有与下输送机侧壁连接的导向板。
本发明的有益效果在于:提出了一种魔芋切丝设备用送料装置,实现魔芋切削加工时魔芋5的进给速度可控,对魔芋加工自动化生产进一度提供了产品质量保障。

参阅图1-7,一种魔芋切丝设备用送料装置,包括电机31、安装轴组件装置32和切丝刀33,所述下输送机21对应地设置在机架1上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口111的下边沿,所述与下输送机21对应设置的压力配合输送机22与机架1连接,且压力配合输送机22与下输送机21的相对间距可调;所述压力配合输送机22包括主动滚筒、驱动电机221、第一支架222、第一安装条223、第二支架224、从动滚筒225、第二安装条226和环形输送带227;所述第一安装条223设置在机架1上,主动滚筒设置在第一支架222并与对应设置的驱动电机221连接,第一支架222通过与第一安装条223螺纹配合的螺杆228配合与第一安装条223连接,所述从动滚筒225设置在第二支架224上,且通过第一倒杆229与第二安装条226连接,第二安装条226和第二支架224之间设置有压缩弹簧2210,所述第二安装条226与两条平行设置在机架1上的支撑杆2211滑动连接,支撑杆2211设置有保持第二安装条226外撑趋势的第二压缩弹簧2212,所述环形输送带227对应地围绕主动滚筒和从动滚筒225设置;压力配合输送机22的环形输送带227的夹层位置设置有隔离护板2213;所述螺杆228顶端设置有与之刚性连接的助力手轮2214;所述第二安装条226之上设置有与第一倒杆229螺纹配合的调整手轮2215;所述下输送机21和压力配合输送机22之间对应地设置有与下输送机21侧壁连接的导向板23。
上述设计结构使得在下输送机21向前传输魔芋5的过程中在压力配合输送机22的配合辅助之下平稳向前输送魔芋5,如果没有压力配合输送机22的特殊设计结构特点在魔芋5传输过程中会不停抖动导致排序散乱,并且在切削时更是会出现魔芋5严重抖动现象,影响切削效果,导致切丝质量差;上述设计结构可以满足魔芋5自进入送料装置2到切削的整个过程中都会被限制好位置,并且以送料装置2的运行速度进给,通过调整切丝刀33转速相互配合,实现切丝加工的质量控制;隔离护板2213可避免运行时环形输送带227上下侧发生摩擦碰撞;还在下输送机21和压力配合输送机22形成的传输间隙两侧加曾导向板进一步保持魔芋5传输过程中的位置限制;并且在上述连接结构中有调整维护需求的地方配设省力的手轮装置。
一种魔芋切丝设备,包括机架1、送料装置2和切丝装置3,所述机架1上设置有护板11和电机放置台12;所述送料装置2包括下输送机21和对应的设置在下输送机21上方的压力配合输送机22;切丝装置3包括电机31、安装轴组件装置32和切丝刀33;所述机架1的护板11上相应的设置有入料口111和避轴孔112,所述切丝装置3的安装轴组件装置32设置在护板11上,安装轴组件装置32中设置的可以自由旋转的中心轴321穿过避轴孔112,切丝刀33对应地与从避轴孔112穿出的中心轴321连接,电机31对应地设置在电机放置台12上并利用传动带配合传动轮连接电机31的出轴和中心轴321,所述送料装置2的下输送机21对应地设置在机架1上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口111的下边沿,所述与下输送机21对应设置的压力配合输送机22与机架1连接,且压力配合输送机22与下输送机21的相对间距可调;所述切丝刀33为盘装,盘上分布有若干在直径上排列的切丝刃332,所述切丝刃332设置与多重直线排列的切丝口3321。
所述切丝刀33的外边沿设置有外翻的加强筋3322。
所述下输送机21和压力配合输送机22之间对应地设置有与下输送机21侧壁连接的导向板23。
所述压力配合输送机22包括主动滚筒、驱动电机221、第一支架222、第一安装条223、第二支架224、从动滚筒225、第二安装条226和环形输送带227;所述第一安装条223设置在机架1上,主动滚筒设置在第一支架222并与对应设置的驱动电机221连接,第一支架222通过与第一安装条223螺纹配合的螺杆228配合与第一安装条223连接,所述从动滚筒225设置在第二支架224上,且通过第一倒杆229与第二安装条226连接,第二安装条226和第二支架224之间设置有压缩弹簧2210,所述第二安装条226与两条平行设置在机架1上的支撑杆2211滑动连接,支撑杆2211设置有保持第二安装条226外撑趋势的第二压缩弹簧2212,所述环形输送带227对应地围绕主动滚筒和从动滚筒225设置。
压力配合输送机22的环形输送带227的夹层位置设置有隔离护板2213。
所述机架1上还设置有物料放置台13。
护板11上还设置有防护门14。
还包括对应地设置在护板11之下的收集盒4。
提出的魔芋切丝设备用送料装置,其中电机采用同步电机或调速电机,实现魔芋切削加工时魔芋5的进给速度可控,对魔芋加工自动化生产进一度提供了产品质量保障。
