技术领域
本发明属于汽车用尿素供液、塑料燃油箱的技术领域,特别涉及一种轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块。
背景技术
随着近年来汽车工业的快速发展,国家对安全性、排放法规的制定和执行日益严格,尤其是第三阶段油耗标准的强制执行,汽车轻量化的设计越来越重要,整车多零件的塑料化、集成化设计、制造既可减轻整车重量,又可降低整车成本。尤其对于轻型商用车,其开发轴距种类多,专用车改装平台繁多,整车底盘上用于尿素罐、燃油箱的布置空间十分有限,在布置燃油箱的同时需考虑油尿素罐、尿素泵等的布置。因此,在有限的空间下完成燃油箱、尿素罐、尿素泵等的布置设计显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种低成本、轻量化、外形美观、结构简单、可靠性好等特点的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块。
本发明所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块包括设有燃油加注口的燃油箱、设有尿素加注口的尿素罐、尿素泵、与尿素泵连接的尿素泵支架、一组连接在尿素罐和尿素泵之间的尿素管路,以及一组与尿素罐连接的热水管路;所述燃油箱的一侧中部设有用于安装尿素罐的第一安装槽,所述燃油箱的另一侧端部设有用于安装尿素泵的第二安装槽,所述尿素泵支架安装在第二安装槽内,所述燃油加注口和尿素加注口同侧设置,所述燃油加注口与第二安装槽位于燃油箱的同一端或者不同端。
将尿素供液系统集成到燃油箱上,节省了整车空间,减少了整车总装装配工序,提高了总装装配效率。通过设计第一安装槽和第二安装槽将尿素罐及尿素泵集成在燃油箱上,再将尿素管路和热水管路固定在燃油箱上,管路走向整洁,美观,同时由于管路长度缩短,成本得到进一步降低。由于燃油加注口和尿素加注口均位于车辆的同侧,加油和加尿素都非常方便,而且还可以实现两者同时添加,减少加注时间、减少停车等待次数。
优选地,所述第一安装槽的容纳空间略大于尿素罐的置入体积或者与尿素罐的置入体积完全匹配,所述尿素罐可以与燃油箱组装成一个无缝隙或者留有微小缝隙的整体结构,所述尿素罐的外表面与燃油箱的外表面结构相似;更优选地,所述燃油箱和尿素罐组装后,基本上呈长方体结构。
优选地,所述尿素泵可以选取博世、康明斯及天纳克等厂商的分体式尿素泵。所述尿素泵通过尿素泵支架固定在第二安装槽内,因此,可通过更改支架的方案,来固定不同款的尿素泵,通用化性能高。
优选地,所述尿素管路包括尿素泵进液管、尿素罐回液管;所述尿素泵进液管的一端连接尿素罐液位传感器的出液口、另一端连接尿素泵的进液接头,所述尿素罐回液管的一端连接尿素泵回液接头、另一端连接尿素罐液位传感器的回液接头;所述尿素泵进液管和尿素罐回液管呈基本平行的布置。更优选地,所述尿素泵进液管和尿素罐回液管配合燃油箱和尿素箱的表面形状呈基本平行的布置。
优选地,所述热水管路包括进水胶管-尿素罐加热和回水胶管-尿素罐加热;所述的进水胶管-尿素罐加热的一端连接尿素罐液位传感器的进水接头,另一端与整车连接钢管相连,通过其他布置在整车上的管路连接至发动机出水接头;所述的回水胶管-尿素罐加热的一端连接尿素罐液位传感器的回水接头,另一端与整车连接钢管相连,通过其他布置在整车上的管路连接值发动机回水接头。更优选地,所述的进水胶管-尿素罐加热和回水胶管-尿素罐加热呈基本平行的布置。更优选地,所述进水胶管-尿素罐加热和回水胶管-尿素罐加热配合燃油箱和尿素箱的表面形状呈基本平行的布置。
本发明所述燃油箱外形简洁,可适配多款车型,通用性及互换性好。对于同款车型布置,通过燃油注入口的调节,可实现燃油箱位置的转换。
在一实施方案中,所述第一安装槽的内侧壁均设有凸筋,所述尿素罐设有供与凸筋扣接的凹槽。
所述凸筋和凹槽的公母配合可以很好的起到限位和定位作用,同时防止尿素罐从燃油箱上掉落。优选地,所述凸筋的四周均设置有导角。
在另一实施方案中,所述第二安装槽的一个侧壁上设有内嵌螺母,所述尿素泵支架通过螺栓固定在第二安装槽上。
采用固定内嵌螺母、旋紧螺栓的装配方式,可以显著提高尿素泵支架的安装效率,并且方便尿素泵支架的更换,从而进一步提高整车装配效率和通用化性能。
在另一实施方案中,所述燃油箱上安装有用于固定尿素管路和热水管路的管夹。
采用管夹固定尿素管路组和两根尿素加热管有效的将管路进行固定,防止整车在运动过程中管路窜动及管路表面与燃油箱、管路间相互摩擦造成的磨损;同时,尿素管、水管为柔性管,装配后若不进行固定可能导致整车装配状态不一致,采用管夹固定后,管路走向一定,保证整车装配一致性。
优选地,所述管夹设置在燃油箱的顶面以及一个端面上,所述端面靠近尿素泵。更优选地,位于燃油箱顶面的管夹设有多个卡口,可以用于同时固定尿素管路组和热水管路组;更优选地,位于燃油箱端面的管夹设有多个卡口,用于固定热水管路组。
在另一实施方案中,所述尿素罐的顶部安装有尿素液位传感器,所述尿素液位传感器设有尿素管路接头和热水管路接头。
尿素液位传感器采用卡口结构装配于尿素罐上。尿素液位传感器顶部集成尿素管路接头及热水管路接头,集成化程度高,减少尿素罐上的开口,减少漏液的风险;同时尿素液位传感器的固定采用卡口结构,此结构为标准结构,各个厂商的尿素液位传感器采用此卡口结构且满足此液位高度的,均可安装使用。
在另一实施方案中,所述燃油箱的顶部设有油量传感器,所述油量传感器上设有进油管接头和回油管接头。
所述进油管和回油管装配在油量传感器上的进回油接头上,所述油量传感器通过法兰安装在燃油箱上。进回油接头集成于油量传感器的顶部,集成化程度高,燃油箱上仅开一个开口就可实现进回油及液位传感器的功能,减少了燃油箱的泄露点,同时法兰的安装结构可通过专用工具对内螺纹法兰打力矩,密封性能好,且可保证装配一致性。所述油量传感器在满足法兰压装平面及液位高度的情况均可换装使用。
在另一实施方案中,所述燃油箱和尿素罐均通过吹塑的方式制备而成。
在又一实施方案中,所述汽车集成尿素供液系统的塑料燃油箱还包括安装架,所述安装架由两个平行设置的L型支架组成,两个所述L型支架上均设有箍带。
原本分别装配在车架上的两个箱体需要两套安装架,燃油箱集成尿素罐后仅需要一套安装架,所述安装架采用L型支架加箍带的设计,结构简单、固定牢固。通过L型支架及箍带将燃油箱及尿素罐固定在一起,维修拆卸时十分便利,可避免因布置带来的维修便利性等问题。

有益效果:
本发明所述轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块通过设计第一安装槽和第二安装槽,将尿素罐及尿素泵集成在燃油箱上。使用凸筋及凹槽公母配合结构、并使用箍带捆绑设计,可以很好的固定尿素罐和燃油箱,操作简便;使用内嵌螺母设计,可以较好地固定尿素泵托架,从而固定好安装在尿素泵托架上的尿素泵。本发明所述轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块结构简单合理,通过将尿素罐、尿素泵和各组管路集成到燃油箱的结构内,能够节省整车空间,降低整车质量,节约制造成本,提高安装效率。

以下结合附图详细说明本发明的实施情况,但它们不构成对本发明的限定,仅作举例而已。同时通过和具体实施对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
如图1-图8所示的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其包括设有燃油加注口1.1的燃油箱1、设有尿素加注口2.1的尿素罐2、尿素泵3、尿素泵支架4、尿素管路5、热水管路6和安装架8。
如图1-4所示,所述燃油箱1为一塑料(HDPE)制成的类长方体箱体,所述燃油箱1的一侧中部设有用于安装尿素罐2的第一安装槽1.2,所述第一安装槽1.2呈长方体结构且开口位于燃油箱1的顶面和一个侧面。所述燃油箱1的另一侧端部设有用于安装尿素泵3的第二安装槽1.3,即所述第三凹槽1.3位于燃油箱1的一个顶角上,所述第三凹槽1.3呈长方体或正方体结构且开口位于燃油箱1的顶面、一个端面和另一个侧面。所述燃油加注口1.1和第一安装1.2同侧设置,即所述燃油加注口1.1与尿素泵3同侧设置,所述燃油加注口1.1和尿素加注口2.1均位于长方体箱体的顶面和一侧面的交界处且倾斜向外凸出。在本实施例中,所述燃油加注口1.1与第二安装槽1.3位于燃油箱1同一端。
所述燃油箱1的顶部设有油量传感器1.4,所述油量传感器1.4上设有进油管接头和回油管接头,分别与呈基本平行布置的进油管1.4.1和回油管1.4.2连接。
所述尿素罐2为一塑料(HDPE)制成的类长方体箱体。所述尿素罐2安装在第一安装槽1.2中后,成为燃油箱1箱体结构的一部分。所述尿素泵3通过尿素泵支架4安装在第二安装槽1.3中。
所述尿素罐2的顶部安装有尿素液位传感器2.3,所述尿素液位传感器2.3设有两个尿素管路接头和两个热水管路接头。两个尿素管路接头分别与尿素管路5的两根胶管连接,两根胶管分别为尿素泵进液管5.1和尿素罐回液管5.2,用于输送尿素在尿素泵3与尿素罐2之间的进回。两个热水管路接头分别与热水管路6的两根胶管连接,两根胶管分别为进水胶管-尿素罐加热6.1和回水胶管-尿素罐加热6.2,两根胶管的另一端均与整车输水钢管连接,用于输送发动机循环水在尿素罐2与发动机间的进回。所述尿素管路5与热水管路6均采用管夹7固定于燃油箱1的表面。
如图5所示,所述第一安装槽1.2的内侧壁(内左壁、内中壁和内右壁)上均设有凸筋1.2.1,三条凸筋1.2.1均位于同一水平线上。所述尿素罐2与内左壁、内中壁和内右壁对应的三个接触面上各设有一个凹槽2.2,三条所述凸筋1.2.1和三个凹槽2.2以公母配合的形似扣接。
如图6和7所示,所述第二安装槽1.3的一个侧壁上焊接有四枚内嵌螺母1.3.1,所述尿素泵支架4上设有对应的通孔,安装时,将螺栓4.1直接旋入内嵌螺母1.3.1内,从而使尿素泵支架4固定在第二安装槽1.3上。所述尿素泵3可以预先安装在尿素泵支架4上,也可以在尿素泵支架4固定后安装在尿素泵支架4上。
如图8所示,安装架8的包括两个平行设置的L型支架8.1,两个所述L型支架8.1上均设有箍带8.2。所述L型支架8.1的断面呈“几”字形,其固定面上开孔并通过螺栓螺母固定于车架上,其固定面中上部开方形口,所述箍带8.2的一端通过方形口深入L型支架8.1,通过销轴固定于L型支架8.1上,箍带8.2的另一端焊接螺柱,插入L型支架8.1底部的固定孔内用双螺母锁紧,所述箍带8.2与L型支架8.1中间形成的方形空间用于放置与尿素罐2组合后的燃油箱1,通过双螺母的预紧力将燃油箱1固定。为了安装方便,所述燃油箱1和尿素罐2的表面还设有用于容纳两根箍带8.2的沟槽。
实施例2
如图9所示的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,除以下特征外,其余特征与实施例1相同:
所述燃油加注口1.1与第二安装槽1.3分别位于燃油箱1的不同端。

Claims (9)

1.一种轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:包括设有燃油加注口(1.1)的燃油箱(1)、设有尿素加注口(2.1)的尿素罐(2)、尿素泵(3)、与尿素泵(3)连接的尿素泵支架(4)、一组连接在尿素罐(2)和尿素泵(3)之间的尿素管路(5),以及一组与尿素罐(2)连接的热水管路(6);所述燃油箱(1)的一侧中部设有用于安装尿素罐(2)的第一安装槽(1.2),所述燃油箱(1)的另一侧端部设有用于安装尿素泵(3)的第二安装槽(1.3),所述尿素泵支架(4)安装在第二安装槽(1.3)内,所述燃油加注口(1.1)和尿素加注口(2.1)同侧设置,所述燃油加注口(1.1)与第二安装槽(1.3)位于燃油箱(1)的同一端或者不同端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:所述第一安装槽(1.2)的内侧壁均设有凸筋(1.2.1),所述尿素罐(2)设有供与凸筋(1.2.1)扣接的凹槽(2.2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:所述第二安装槽(1.3)的一个侧壁上设有内嵌螺母(1.3.1),所述尿素泵支架(4)通过螺栓(1.3.2)固定在第二安装槽(1.3)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:所述燃油箱(1)上安装有用于固定尿素管路(5)和热水管路(6)的管夹(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:所述尿素罐(2)的顶部安装有尿素液位传感器(2.3),所述尿素液位传感器(2.3)上设有尿素管路接头和热水管路接头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:所述燃油箱(1)的顶部设有油量传感器(1.4),所述油量传感器(1.4)上设有进油管接头和回油管接头。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:所述燃油箱(1)和尿素罐(2)均通过吹塑的方式制备而成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:还包括安装架(8),所述安装架(8)由两个平行设置的L型支架(8.1)组成,两个所述L型支架(8.1)上均设有箍带(8.2)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的轻型商用车用尿素供液系统与塑料燃油箱组合模块,其特征在于:所述燃油箱(1)和尿素罐(2)均设有用于容纳两根箍带(8.2)的沟槽。
