背景技术

现有技术中，治疗疮疡肿毒症状的药物大多为外敷药，通过喷洒或涂敷于疮疡肿毒伤口处，一方面需要对疮疡肿毒伤口做出适应性处理（防水、防阳光、消毒等），另一方面也不便于都市白领在工作环境中进行换药敷药等操作，同时外敷药容易引起皮肤过敏等副作用。

本发明要解决的技术问题是：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足和缺陷，本发明提供一种用于治疗疮疡肿毒的口服中药丸及其制备方法。

（3）取规定质量的净蝼蛄，黄酒拌匀后加入小米用文火煮熟、取出、筛除米粒和黄酒、然后切屑，其中蝼蛄、黄酒和小米的质量配比为100：12.5：50；
取规定质量的洁净甘遂，用米醋拌匀闷润，待醋汁被吸尽后用文火加热炒制，取出、晾干、筛去碎屑，其中甘遂和米醋的质量配比为100：30；
取规定质量的三棱片，用米醋拌匀闷润，待醋汁被吸尽后用文火加热炒制，取出、晾干、筛去碎屑，其中大黄和米醋的质量配比为100：15；
取规定质量的莪术，用米醋浸没，用文火煮至醋汁被吸尽，内无白心时，取出、晾干、然后切片，其中莪术和米醋的质量配比为5：1；
（4）取规定质量的净金银花，用文火炒至表面呈焦褐色后，喷淋少许清水，灭尽火星后，取出晾干；
（5）取规定质量的白芍片，用白酒拌匀闷润，待酒汁被吸尽后用文火加热炒至微黄色，取出、晾干，其中白芍和白酒的质量配比为100：10；
（6）用中火加热麦麸，待冒出白烟时投入规定质量的白术片并不断翻炒，炒至白术呈焦黄色且逸出焦香气时，取出，筛去麦麸，放凉；

本发明的有益效果是：
（1）不需要对疮疡肿毒伤口做出适应性处理（防水、防阳光、消毒、包裹伤口等），直接通过口服中药丸实现治疗效果；
（2）便于都市白领在工作环境中直接口服，而不需要脱衣解扣后外敷于伤口之上；
（3）减少外敷药容易引起皮肤过敏等副作用的可能。
（4）用于内服以治疗疮疡肿毒、活血化瘀、祛淤拔毒、抗肿排毒、排黄、健脾等功能。

相对于现有产品，本发明不需要对疮疡肿毒伤口做出适应性处理（防水、防阳光、消毒、包裹伤口等），直接通过口服中药丸实现治疗效果；同时便于都市白领在工作环境中直接口服，而不需要脱衣解扣后外敷于伤口之上；此外，还可以减少外敷药容易引起皮肤过敏等副作用的可能；用于内服以治疗疮疡肿毒、活血化瘀、祛淤拔毒、抗肿排毒、排黄等功能。
药效试验及结果：
本发明药物临床试验，通过早晚各口服一次，每次口服2粒，通过临床观察病人情况如下：
病例一：闻某，男，36岁，公司白领，应酬多，2018年3月口腔溃疡2周未愈入院治疗，诊断后临床服药1周，溃疡消散、逐渐愈合，4月电话回访口腔溃疡已完全愈合；
病例二：纪某某，女，27岁，公司职员，熬夜、且长期面对电脑及手机，2018年2月偶感风寒引起口腔溃疡久治不愈后入院治疗，后临床服用本药2周，且及时调整作息，症状改善、溃疡痊愈；
病例三：梁某某，女，40岁，2018年1月下楼梯扭伤脚踝来院治疗后，临床服药半个月，淤血肿胀部已开始消肿，颜色变淡，有所缓解。
