Abstract
本发明属于食品工程技术领域。目前的解酒饮料仅仅只具有解酒的功效,不适合高尿酸血症和痛风患者饮用。针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料及其制备方法,首先将1‑2份葛根、0.8‑1.5份百合、1‑1.5份茯苓、0.8‑1.2份车前子、0.5‑1.5份葛花、2‑8份菊苣、3‑10份樱桃预处理后萃取过滤得粗滤液,然后再将4‑10份玉米低聚肽粉、0‑0.1份牛磺酸、0‑0.1份维生素C、0‑2份蜂蜜加入上述粗滤液中溶解过滤后加水配成100份成品饮料。本发明制备工艺简便,所制备的解酒饮料成本低廉,口感适宜,在具备解酒功效的同时还可以降低血尿酸的生成并促进其通过代谢排出体外,适宜各类痛风病患者及烟酒过量者饮用。

公开号为CN106360192A的中国专利公开了一种玉米低聚肽粉和中药复合解酒饮料,该解酒饮料每1000kg含:玉米低聚肽粉50-80kg,葛根12-18kg,葛花8-12kg,佛手8-12kg,陈皮8-12kg,枳椇子8-12kg,茯苓10-15kg,牛磺酸0-1kg,维生素C 0-1kg,蜂蜜0-20kg,余量为纯净水。该解酒饮料以玉米低聚肽粉及六种各具功效的中药为原料制备,对人体无副作用,且能够达到快速解酒的功效。然而该解酒饮料仅仅只具有解酒的功能,无法克服因酒精造成的血尿酸含量增高的问题,不适合高尿酸血症和痛风患者饮用。
然而,目前对于痛风患者的专用解酒饮料在国内尚未见报道。基于此,本发明以玉米低聚肽粉及葛根、百合、茯苓、车前子、葛花、菊苣等七种各具功效的植物为原料制备复合饮料,该饮料的制备方法简单,成本低廉,制备出的饮料口感适宜,在具备解酒的功效的同时还可降低血尿酸的生成并促进其通过代谢排出体外,适宜各类痛风病患者及烟酒过量者饮用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料及其制备方法,该解酒饮料在具备解酒功效的同时还可以降低血尿酸的生成并促进血尿酸排出体外,适宜各类痛风病患者及饮酒过量者。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
1)预处理:将1-2份葛根、0.8-1.5份百合、1-1.5份茯苓、0.8-1.2份车前子、0.5-1.5份葛花、2-8份菊苣、3-10份樱桃称重,超微粉碎后加入萃取釜中,用5-15份水浸泡1h,备用;
2)萃取:将浸泡后的萃取釜中再加入20-40份水,随后于70-90℃下以100-200rpm的转速搅拌萃取1.5-3.5h;
3)粗滤:萃取完成后用80-200目滤布过滤,滤液放入调配罐中待用;
4)配液:称取4-10份玉米低聚肽粉、0-0.1份牛磺酸、0-0.1份维生素C、0-2份蜂蜜加入调配罐中,以100-200rpm的转速搅拌15-60min,直至充分溶解;
5)精滤:将(4)所制得溶液以4000-10000rpm的转速离心过滤得到精滤液,然后再将所得精滤液加入余量水,搅拌均匀得100份成品饮料;
6)灭菌、罐装:将成品饮料进行UHT灭菌,之后进行热灌装,冷却后保存;
上述制备步骤中各原料的份数均以质量份计。
作为优选方案,步骤2中的萃取温度为85℃,萃取时间为2.5h。
作为优选方案,步骤4中的搅拌时间为45min。
作为优选方案,步骤5中的离心转速为9000rpm。
本发明还公开了一种采用上述方法制备得到的高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料。
有益效果:
本发明主要原辅料功效:
1)玉米低聚肽粉:玉米低聚肽具有多种生物活性,如抗氧化、调节血压、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、护肝等。动物和人体试验表明玉米低聚肽还具备解酒作用。
2)葛根:葛根内含12%的黄酮类化合物,能够促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精损伤肝脏。具有良好的抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、降血压、解热、解酒和增强免疫力等功效。
3)葛花:强效解酒,被中医誉为“千杯不醉葛藤花”。同时还具有清热、解毒、护肝、补肾的作用。
4)百合:解毒、理脾健胃、宁心安神、促进血液循环等功效。
5)车前子:清热解毒、利尿渗湿、祛痰明目。
6)菊苣:降低血糖、通便利尿、清肝去火。菊苣素可结合血液中的游离尿酸,促进尿酸通过代谢排出体外;调控嘌呤的合成与代谢。
7)茯苓:利水渗湿,健脾化痰,宁心安神,败毒抗癌。
8)樱桃:樱桃中的花青素有助于提高肾小球对尿酸的过滤作用,降低肾小管对尿酸的再吸收。
本发明提供了一种高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料及其制备方法,将葛根、百合、茯苓、车前子、葛花、菊苣、樱桃七味各具功效的药食同源原料经过处理后与玉米低聚肽粉结合,同时加入少量牛磺酸,维生素C,蜂蜜等,本发明制备工艺简便,所制备的解酒饮料成本低廉,口感适宜,不但可以缓解醉酒后肠胃不适,头晕头疼等症状,具有快速有效解酒的作用,还能够有效降低血尿酸含量,促进尿酸排出体外,适宜各类痛风病患者及烟酒过量者饮用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步阐述,但不对本发明的权利要求做任何限定。
实施例1:
一种高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
1)原料预处理:将1.6份葛根、1.2份百合、0.9份茯苓、1.1份车前子、1份葛花、5份菊苣、6.5份樱桃称重,超微粉碎后加入萃取釜中,用10份水浸泡1h,备用;
2)萃取:将浸泡后的萃取釜中再加入40份水,随后于85℃下以150rpm的转速搅拌萃取2.5h;
3)粗滤:萃取完成后用120目滤布过滤,滤液放入调配罐中待用;
4)调配:称取6份玉米低聚肽粉、0.1份牛磺酸、维生素C 0.05份、1份蜂蜜加入调配罐中,以200rpm的转速搅拌45min,直至充分溶解;
5)精滤:将(4)所制得溶液9000rpm离心过滤,然后再将所得精滤液加入余量水,搅拌均匀得100份成品饮料;
6)灭菌、罐装:将成品饮料进行UHT灭菌,之后进行热灌装,冷却后保存;
其中,上述制备步骤中各原料的份数均以质量份计。
酒精代谢实验
方法:昆明小鼠36只,体重20-25g,雌雄各半,平均分为三组;分别灌服生理盐水(对照组)、市售某品牌解酒饮料(A组)和本产品(B组,以实施例1中的配比为例),灌服剂量为0.05ml/10g,30min后口服42°市售某品牌白酒0.1ml/10g,相当于65kg体重的成人一次性饮用42°白酒650mL。
检测:以上各组动物于灌服白酒后1小时、3小时各活杀6只小鼠,取血抗凝后气相色谱法检测小鼠血液中的酒精浓度,检测结果如图1所示。
图1的结果表明本发明的解酒饮料可以显著加速酒精代谢,小鼠灌服解酒饮料后再饮酒,其血液中的酒精含量明显低于灌服生理盐水的对照组,且明显低于市售的某品牌解酒饮料。
血清尿素代谢实验
方法:昆明小鼠36只,体重20-25g,雌雄各半,平均分为三组。采用尿酸酶抑制剂氧嗪酸钾盐为化学诱导剂,抑制小鼠体内尿酸分解,造成小鼠高尿酸血症模型。分别对高尿酸血症小鼠灌服生理盐水(对照组)、市售某品牌解酒饮料(A组)和本产品(B组,以实施例1中的配比为例),灌服剂量为0.05ml/10g。
检测:以上各组动物于灌服1小时后小鼠眼眶后静脉丛采血,全血10000rpm离心10min,采用尿酸测定试剂盒测定小鼠血清尿素含量(μmol/L),检测结果如图2所示。
图2的结果表明摄入本发明的解酒饮料1h后小鼠血清尿酸浓度显著降低,而市售的某品牌解酒饮料几乎无调节尿酸浓度的功效。
Claims (5)
1.一种高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下操作步骤:
1)预处理:将1-2份葛根、0.8-1.5份百合、1-1.5份茯苓、0.8-1.2份车前子、0.5-1.5份葛花、2-8份菊苣、3-10份樱桃称重,超微粉碎后加入萃取釜中,用5-15份水浸泡1h,备用;
2)萃取:将浸泡后的萃取釜中再加入20-40份水,随后于70-90℃下以100-200rpm的转速搅拌萃取1.5-3.5h;
3)粗滤:萃取完成后用80-200目滤布过滤,滤液放入调配罐中待用;
4)配液:称取4-10份玉米低聚肽粉、0-0.1份牛磺酸、0-0.1份维生素C、0-2份蜂蜜加入调配罐中,以100-200rpm的转速搅拌15-60min,直至充分溶解;
5)精滤:将(4)所制得溶液以4000-10000rpm的转速离心过滤得到精滤液,然后再将所得精滤液加入余量水,搅拌均匀得100份成品饮料;
6)灭菌、罐装:将成品饮料进行UHT灭菌,之后进行热灌装,冷却后保存;
上述制备步骤中各原料的份数均以质量份计。
2.如权利要求1所述解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中的萃取温度为85℃,萃取时间为2.5h。
3.如权利要求1所述解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4中的搅拌时间为45min。
4.如权利要求1所述解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5中的离心转速为9000rpm。
5.一种实施权利要求1~4任一所述的方法制备得到的高尿酸血症和痛风患者的专用解酒饮料。
