Abstract
本发明公开了一种导布辊表面耐磨层喷涂工艺,耐磨层通过等离子喷涂或火焰喷涂涂覆于导布辊表面;耐磨层是硬质合金耐磨材料,耐磨层的厚度为0.07~1.0mm。采用本发明的喷涂工艺,耐磨层能长久贴合在导布辊上。

本发明涉及纺织、印染机械设备领域,具体地说, 涉及一种导布辊制造工艺。
背景技术
为使导布辊耐磨,现在在导布辊表面喷涂一层耐磨层,但采用现有喷涂工艺喷涂的耐磨层使用一段时间后容易脱落,无法长久保持。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能长久贴合在导布辊上的导布辊表面耐磨层喷涂工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
导布辊表面耐磨层喷涂工艺,其改进之处在于:所述耐磨层通过等离子喷涂或火焰喷涂涂覆于导布辊表面。
所述耐磨层是硬质合金耐磨材料,所述耐磨层的厚度为0.07 ~ 1.0mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:采用本发明的喷涂工艺,耐磨层能长久贴合在导布辊上。
