Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings attached to the specification, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
A tea roller sorting device comprises a supporting table 1, wherein a sorting cylinder, a power mechanism and a blanking mechanism are respectively arranged on the supporting table.
The sorting cylinder is a horizontally arranged cylindrical shell and is rotatably positioned on the support table around a horizontal axis. As shown in fig. 2, the left end of the sorting cylinder is an inlet and the right end is an outlet, the inlet is provided with a feed hopper (omitted in the figure), and the outlet is provided with a discharge hopper (omitted in the figure). The separation cylinder is formed by axially connecting a plurality of sections, the cylinder wall of each section is a flexible screening net 21, a plurality of spiral plates 22 are arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder wall and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, a certain included angle (preferably 20-45 degrees) is formed between the length direction of each spiral plate and the axis of each section, a plurality of connecting sleeves 23 parallel to the axis of each section are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder wall, a plurality of connecting rods 24 are inserted into the connecting sleeves one by one, and two connecting rings are respectively fixed at the end parts of the connecting rods. The connecting rod struts the flexible screening net to keep the flexible screening net in a cylindrical shape. The flexible screening net adopted by the segmented cylinder wall and the connecting sleeve arranged outside the cylinder wall are woven by flexible ropes (preferably ropes woven by plant fibers).
The number of the segments is generally 3-5, which is determined according to the actual situation. As shown in fig. 2, the sorting cylinder includes a first section a, a second section B, a third section C, and a fourth section D, which are sequentially arranged along the moving direction of the tea leaves (the direction from left to right in fig. 2). The two connection rings of the first segment are respectively a first connection ring 31 and a second connection ring 32, the two connection rings of the second segment are respectively a second connection ring 32 and a third connection ring 33, the two connection rings of the third segment are respectively a third connection ring 33 and a fourth connection ring 34, and the two connection rings of the fourth segment are respectively a fourth connection ring 34 and a fifth connection ring 35. The aperture of the flexible screening net of the second section is larger than that of the flexible screening net of the first section, the aperture of the flexible screening net of the third section is larger than that of the flexible screening net of the second section, and the aperture of the flexible screening net of the fourth section is larger than that of the flexible screening net of the third section (in two adjacent sections, the aperture of the screening net of the right section is larger than that of the screening net of the left section).
The support table is provided with a plurality of rollers 11 for supporting the sorting cylinder to rotate, the first connecting ring, the second connecting ring, the fourth connecting ring and the fifth connecting ring on the sorting cylinder are all placed on the corresponding rollers, and the outer parts of the connecting rings are provided with annular guide rails 39 matched with the rollers.
The power mechanism and the blanking mechanism are arranged below the sorting barrel. The power mechanism is used for providing power for the rotation of the sorting cylinder and comprises a motor 41, a driving belt pulley 42 arranged on an output shaft of the motor, a driven belt pulley 43 arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the sorting cylinder and a synchronous belt 44 connecting the driving belt pulley and the driven belt pulley. The driven pulley is a ring gear 45 provided on the third connecting ring. Because the sorting barrel is supported by the roller, the rotating resistance is very small, and the sorting barrel can be easily driven to rotate after the motor is started.
The blanking mechanism comprises a first material box 51 arranged below the first section, a second material box 52 arranged below the second section, a third material box 53 arranged below the third section and a fourth material box 54 arranged below the fourth section, wherein a first hopper 55 is further arranged between the first section and the first material box, and a fourth hopper 56 is further arranged between the fourth section and the fourth material box. Each magazine can be removed from the support table.
The support table is also provided with a protective cover (omitted in the figure) surrounding the sorting cylinder and a hairbrush (omitted in the figure) used for cleaning the outer wall of the sorting cylinder.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
after the motor is started, tea leaves are placed into the inlet of the sorting cylinder, the rotating spiral plate can continuously push the tea leaves to sequentially pass through each segment, the tea leaves with different sizes and shapes can be screened out in proper segments, and the tea leaves can be fully dispersed by the stirring action of the spiral plate, so that the screening effect is greatly improved; wherein, the smallest tea or tea with one bud is screened out in the first section, the slightly larger tea or tea with two buds is screened out in the second section, the tea with three buds is screened out in the third section, the tea with four buds is screened out in the fourth section, and finally the rest tea is discharged through an outlet; the screened tea leaves fall into corresponding blanking boxes respectively; when the sorting cylinder rotates, the bristles of the brush can clean the outer wall of each segment along the circumferential direction, and tea clamped in the flexible screening net is removed.
