本发明公开了自降压轮毂,具有轮圈,所述轮圈上设有气嘴,其特征在于所述轮圈上可拆卸地装有减压阀,所述减压阀的阀体内部设有钢珠和弹簧,所述弹簧紧压钢珠并使钢珠封堵阀体朝向轮胎一侧的进气口,所述阀体另一侧设有排气口。采用上述技术方案,可以有效对轮胎进行降压,进而保证轮胎不会因为胎压过高而炸胎。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂,具体涉及一种自降压轮毂。
背景技术
轮毂主要用于支撑轮胎并与转动轴连接,当机动车行驶在温度较高的路面或者在高速公路上高速行驶时,都会使轮胎的温度升高,进而导致轮胎内的气压越来越大,当轮胎内压过大时,就会发生爆胎,因为轮胎内胎压过大而发生爆胎的事件时有发生,存在极大的安全隐患。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以有效对轮胎进行降压,进而保证轮胎不会因为胎压过高而炸胎的轮毂。
为此,本发明是采用如下方案来实现的:
自降压轮毂,具有轮圈,所述轮圈上设有气嘴,其特征在于所述轮圈上可拆卸地装有减压阀,所述减压阀的阀体内部设有钢珠和弹簧,所述弹簧紧压钢珠并使钢珠封堵阀体朝向轮胎一侧的进气口,所述阀体另一侧设有排气口。
所述减压阀的阀体呈圆台状,所述阀体在进气口一侧为大头端,在出气口一侧为小头端,所述轮圈上设有与阀体匹配的安装孔。
所述阀体的外壁设有环形卡槽。
所述阀体在进气口一侧向外延伸形成螺纹管,所述阀体通过螺纹管与轮圈螺接。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的优点为:通过在轮圈上设置减压阀,当轮胎内的胎压过大时,减压阀会自动打开排气降压,保证轮胎内的胎压始终保持在安全的胎压范围内,从而防止轮胎因胎压过高而发生炸胎;另外,减压阀为可拆卸结构,可以根据不同的轮胎规格选用相适应的减压阀,大大提高了轮毂的实用性。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明公开的自降压轮毂,具有轮圈1,轮圈1上设有气嘴3,轮圈1上可拆卸地装有减压阀,减压阀的阀体2内部设有钢珠6和弹簧5,弹簧5紧压钢珠6并使钢珠6封堵阀体2朝向轮胎一侧的进气口7,阀体2另一侧设有排气口4,减压阀的阀体2呈圆台状,阀体2在进气口7一侧为大头端8,在排气口4一侧为小头端10,阀体2的外壁设有环形卡槽9,轮圈1上设有与阀体2匹配的安装孔,阀体2通过插入轮圈1上的安装孔即可完成安装,另外,轮胎充气后,其内部胎压会提供给阀体2一定的压力,保证阀体2不会脱出,而且通过在环形卡槽9内卡入卡簧,也确保阀体2安装的稳定性。
另外,本发明的减压阀还可以采用阀体2在进气口7一侧向外延伸形成螺纹管11,再通过螺纹管11与轮圈1螺接的方式实现减压阀与轮圈1的连接,并方便日后的拆装、跟换。
本发明的工作原理为:当轮胎内部的胎压过高时,减压阀上的钢珠6会挤压弹簧5,弹簧5受到钢珠6的挤压而收缩,使得阀体2上的进气口7打开,轮胎内部的气体可以顺势进入阀体2并从排气口4排出,从而有效降低轮胎内的胎压,当轮胎内的胎压降低到正常范围内时,弹簧5挤压钢珠6重新封堵阀体2的进气口7,保证轮胎内胎压的稳定。

1.自降压轮毂,具有轮圈,所述轮圈上设有气嘴,其特征在于所述轮圈上可拆卸地装有减压阀,所述减压阀的阀体内部设有钢珠和弹簧,所述弹簧紧压钢珠并使钢珠封堵阀体朝向轮胎一侧的进气口,所述阀体另一侧设有排气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自降压轮毂,其特征在于:所述减压阀的阀体呈圆台状,所述阀体在进气口一侧为大头端,在出气口一侧为小头端,所述轮圈上设有与阀体匹配的安装孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自降压轮毂,其特征在于:所述阀体的外壁设有环形卡槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自降压轮毂,其特征在于:所述阀体在进气口一侧向外延伸形成螺纹管,所述阀体通过螺纹管与轮圈螺接。
