本发明公开了一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面的左侧和右侧均固定有上支撑板,两个上支撑板的相对壁面的上部和中部均固定有升降连接块,两个竖直调节螺杆的两端铰接在对应的上部和中部的升降连接块上,上部的升降连接块的顶面固定有升降主电机,调节块螺接在对应的竖直调节螺杆中,主顶板固定在两个调节块的顶面上,主顶板的中部具有横向切割通槽,横向切割通槽的左右两侧的主顶板的顶面固定有移动支撑板,横向移动螺杆的两端铰接在两个移动支撑板上,其中一个移动支撑板的外侧壁上固定有移动电机;它可以自动移动切割轮,并进行自动切割,其切割轮横向移动位置准确,效果好,效率高。

本发明涉及面料加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构。
背景技术:
现有的面料卷筒进行切条,一般是人工将面料卷筒进行固定,其一般需要通过螺栓固定压块等,将面料卷筒的两端固定,然后,采用人工切割,人工切割效率低,而且切割的宽度不准确,效果差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,它可以自动移动切割轮,并进行自动切割,其切割轮横向移动位置准确,效果好,效率高。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的顶面的左侧和右侧均固定有上支撑板,两个上支撑板的相对壁面的上部和中部均固定有升降连接块,两个竖直调节螺杆的两端铰接在对应的上部和中部的升降连接块上,上部的升降连接块的顶面固定有升降主电机,升降主电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直调节螺杆的顶端具有的花键孔中,调节块螺接在对应的竖直调节螺杆中,主顶板固定在两个调节块的顶面上,主顶板的中部具有横向切割通槽,横向切割通槽的左右两侧的主顶板的顶面固定有移动支撑板,横向移动螺杆的两端铰接在两个移动支撑板上,其中一个移动支撑板的外侧壁上固定有移动电机,移动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向移动螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,移动块螺接在横向移动螺杆中,移动块插套在横向切割通槽中,移动块的下端伸出主顶板并固定有水平板,水平板的下部安装有切割轮;
所述两个移动支撑板的顶面固定在上安装板的底面上,上安装板的底面固定有滑块式直线位置传感器,滑块式直线位置传感器的主移动块固定在移动块的顶面上。
所述水平板的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧的底端固定有主安装板,主安装板的底面设有切割轮。
所述主安装板的底面固定有两个切割支撑板,切割轮处于两个切割支撑板之间,切割轮固定在横向轴中,横向轴的两端铰接在两个切割支撑板上,其中一个切割支撑板的外侧壁上固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
所述中部的升降连接块的顶面固定有弹性挡块,弹性挡块对着调节块。
所述上部的升降连接块的底面固定有弹性挡块,弹性挡块对着调节块。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以自动移动切割轮,并进行自动切割,其切割轮横向移动位置准确,效果好,效率高。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板的顶面的左侧和右侧均固定有上支撑板20,两个上支撑板20的相对壁面的上部和中部均固定有升降连接块11,两个竖直调节螺杆12的两端铰接在对应的上部和中部的升降连接块11上,上部的升降连接块11的顶面固定有升降主电机13,升降主电机13的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直调节螺杆12的顶端具有的花键孔中,调节块14螺接在对应的竖直调节螺杆12中,主顶板21固定在两个调节块14的顶面上,主顶板21的中部具有横向切割通槽22,横向切割通槽22的左右两侧的主顶板21的顶面固定有移动支撑板23,横向移动螺杆24的两端铰接在两个移动支撑板23上,其中一个移动支撑板23的外侧壁上固定有移动电机25,移动电机25的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向移动螺杆24的一端具有的花键孔中,移动块26螺接在横向移动螺杆24中,移动块26插套在横向切割通槽22中,移动块26的下端伸出主顶板21并固定有水平板27,水平板27的下部安装有切割轮28;
所述两个移动支撑板23的顶面固定在上安装板11的底面上,上安装板11的底面固定有滑块式直线位置传感器12,滑块式直线位置传感器12的主移动块固定在移动块26的顶面上。
进一步的说,所述水平板27的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧277,缓冲弹簧277的底端固定有主安装板272,主安装板272的底面设有切割轮28。
进一步的说,所述主安装板272的底面固定有两个切割支撑板273,切割轮28处于两个切割支撑板273之间,切割轮28固定在横向轴中,横向轴的两端铰接在两个切割支撑板273上,其中一个切割支撑板273的外侧壁上固定有切割电机274,切割电机274的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
进一步的说,所述中部的升降连接块11的顶面固定有弹性挡块15,弹性挡块15对着调节块14。
进一步的说,所述上部的升降连接块11的底面固定有弹性挡块15,弹性挡块15对着调节块14。
在使用时,通过控制主机控制移动电机25运行,实现切割轮28横向移动至需要切割处,通过滑块式直线位置传感器12可以检测到移动块26移动的位置,从而将检测信号输送给控制主机,方便控制主机检测其位置是否符合切割要求,然后控制切割电机274运行,然后,再通过控制主机控制升降主电机13运行,实现切割轮28向下移动对待加工面料卷筒进行切割,实现切条,其自动化程度高,效果好,安装非常方便。其中控制主机为现有公知技术,市面上均可以购买到,不再详述,附图中也不显示。

1.一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,包括机架(10),其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板的顶面的左侧和右侧均固定有上支撑板(20),两个上支撑板(20)的相对壁面的上部和中部均固定有升降连接块(11),两个竖直调节螺杆(12)的两端铰接在对应的上部和中部的升降连接块(11)上,上部的升降连接块(11)的顶面固定有升降主电机(13),升降主电机(13)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直调节螺杆(12)的顶端具有的花键孔中,调节块(14)螺接在对应的竖直调节螺杆(12)中,主顶板(21)固定在两个调节块(14)的顶面上,主顶板(21)的中部具有横向切割通槽(22),横向切割通槽(22)的左右两侧的主顶板(21)的顶面固定有移动支撑板(23),横向移动螺杆(24)的两端铰接在两个移动支撑板(23)上,其中一个移动支撑板(23)的外侧壁上固定有移动电机(25),移动电机(25)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向移动螺杆(24)的一端具有的花键孔中,移动块(26)螺接在横向移动螺杆(24)中,移动块(26)插套在横向切割通槽(22)中,移动块(26)的下端伸出主顶板(21)并固定有水平板(27),水平板(27)的下部安装有切割轮(28);
所述两个移动支撑板(23)的顶面固定在上安装板(11)的底面上,上安装板(11)的底面固定有滑块式直线位置传感器(12),滑块式直线位置传感器(12)的主移动块固定在移动块(26)的顶面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,其特征在于:所述水平板(27)的底面固定有多个缓冲弹簧(277),缓冲弹簧(277)的底端固定有主安装板(272),主安装板(272)的底面设有切割轮(28)。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,其特征在于:所述主安装板(272)的底面固定有两个切割支撑板(273),切割轮(28)处于两个切割支撑板(273)之间,切割轮(28)固定在横向轴中,横向轴的两端铰接在两个切割支撑板(273)上,其中一个切割支撑板(273)的外侧壁上固定有切割电机(274),切割电机(274)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种面料卷筒切条机用高精度升降式切割机构,其特征在于:所述中部的升降连接块(11)的顶面固定有弹性挡块(15),弹性挡块(15)对着调节块(14)。
