Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂及其应用方法,使清洗和漂白两道工序可以同时进行,还具有杀菌抑菌效果;在使用时先后加入前组分B和后组分A,前组分B中的耐碱表面活性剂为清洗剂,两性表面活性剂为蓬松剂,还具有一定的杀菌和抑菌效果;后组分A中的过氧化氢为漂白剂,螯合剂起到稳定作用;前组分B中的氢氧化铵可以加速过氧化氢反应,加快漂白速度;消泡剂可以抑制清洗和漂白过程中的泡沫,便于清水漂洗。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂及其应用方法。
背景技术:
羽绒是很好的天然保暖材料,具有质轻,柔软保温性好等优点,羽绒被、羽绒服也是消费者保暖用品的最好选择。羽绒的化学组成是一种蛋白质,为了更好的用羽绒制作生活用品,需要在处理过程中对羽绒进行清洗。目前的清洗剂在清洗羽绒时存在以下问题:1、对部分白鸭毛清洗后的羽绒白度效果不理想;2、灰鸭毛外观效果不佳,尽管价格相对低廉,但是市场接受度较差,通过漂白处理可以提升灰鸭毛的品质,但是通常采用先清洗,再漂白,后柔软处理的生产加工工艺比较繁琐;3、羽绒原材料容易滋生细菌,清洗后仍有异味。如何简单的杀菌、抑菌也是高品质羽绒制品的基本要求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种将清洗和漂白两道工序同时进行,清洁和漂白效果好,还具有杀菌抑菌效果的高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂及其应用方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,包括后组分A和前组分B,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢10-30份、水30-40份、螯合剂0.1-0.5份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵10-30份、耐碱表面活性剂0.1-0.5份、两性表面活性剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.01-0.1份、螯合剂0.1-0.5份、水20-30份。
优选地,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢15-20份、水30-35份、螯合剂0.2-0.4份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵10-25份、耐碱表面活性剂0.2-0.5份、两性表面活性剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.01-0.08份、螯合剂0.1-0.5份、水20-25份。
优选地,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢18份、水31份和螯合剂0.3份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵15份、耐碱表面活性剂0.4份、两性表面活性剂0.3份、消泡剂0.06份、螯合剂0.3份、水25份。
所述后组分A和前组分B的质量比为3:2。
所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠、EDTA四钠、聚羧酸盐中的至少一种。
所述耐碱表面活性剂为异构十醇烷基醚硫酸盐、异构十三烷基醚硫酸盐中的至少一种。
所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基氧化胺、十八烷基氧化胺中的至少一种。
所述消泡剂为普通的聚醚有机硅消泡剂和二氧化硅消泡剂复配物。
一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂的应用方法,在水洗机中加入120份水,升温到80℃后加入40份前组分B,搅拌均匀,然后加入5份羽绒,搅拌均匀后加入60份后组分A,保持80℃的水温搅拌清洗45分钟,最后对羽绒进行后续清洗。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂及其应用方法,使清洗和漂白两道工序可以同时进行,还具有杀菌抑菌效果;在使用时先后加入前组分B和后组分A,前组分B中的耐碱表面活性剂为清洗剂,两性表面活性剂为蓬松剂,还具有一定的杀菌和抑菌效果;后组分A中的过氧化氢为漂白剂,螯合剂起到稳定作用;前组分B中的氢氧化铵可以加速过氧化氢反应,加快漂白速度;消泡剂可以抑制清洗和漂白过程中的泡沫,便于清水漂洗。

一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,包括后组分A和前组分B,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢10份、水30份、螯合剂0.1份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵10份、耐碱表面活性剂0.1份、两性表面活性剂0.1份、消泡剂0.01份、螯合剂0.1份、水20份。
实施例2
一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,包括后组分A和前组分B,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢30份、水40份、螯合剂0.5份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵30份、耐碱表面活性剂0.5份、两性表面活性剂0.5份、消泡剂0.1份、螯合剂0.5份、水30份。
实施例3
一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢20份、水35份、螯合剂0.4份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵25份、耐碱表面活性剂0.5份、两性表面活性剂0.5份、消泡剂0.08份、螯合剂0.5份、水25份。
实施例4
一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢15份、水30份、螯合剂0.2份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵10份、耐碱表面活性剂0.2份、两性表面活性剂0.1份、消泡剂0.01份、螯合剂0.1份、水20份。
实施例5
一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢18份、水31份和螯合剂0.3份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵15份、耐碱表面活性剂0.4份、两性表面活性剂0.3份、消泡剂0.06份、螯合剂0.3份、水25份。
上述实施例中,所述后组分A和前组分B的质量比优选为3:2。其中,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠、EDTA四钠、聚羧酸盐中的至少一种,所述耐碱表面活性剂为异构十醇烷基醚硫酸盐、异构十三烷基醚硫酸盐中的至少一种,所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基氧化胺、十八烷基氧化胺中的至少一种,所述消泡剂为普通的聚醚有机硅消泡剂和二氧化硅消泡剂复配物。
一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂的应用方法,在水洗机中加入120份水,升温到80℃后加入40份前组分B,搅拌均匀,然后加入5份羽绒,搅拌均匀后加入60份后组分A,保持80℃的水温搅拌清洗45分钟,最后对羽绒进行后续清洗。清洗和漂白两道工序可以同时进行,互不影响,清洁、漂白和杀菌效果非常好。
本发明实施例1-5所得的高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂实施效果如表1所示。

1.一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:包括后组分A和前组分B,所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢10-30份、水30-40份、螯合剂0.1-0.5份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵10-30份、耐碱表面活性剂0.1-0.5份、两性表面活性剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.01-0.1份、螯合剂0.1-0.5份、水20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢15-20份、水30-35份、螯合剂0.2-0.4份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵10-25份、耐碱表面活性剂0.2-0.5份、两性表面活性剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.01-0.08份、螯合剂0.1-0.5份、水20-25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述后组分A包括以下质量份数的组分:30%过氧化氢18份、水31份和螯合剂0.3份;所述前组分B包括以下质量份数的组分:氢氧化铵15份、耐碱表面活性剂0.4份、两性表面活性剂0.3份、消泡剂0.06份、螯合剂0.3份、水25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述后组分A和前组分B的质量比为3:2。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠、EDTA四钠、聚羧酸盐中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述耐碱表面活性剂为异构十醇烷基醚硫酸盐、异构十三烷基醚硫酸盐中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基氧化胺、十八烷基氧化胺中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为普通的聚醚有机硅消泡剂和二氧化硅消泡剂复配物。
9.一种高效羽绒漂白清洗杀菌剂的应用方法,其特征在于:在水洗机中加入120份水,升温到80℃后加入40份前组分B,搅拌均匀,然后加入5份羽绒,搅拌均匀后加入60份后组分A,保持80℃的水温搅拌清洗45分钟,最后对羽绒进行后续清洗。
