Beans to be separated are put into the discharging hopper 15, the cracked beans flow out of the box door 17 to the conveyor belt 26, the rocker 27 is manually shaken to enable the beans to flow into the discharging hopper 29 along the conveyor belt 26, the beans fall into the screening box 32 from the discharging hopper 29 for screening, and finally, all the screened beans are collected in the collecting frame 35. After the device is used, the rotating motor 8 is only required to be turned off.

When the pressing is stopped, the third spring 45 extends to drive the pressing plate 46 to move leftwards, the pressing plate 46 moves leftwards to drive the guide rod 44 to move leftwards, and the guide rod 44 moves leftwards to drive the elastic ball 47 to move leftwards to return to the original position.
Because still including connecting rod 48, fixing base 49 and pneumatic hammer 50, connecting rod 48 sets up in the outer bottom left side of screening case 32, and connecting rod 48 right side bottom is provided with fixing base 49, and fixing base 49 top is provided with pneumatic hammer 50.
