本发明公开了高温编织套管及其制备方法,所述的高温编织套管,由经纱、纬纱交叉纺织而成;所述的经纱、纬纱为芳纶1313。本发明与现有技术相比,所制的高温编织套管具有以下特点:工作温度:‑60~﹢220℃;单位重量:1.5‑1.6kg/km.管径(mm);阻燃性能:12s点火垂直燃烧试验,试验时材料自熄、平均烧焦长度不超过203mm,移去火焰后的平均续燃时间不超过15s,高温编织套管的滴落物在跌落后的续燃时间不超过5s。

技术领域
本发明属于高温编织套管及其制备方法,特别属于航空、航天、电子领域的高温编织套管及其制备方法这一技术领域。
背景技术
随着现代航天、航空工业的发展,电子设备的使用增加,使用的电缆也越来越多,因此需要一种易于装配的编织套管使电缆易于整理、分类,同时,由于航天航空器件中对材料的重量的要求,编织套管在符合规定的性能下,尽可能的减重。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第1个技术问题是提供一种轻质的最高工作温度达到220℃的高温编织套管;
本发明所要解决的第2个技术问题是上述编织套管的制备方法。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:高温编织套管,由经纱、纬纱交叉纺织而成;所述的经纱、纬纱为芳纶1313;所述的高温编织套为开口式结构;
本发明的制备方法包括以下步骤:纺织工序、后处理工序、水洗工序、染色工序、检验工序;
所述的后处理工序为将纺织工序制好的坯布在整理剂中进行二浸二轧,使坯布的轧余率为75-80%;用红外线进行预烘1-2分钟;热风于100℃烘干3-5分钟;升温到160℃烘干3-5分钟;冷却至室温即可;
所述的整理剂包括以下物质:
所述的水洗工序为将后处理工序处理好的坯布先进行碱洗,再进行皂洗、再进行水洗、最后烘干至恒重即可;
3-氨基哌啶双盐酸盐的加入使阻燃剂CP的用量从350-450g/L降低到了240-220g/L,而且阻燃的性能不受影响。
本发明与现有技术相比,所制的高温编织套管,具有以下特点:工作温度:-60~﹢220℃;单位重量:1.5-1.6kg/km.管径(mm);阻燃性能:12s点火垂直燃烧试验,试验时材料自熄、平均烧焦长度不超过203mm,移去火焰后的平均续燃时间不超过15s,编织套管上的滴落物在跌落后的续燃时间不超过5s。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1:
高温编织套管,由经纱、纬纱交叉纺织而成;所述的经纱、纬纱为芳纶1313,所述的高温编织套为开口式结构。
实施例2
实施例1的高温编织套管制备方法包括以下步骤:纺织工序、后处理工序、水洗工序、染色工序、检验工序;
所述的后处理工序为将纺织工序制好的坯布在整理剂中进行二浸二轧,使坯布的轧余率为75-80%;用红外线进行预烘1-2分钟;热风于100℃烘干3-5分钟;升温到160℃烘干3-5分钟;冷却至室温即可;
所述的整理剂包括以下物质:
所述的水洗工序为将后处理工序处理好的坯布先进行碱洗,再进行皂洗、再进行水洗、最后烘干至恒重即可;
所述的有机硅柔软剂由上海鲁尔化工贸易有限公司提供。

实施例5:
实施例2制成管径为5mm的高温编织套管,其单位重量:7.5kg/km,制成管径为8mm的防波套,其单位重量:12.5kg/km;
实施例6:
高温试验:
在实施例3所制的高温编织套管上截取1段长度500mm的试样,将试样的两端悬挂在高温老化箱的中部,试样不应与其他物体接触。缓慢地升温至(220±3℃),持续2h后取出,使试样在1h内回复到至室温,试样不熔化、不粘连、外观无明显变化。
实验7:
阻燃试验:
将实施例4所制的试样进行12s点火垂直燃烧试验,试验时材料自熄;烧焦长度200mm,移去火焰后的续燃时间12s,试样上的滴落物在跌落后的续燃时间4s。

1.高温编织套管,其特征在于:由经纱、纬纱交叉纺织而成;所述的经纱、纬纱为芳纶1313,所述的高温编织套为开口式结构。
2.权利要求1所述的高温编织套管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:纺织工序、后处理工序、水洗工序、染色工序、检验工序。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高温编织套管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的后处理工序为将纺织工序制好的坯布在整理剂中进行二浸二轧,使坯布的轧余率为75-80%;用红外线进行预烘1-2分钟;热风于100℃烘干3-5分钟;升温到160℃烘干3-5分钟;冷却至室温即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高温编织套管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的整理剂包括以下物质:
