本发明涉及一种新型蒸汽疏水阀,所述阀盖位于疏水阀本体的顶部,疏水阀本体上部左右两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,所述阀口设于疏水阀本体出水口侧的下部,所述双金属片设于疏水阀本体内,双金属片通过杠杆机构带动堵片上下移动实现阀口的开启和关闭,支点位于杠杆机构下部,双金属片位于杠杆机构的左端,受温度影响变形,常温下水平放置,双金属片的上端连接杠杆机构的一端,杠杆机构的另一端下部竖直连接堵片,该堵片位于阀口处。本发明能够实现水跟蒸汽按时独自排放,适合推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸汽疏水阀,具体的说是新型蒸汽疏水阀。
背景技术
大多浮球式疏水阀排水与排蒸气没有得到有效的分离控制,导致蒸汽大量无节制排放,疏水阀排水的同时由于水量的净含量偏多导致水跟蒸汽一同排放达不到阻止蒸汽的效果,工作中浮球一直跳动,易导致浮球摩擦受损。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新型蒸汽疏水阀,能够实现水跟蒸汽独自排放。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
一种新型蒸汽疏水阀,其特征在于:它包括进水口、双金属片、杠杆机构、堵片、出水口、阀盖、阀口和支点,所述阀盖位于疏水阀本体的顶部,疏水阀本体上部左右两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,所述阀口设于疏水阀本体出水口侧的下部,所述双金属片设于疏水阀本体内,双金属片通过杠杆机构带动堵片上下移动实现阀口的开启和关闭,支点位于杠杆机构下部。
所述的新型蒸汽疏水阀,其特征在于:所述双金属片为受温度影响变形的双金属片,常温下水平放置,双金属片的上端连接杠杆机构的一端,杠杆机构的另一端下部竖直连接堵片,该堵片位于阀口处。
本发明的有益效果是:利用双金属片的形变推动杠杆使得右端的堵片密封蒸汽口,阻止蒸汽的排放。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示:一种新型蒸汽疏水阀,它包括进水口1、双金属片2、杠杆机构3、堵片4、出水口5、阀盖6、阀口7和支点8,所述阀盖位于疏水阀本体的顶部,疏水阀本体上部左右两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,所述阀口设于疏水阀本体出水口侧的下部,所述双金属片设于疏水阀本体内,双金属片为受温度影响变形的双金属片,常温下水平放置,双金属片的上端连接杠杆机构的一端,杠杆机构的另一端下部竖直连接堵片,该堵片位于阀口处,双金属片通过杠杆机构带动堵片上下移动实现阀口的开启和关闭,支点位于杠杆机构下部。
工作原理:疏水阀堵汽流程:当水跟蒸汽一起进入疏水阀进水口1时,由于温度升高,双金属片2发生展开变形,推动杠杆机构3左端上行,通过支点8,带动杠杆机构3与堵片4连接端下行,实现堵片4贴紧阀口7,阻止蒸汽排放。
疏水阀排汽流程:当疏水阀内水停止排放,温度降低,双金属片2发生收缩变形,拉回杠杆机构3与双金属片2连接端,通过支点8,带动杠杆机构3与堵片4连接端上行,带动堵片4上行脱离阀口7,排除剩余蒸汽。
在实际生产中由于浮球式的疏水阀蒸汽泄露严重,常发生大规模蒸汽无控制排放现象,而安装了高效的片状式蒸汽疏水阀后,可阻止蒸汽无节制向外排放,不仅节能,而且减排,片状式蒸汽疏水阀高效运行的时间越长,系统能源浪费就越少,对环境的污染也越少,这是一个多方获益的良性循环,使用片状式蒸汽疏水设备是输水系统中节能、环保、降低成本的最佳捷径。

1.一种新型蒸汽疏水阀,其特征在于:它包括进水口、双金属片、杠杆机构、堵片、出水口、阀盖、阀口和支点,所述阀盖位于疏水阀本体的顶部,疏水阀本体上部左右两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,所述阀口设于疏水阀本体出水口侧的下部,所述双金属片设于疏水阀本体内,双金属片通过杠杆机构带动堵片上下移动实现阀口的开启和关闭,支点位于杠杆机构下部。
