[0002]冷凝式壁挂炉采用冷凝技术,可将烟气中余热回收利用,高温并含有大量水蒸气与燃气壁挂炉的主换热器接触时就会产生一部分冷凝水,冷凝水与换热后的废气共同存在排气管内部,因此冷凝水需要通过冷凝水排放系统排放。现有技术的冷凝水排放系统主要采用U型管排水装置,但当冷凝式壁挂炉首次使用或U型管内的水挥发后,烟气容易从管道溢出。因此,为了避免现有技术中存在的缺点,有必要对现有技术做出改进。
实用新型内容
[0003]本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种能有效防止烟气溢出、提高管道密封性的冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置。
[0004]本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
[0005] —种冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,包括水汽容纳腔及安装于水汽容纳腔内的水汽分离机构,所述水汽容纳腔的上下两端分别开设有进水口和出水口,所述水汽分离机构包括水汽分离管及控制所述水汽分离管通断的浮球,所述浮球设于所述水汽分离管的上端,所述水汽分离管的下端与所述出水口连通。
[0006]进一步,所述水汽分离管的上端具有与所述浮球外壁相适配的弧形凹面。
[0007]进一步,所述浮球的外径大于所述水汽分离管与水汽容纳腔内壁之间的距离。
[0008]进一步,所述水汽分离管的上部还设有限制浮球运行位置的导向机构。
[0009]进一步,所述导向机构包括设于水汽分离管上端外壁的若干导向杆。
[0010]进一步,所述水汽容纳腔外设有进水管和出水管,所述进水管与所述进水口连通,所述出水管与所述出水口连通。
[0011 ]相对于现有技术,本实用新型通过水汽分离机构把冷凝水自动排出,防止烟气外溢,水汽分离机构通过浮球受到冷凝水的浮力浮起实现连通水汽分离管或受自身重力下压实现堵塞水汽分离管,从而提高排放装置的安全性,节省能耗。

[0017]如图1和图2所示本实用新型的一种冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,包括水汽容纳腔I及安装于水汽容纳腔I内的水汽分离机构,水汽容纳腔I的上下两端分别开设有进水口 2和出水口 3,水汽分离机构包括水汽分离管4及控制水汽分离管4通断的浮球5,浮球5设于水汽分离管4的上端,水汽分离管4的下端与出水口 3连通。水汽分离机构实现冷凝水9自动分离并排出,防止水蒸气外溢。
[0018]水汽分离管4的上端具有与浮球5外壁相适配的弧形凹面。该弧形凹面有利于提高浮球5与水汽分离管4上端的密封性。
[0019]浮球5的外径大于水汽分离管4与水汽容纳腔I内壁之间的距离,防止浮球5掉落至水汽容纳腔I底部。
[0020]水汽分离管4的上部还设有限制浮球5运行位置的导向机构6,防止浮球5脱离水汽分离管4的上方,有利于浮球5直接下沉至水汽分离管4的上端面。该导向机构6包括设于水汽分离管4上端外壁的若干导向杆。
[0021] 水汽容纳腔I外设有进水管7和出水管8,进水管7与进水口 2连通,出水管8与出水口 3连通。
[0022]工作原理:冷凝式壁挂炉吸收了烟气的潜热后将烟气中的水蒸气冷凝成冷凝水9,烟气和冷凝水9从进水口 2进入水汽容纳腔I,当水汽容纳腔I内的冷凝水9的水平高度低于水汽分离管4的上端面,浮球5下沉堵塞水汽分离管4的上端面,阻止烟气的排放;当水汽容纳腔I内的冷凝水9的水平高度高于水汽分离管4的上端面,浮球5浮起,冷凝水9从水汽分离管4的上端面排出,而烟气受到冷凝水9密封在水汽容纳腔I内。

1.一种冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,其特征在于:包括水汽容纳腔及安装于水汽容纳腔内的水汽分离机构,所述水汽容纳腔的上下两端分别开设有进水口和出水口,所述水汽分离机构包括水汽分离管及控制所述水汽分离管通断的浮球,所述浮球设于所述水汽分离管的上端,所述水汽分离管的下端与所述出水口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,其特征在于:所述水汽分离管的上端具有与所述浮球外壁相适配的弧形凹面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,其特征在于:所述浮球的外径大于所述水汽分离管与水汽容纳腔内壁之间的距离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,其特征在于:所述水汽分离管的上部还设有限制浮球运行位置的导向机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,其特征在于:所述导向机构包括设于水汽分离管上端外壁的若干导向杆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冷凝式壁挂炉的冷凝水排放装置,其特征在于:所述水汽容纳腔外设有进水管和出水管,所述进水管与所述进水口连通,所述出水管与所述出水口连通。
