本发明公开了一种魔芋切片设备,包括机架、送料装置和切片装置，所述机架上设置有护板和电机放置台；所述送料装置包括下输送机和对应的设置在下输送机上方的压力配合输送机；切片装置包括电机、安装轴组件装置和切片刀；所述机架的护板上相应的设置有入料口和避轴孔，所述切片装置的安装轴组件装置设置在护板上，电机对应地设置在电机放置台上并利用传动带配合传动轮连接电机的出轴和中心轴，所述送料装置的下输送机对应地设置在机架上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口的下边沿，所述与下输送机对应设置的压力配合输送机与机架连接，且压力配合输送机与下输送机的相对间距可调；本发明的魔芋切片设备，切片均匀，厚度可控，安全系数高、效率高。

一种魔芋切片设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种魔芋加工设备，特别是一种魔芋切片设备。
背景技术
魔芋是有益的碱性食品，对食用动物性酸性食品过多的人，搭配吃魔芋，可以达到食品酸、碱平衡，对人体健康有利。魔芋为天南星科魔芋属植物的泛称，主要产于东半球热带、亚热带，我国为原产地之一，四川、湖北、云南、贵州、陕西、广东、广西、台湾等省山区均有分布。魔芋种类很多，据统计全世界有260多个品种，我国有记载的为19种，其中8种为我国特有。魔芋地下块茎扁圆形，宛如大个儿莘荠，营养十分丰富，含有多种维牛袁和毛甲、磷、晒等矿物质元素，还含有人类所需要的魔芋多糖，并具有低热量、低脂肪和高纤维素的特点。
魔芋食品不仅味道鲜美，口感宜人，而且有减肥健身、治病抗癌等功效，但魔芋全株有毒，以块茎为最，中毒后舌、喉灼热，痒痛，肿大，民间用醋力日姜汁少许，内服或含漱可以解救。因此魔芋食用前必须经磨粉、蒸煮、漂洗等加工过程脱毒。
在磨粉流程，魔芋需洗泥去皮、切片或丝等工序，然后再烘干、磨粉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提出了一种魔芋切片设备，切片均匀，厚度可控，安全系数高、效率高。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：一种魔芋切片设备,包括机架、送料装置和切片装置，所述机架上设置有护板和电机放置台；所述送料装置包括下输送机和对应的设置在下输送机上方的压力配合输送机；切片装置包括电机、安装轴组件装置和切片刀；所述机架的护板上相应的设置有入料口和避轴孔，所述切片装置的安装轴组件装置设置在护板上，安装轴组件装置中设置的可以自由旋转的中心轴穿过避轴孔，切片刀对应地与从避轴孔穿出的中心轴连接，电机对应地设置在电机放置台上并利用传动带配合传动轮连接电机的出轴和中心轴，所述送料装置的下输送机对应地设置在机架上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口的下边沿，所述与下输送机对应设置的压力配合输送机与机架连接，且压力配合输送机与下输送机的相对间距可调；所述切片刀上设置有中心对称的两个切削刃。
作为本发明再进一步的方案，所述下输送机和压力配合输送机之间对应地设置有与下输送机侧壁连接的导向板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案，所述压力配合输送机包括主动滚筒、驱动电机、第一支架、第一安装条、第二支架、从动滚筒、第二安装条和环形输送带；所述第一安装条设置在机架上，主动滚筒设置在第一支架并与对应设置的驱动电机连接，第一支架通过与第一安装条螺纹配合的螺杆配合与第一安装条连接，所述从动滚筒设置在第二支架上，且通过第一倒杆与第二安装条连接，第二安装条和第二支架之间设置有压缩弹簧，所述第二安装条与两条平行设置在机架上的支撑杆滑动连接，支撑杆设置有保持第二安装条外撑趋势的第二压缩弹簧，所述环形输送带对应地围绕主动滚筒和从动滚筒设置。
作为本发明再进一步的方案，压力配合输送机的环形输送带的夹层位置设置有隔离护板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案，所述机架上还设置有物料放置台。
作为本发明再进一步的方案，护板上还设置有防护门。
作为本发明再进一步的方案，还包括对应地设置在护板之下的收集盒。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明提供了一种魔芋切片设备，切片均匀，送料进给均可以有效控制，切片厚度可控，切片质量可控，安全系数高、效率高，能够获得良好的企业经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参阅图1-6，一种魔芋切片设备,包括机架1、送料装置2和切片装置3，所述机架1上设置有护板11和电机放置台12；所述送料装置2包括下输送机21和对应的设置在下输送机21上方的压力配合输送机22；切片装置3包括电机31、安装轴组件装置32和切片刀33；所述机架1的护板11上相应的设置有入料口111和避轴孔112，所述切片装置3的安装轴组件装置32设置在护板11上，安装轴组件装置32中设置的可以自由旋转的中心轴321穿过避轴孔112，切片刀33对应地与从避轴孔112穿出的中心轴321连接，电机31对应地设置在电机放置台12上并利用传动带配合传动轮连接电机31的出轴和中心轴321，所述送料装置2的下输送机21对应地设置在机架1上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口111的下边沿，所述与下输送机21对应设置的压力配合输送机22与机架1连接，且压力配合输送机22与下输送机21的相对间距可调；所述切片刀33上设置有中心对称的两个切削刃331。
切片作业时，操作人员将洗净去皮的魔芋5放入送料装置，在送料装置的传输进给下将魔芋5输送至入料口111并形成继续向前运动的趋势，同时切片装置3的切片刀33在不停的转动，并利用切削刃331削切魔芋5，削切魔芋5被削切并掉落实现切片功能。
所述压力配合输送机22包括主动滚筒、驱动电机221、第一支架222、第一安装条223、第二支架224、从动滚筒225、第二安装条226和环形输送带227；所述第一安装条223设置在机架1上，主动滚筒设置在第一支架222并与对应设置的驱动电机221连接，第一支架222通过与第一安装条223螺纹配合的螺杆228配合与第一安装条223连接，所述从动滚筒225设置在第二支架224上，且通过第一倒杆229与第二安装条226连接，第二安装条226和第二支架224之间设置有压缩弹簧2210，所述第二安装条226与两条平行设置在机架1上的支撑杆2211滑动连接，支撑杆2211设置有保持第二安装条226外撑趋势的第二压缩弹簧2212，所述环形输送带227对应地围绕主动滚筒和从动滚筒225设置；压力配合输送机22的环形输送带227的夹层位置设置有隔离护板2213；所述下输送机21和压力配合输送机22之间对应地设置有与下输送机21侧壁连接的导向板23。
上述设计结构使得在下输送机21向前传输魔芋5的过程中在压力配合输送机22的配合辅助之下平稳向前输送魔芋5，如果没有压力配合输送机22的特殊设计结构特点在魔芋5传输过程中会不停抖动导致排序散乱，并且在切削时更是会出现魔芋5严重抖动现象，影响切削效果，导致切丝质量差；上述设计结构可以满足魔芋5自进入送料装置2到切削的整个过程中都会被限制好位置，并且以送料装置2的运行速度进给，通过调整切丝刀33转速相互配合，实现切丝加工的厚度控制和质量控制；隔离护板2213可避免运行时环形输送带227上下侧发生摩擦碰撞；还在下输送机21和压力配合输送机22形成的传输间隙两侧加曾导向板23进一步保持魔芋5传输过程中的位置限制。
所述机架1上还设置有物料放置台13；使用时将盛有魔芋5的容器放置于物料放置台13，方便操作员投放物料。
护板11上还设置有防护门14；防护门14彻底隔离正在运行的刀具，充分保证安全生产。
还包括对应地设置在护板11之下的收集盒4；切制的魔芋片自动调入收集盒4并被收集。
本发明的魔芋切片设备，切片均匀，送料进给均可以有效控制，切片厚度可控，切片质量可控，安全系数高、效率高，能够获得良好的企业经济效益。

1.一种魔芋切片设备,其特征在于：包括机架(1)、送料装置(2)和切片装置(3)，所述机架(1)上设置有护板(11)和电机放置台(12)；所述送料装置(2)包括下输送机(21)和对应的设置在下输送机(21)上方的压力配合输送机(22)；切片装置(3)包括电机(31)、安装轴组件装置(32)和切片刀(33)；所述机架(1)的护板(11)上相应的设置有入料口(111)和避轴孔(112)，所述切片装置(3)的安装轴组件装置(32)设置在护板(11)上，安装轴组件装置(32)中设置的可以自由旋转的中心轴(321)穿过避轴孔(112)，切片刀(33)对应地与从避轴孔(112)穿出的中心轴(321)连接，电机(31)对应地设置在电机放置台(12)上并利用传动带配合传动轮连接电机(31)的出轴和中心轴(321)，所述送料装置(2)的下输送机(21)对应地设置在机架(1)上且输送机上表面平齐于入料口(111)的下边沿，所述与下输送机(21)对应设置的压力配合输送机(22)与机架(1)连接，且压力配合输送机(22)与下输送机(21)的相对间距可调；所述切片刀(33)上设置有中心对称的两个切削刃(331)；
所述下输送机(21)和压力配合输送机(22)之间对应地设置有与下输送机(21)侧壁连接的导向板(23)；
