Abstract
The invention discloses a roller type grader with adjustable fruit size screening, which comprises a rack, a fruit feeding device, a roller, an adjusting mechanism, a supporting mechanism, a driving mechanism, a fruit outlet I and a fruit outlet II. The fruit feeding device is fixed on the frame; the drum comprises a right-end annular retainer ring, a cylinder and a screening cylinder, the right-end annular retainer ring is connected with the right end of the cylinder through a screw, and the screening cylinder comprises a round rod, a left-end annular retainer ring and a helical blade; the adjusting mechanism comprises a rotating cover, a steel wire rope, an extension spring and a set screw, the rotating cover is arranged on the cylinder through a thread pair, one end of the steel wire rope is fixed with the left end annular retainer ring, the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with the extension spring, the other end of the extension spring is fixed on the right end annular retainer ring, and the set screw is arranged on the rotating cover; according to the fruit grading machine, the spiral winding shape of the steel wire rope is changed by adjusting the relative angle between the rotary cover and the screening cylinder, so that the size of the screening grids is changed to realize grading of fruits with different sizes, and the fruit grading machine is simple in structure and high in working efficiency.

As is well known, China has become a world-wide fruit production country, in recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, fruit consumption structure changes, people have higher and higher requirements on fruit quality, on one hand, most fruit growers sort fruits after picking the fruits mostly manually, and the sorting mode has extremely low efficiency and wastes manpower. This requires that the fruit classifier has high screening efficiency and high quality.
On the other hand, fruits such as apples and jujubes picked and collected by fruit growers are different in size and shape, and the size and shape of the fruits produced in the same fruit tree are different due to different moisture, illumination, regions and the like.
