本发明涉及羊绒裤及其制备方法,制备方法包括如下步骤:首先根据预设形状将羊绒加工成纱线,然后加工并编织成整条羊绒裤;将所述整条羊绒裤的裤裆和边侧进行缝合后洗缩并整烫。本发明的羊绒裤的制备方法,编织出一体弹力羊绒无缝裤,编织下机为整条裤(不包括裆部)、无需套口,只缝合裤腰部位、裆部。运用电脑横机编织的工作原理取代人工缝合,节省大量的人力及物力,研究出具有弹性好且无缝的女士羊绒裤,穿着舒适,外型美观,还能体现形体美。另外,本发明方法降低成本,提高生产效率,具有很好的商业前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种羊绒裤及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的羊绒裤编织下机为单片,编织过程中片与片之间需用棉纱间隔开,经过套口工序后要将棉纱拆除,造成消耗大。编织时腰部及裤口处加弹力丝,使羊绒裤整体弹力较小。编织下机织片后再进行套口缝合,费时费力,消耗大。裆部缝耗在中间,影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种羊绒裤的制备方法。
本发明的羊绒裤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S101:首先根据预设形状将羊绒加工成纱线,然后加工并编织成整条羊绒裤;S102:将所述整条羊绒裤的裤裆进行缝合后洗缩并整烫。
本发明的羊绒裤的制备方法,编织出一体弹力羊绒无缝裤,编织下机为整条裤(不包括裆部)、无需套口,只缝合裤腰部位、裆部。运用电脑横机编织的工作原理取代人工缝合,节省大量的人力及物力,研究出具有弹性好且无缝的女士羊绒裤,穿着舒适,外型美观,还能体现形体美。另外,本发明方法降低成本,提高生产效率,具有很好的商业前景。
另外,本发明上述的羊绒裤的制备方法,还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:
进一步地,所述步骤S101中,在用羊绒进行编织过程中加入弹力丝,所述羊绒与所述弹力丝的重量比为1:(0.8~1.2)。

(1)首先根据预设形状将羊绒加工成纱线,然后加工并编织成整条羊绒裤。所述羊绒的细度为15μm~16μm,长度为34mm~40mm。在用羊绒进行编织过程中加入锦纶,锦纶的质量为所述羊绒质量的1%,加入少量锦纶后,羊绒裤更加耐磨。
(2)采用电脑横机编织将所述整条羊绒裤的裤裆进行缝合后洗缩并整烫。
实施例2
实施例2提出了一种羊绒裤,所述羊绒裤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先根据预设形状将羊绒加工成纱线,然后加工并编织成整条羊绒裤。在编织过程中加入弹力丝,所述羊绒与所述弹力丝的重量比为1:1.2。所述预设形状包括一体的裤腰和裤腿,还包括裤裆。所述羊绒的细度为15μm~16μm,长度为34mm~40mm。在用羊绒进行编织过程中加入锦纶,锦纶的质量为所述羊绒质量的3%,加入少量锦纶后,羊绒裤更加耐磨。
(2)将所述整条羊绒裤的裤裆进行缝合后洗缩并整烫。

实施例3提出了一种羊绒裤,所述羊绒裤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先根据预设形状将羊绒加工成纱线,然后加工并编织成整条羊绒裤。在编织过程中加入弹力丝,所述羊绒与所述弹力丝的重量比为1:0.8。所述预设形状包括一体的裤腰和裤腿,还包括椭圆形裤裆。所述羊绒的细度为15μm~16μm,长度为34mm~40mm。在用羊绒进行编织过程中加入锦纶,锦纶的质量为所述羊绒质量的2%,加入少量锦纶后,羊绒裤更加耐磨。
(2)采用电脑横机编织将所述整条羊绒裤的裤裆进行缝合后洗缩并整烫。

S101:首先根据预设形状将羊绒加工成纱线,然后加工并编织成整条羊绒裤;
S102:将所述整条羊绒裤的裤裆进行缝合后洗缩并整烫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒裤的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S101中,在用羊绒进行编织过程中加入弹力丝,所述羊绒与所述弹力丝的重量比为1:(0.8~1.2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒裤的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预设形状包括裤腰、裤腿和裤裆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的羊绒裤的制备方法,其特征在于,所述裆部为椭圆形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒裤的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S102中,在进行缝合操作时采用电脑横机编织。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒裤的制备方法,其特征在于,所述羊绒的细度为15μm~16μm,长度为34mm~40mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒裤的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S101中,在用羊绒进行编织过程中加入锦纶,锦纶的质量为所述羊绒质量的1%~3%。
