本发明公开了一种双层阻燃性调温机织物的织造方法,包括如下步骤:1)将芳纶1313、调温纱进行上浆处理,浆料选用复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料,含固率15%~20%;2)选用表里接结双层组织,选取芳纶1313作为表层组织的经纱和纬纱以及选取调温纱作为里层组织的经纱和纬纱;3)表层组织为1/2的斜纹组织,里层组织为5枚缎纹组织。本发明的有益效果在于:该织物既具有优良的阻燃功能也具有调温的功能,并且手感柔软舒适,生态环保,可用于高温钢铁厂以及低温户外作业的穿着需求。

双层阻燃性调温机织物的织造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层阻燃性调温机织物的织造方法。
背景技术
阻燃调温防护服是指在钢铁、石油石化等高温环境下以及户外低温环境下作业的工作人员穿着的防护服装,能够抵御并调节热传导、热辐射以及熔融金属溅射和热蒸汽对于人体的伤害。
目前市场上主要是阻燃防护服,没有调温作用,添加调温纤维可以起到吸收、存储、释放热量的作用,可以根据外界环境温度的变化进行固、液态相互转化,从而达到缓冲温度变化的效果。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种双层阻燃性调温机织物,该织物既具有优良的阻燃功能也具有调温的功能,并且手感柔软舒适,生态环保,可用于高温钢铁厂以及低温户外作业的穿着需求。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种双层阻燃性调温机织物的织造方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
1)将芳纶1313、调温纱进行上浆处理,浆料选用复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料,含固率15%~20%;
2)选用表里接结双层组织,选取芳纶1313作为表层组织的经纱和纬纱以及选取调温纱作为里层组织的经纱和纬纱;
3)表层组织为1/2的斜纹组织,里层组织为5枚缎纹组织。
所述复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料的制备方法是: 按重量份将去离子水480份、氧化淀粉30份、PR-Su酯化淀粉40份加入到反应釜中,在75℃下进行搅拌溶解1h,然后加入纳米TiO2改性丙烯酸浆料30份,继续搅拌30min,最后过滤出料,合成得到复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料。
本发明的有益效果在于:该织物既具有优良的阻燃功能也具有调温的功能,并且手感柔软舒适,生态环保,可用于高温钢铁厂以及低温户外作业的穿着需求。
具体实施方式
以下是对本发明的进一步详细说明。
一种双层阻燃性调温机织物的织造方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将芳纶1313、调温纱进行上浆处理,浆料选用复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料,含固率17%;
2)选用表里接结双层组织,选取芳纶1313作为表层组织的经纱和纬纱以及选取调温纱作为里层组织的经纱和纬纱;
3)表层组织为1/2的斜纹组织,里层组织为5枚缎纹组织。
所述复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料的制备方法是: 按重量份将去离子水480份、氧化淀粉30份、PR-Su酯化淀粉(德国ES公司)40份加入到反应釜中,在75℃下进行搅拌溶解1h,然后加入纳米TiO2改性丙烯酸浆料30份,继续搅拌30min,最后过滤出料,合成得到复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料。经纱密度500根/10cm,纬纱密度为240根/10cm。
采用这种方式制成的双层阻燃性调温机织物,该织物外层具有优良的阻燃功能,内层具有调温的功能,织物外层热防护性能测试值(TPP)为25.4cal·cm-2,能提供优良的隔热性,面料尺寸稳定,织物内层热阻为0.031~0.039m2·k/w,克罗值为0.228~0.257,热传系数为25.11~28.34w/(m2·k),在25℃~45℃的升温速率为0.34~0.51℃/s,在45℃~25℃的降温速率为0.10~0.14℃/s,织物手感柔软舒适,生态环保,可用于高温钢铁厂以及低温户外作业的穿着需求。

1.一种双层阻燃性调温机织物的织造方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
1)将芳纶1313、调温纱进行上浆处理,浆料选用复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料,含固率15%~20%;
2)选用表里接结双层组织,选取芳纶1313作为表层组织的经纱和纬纱以及选取调温纱作为里层组织的经纱和纬纱;
3)表层组织为1/2的斜纹组织,里层组织为5枚缎纹组织。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的双层阻燃性调温机织物的织造方法,其特征是:所述复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料的制备方法是: 按重量份将去离子水480份、氧化淀粉30份、PR-Su酯化淀粉40份加入到反应釜中,在75℃下进行搅拌溶解1h,然后加入纳米TiO2改性丙烯酸浆料30份,继续搅拌30min,最后过滤出料,合成得到复合变性淀粉/新型丙烯酸类浆料。
