目前，近视眼的患者越来越多，需要借助近视眼镜才能正常的工作学习，摆脱眼镜的方法目前有手术治疗和药物治疗，手术治疗为介入性治疗，不容易被接受。药物治疗多采用明目的药物进行治疗，治标不治本。中医认为近视是由于先天禀赋不足则肝肾亏损，精血无以升腾于目失濡养，神光不能发越为先天遗传所致。后天饮食不节，脾胃为后天之本，气血升化之源，脾胃虚弱则升降运化失职，目不得血，神光不能视远。劳瞻竭视，致心阳衰微，阳不足则阴有余，阳为阴侵，耗伤肝血，因肝血亏虚，不能濡养于目，脉络淤阻，以致气滞血瘀，目络受阻，精血不能上荣于目，气血两虚，劳瞻竭视，精雕细刻，久视伤血，损伤肝血，目中经络干涩，脉络纤细，气血不足而形成近视。

作为本发明进一步的改进，其由以下步骤制备：
(1) 按重量份称取石决明、太子参、川芎、山药、苍术、石斛、厚朴、荜茇、桂枝、牛黄、鬼目、橘皮、枸杞子、熟地、牛蒡、菊花、冰片、僵蚕和麝香，将猪肺切成片状，加入水中浸泡30-45分钟，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮45-60分钟，滤出药液，得到滤渣，第二煎煮，加水，大火水沸后，文火煎煮20-30分钟，滤出药液，浓缩至一定浓度，冷冻干燥，得到提取粉A；

麝香为鹿科动物林麝Moschus berezovskii Flerov 、马麝Moschus sifanicusPrzewalski或原麝Moschus moschiferus Linnaeus 成熟雄体香囊中的干燥分泌物。功能主治：开窍醒神，活血通经，消肿止痛。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：
本发明所提供的组合物，以中医药学理论为指导，结合现代医学研究常规，严格遵从中药七情配伍，科学调配各组方，各组方共用，药食共调，近视眼的治疗有效率为99.33%。
本发明在中医辨症与辩病指导下的施治，太子参、山药和石斛补脾养胃、补气升血；川芎、荜茇和桂枝温里行气、活血化瘀，麝香、牛黄和冰片共助开窍醒神、活血清毒；橘皮、苍术和厚朴理气健脾；枸杞子、石决明、熟地、鬼目和菊花清肝明目益精补肾；僵蚕助通，猪肺与中药材共煎可以提升补虚、顺气、清肝明目，协同共奏健脾礼气、活血行气，温里益精、开窍明目之效。
蓝莓能够恢复视力与改善疲劳，强化泪腺弹性，同时补充视网膜必需的视紫素，增强视紫红质，有效消除眼干涩，预防干眼症发生。并可以巩固微血管壁，帮助红血球输送氧气与养分，促使血液循环畅通，所以能调节眼睛结缔组织，有效松弛睫状肌的紧紧张，提高视力，配合其他中药协同提高疗效。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面结合具体实施例对发明进行清楚、完整的描述。
实施例1
缓解近视眼症状的配方，其由如下组分组成：石决明225g、太子参175g、川芎75g、 山药75g、苍术125g、石斛125g、厚朴75g、荜茇75g、桂枝75g、牛黄15g、鬼目60g、橘皮125g、枸杞子150g、熟地175g、牛蒡150g、菊花150g、冰片40g、僵蚕40g、麝香12g、蓝莓225g和猪肺400g。
其由以下步骤制备：
(1) 将石决明、太子参、川芎、山药、苍术、石斛、厚朴、荜茇、桂枝、牛黄、鬼目、橘皮、枸杞子、熟地、牛蒡、菊花、冰片、僵蚕和麝香加入煎锅中，再将猪肺切成片状放入，加入23.42Kg水中浸泡40分钟，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮60分钟，滤出药液，得到滤渣，第二煎煮，加11.71Kg水，大火水沸后，文火煎煮30分钟，滤出药液，浓缩至一定浓度，冷冻干燥，得到提取粉A；
(2)将步骤(1)的药渣中取出猪肺，干燥，粉碎，得到粉末B；
(3)将蓝莓切块在60℃条件下干燥后，进行微粉化处理，得到超微粉C；
(4)将提取粉A、粉末B和超微粉C混合。
实施例2
其由如下组分组成：石决明200g、太子参200g、川芎50g、 山药100g、苍术150g、石斛100g、厚朴100g、荜茇50g、桂枝90g、牛黄10g、鬼目80g、橘皮100g、枸杞子200g、熟地150g、牛蒡200g、菊花100g、冰片50g、僵蚕50g、麝香10g、蓝莓300g和猪肺300g。
(1) 将石决明、太子参、川芎、山药、苍术、石斛、厚朴、荜茇、桂枝、牛黄、鬼目、橘皮、枸杞子、熟地、牛蒡、菊花、冰片、僵蚕和麝香加入煎锅中，再将猪肺切成片状放入，加入25.9Kg水中浸泡40分钟，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮60分钟，滤出药液，得到滤渣，第二煎煮，加12.9Kg水，大火水沸后，文火煎煮30分钟，滤出药液，浓缩至一定浓度，冷冻干燥，得到提取粉A；
(2)将步骤(1)的药渣中取出猪肺，干燥，粉碎，得到粉末B；
(3)将蓝莓切块在60℃条件下干燥后，进行微粉化处理，得到超微粉C；
(4)将提取粉A、粉末B和超微粉C混合。
实施例3
缓解近视眼症状的配方，其由如下组分组成：石决明250g、太子参150g、川芎100g、 山药50g、苍术150g、石斛100g、厚朴100g、荜茇50g、桂枝90g、牛黄10g、鬼目80g、橘皮100g、枸杞子200g、熟地150g、牛蒡200g、菊花100g、冰片30g、僵蚕50g、麝香25g、蓝莓150g和猪肺300g。
(1) 将石决明、太子参、川芎、山药、苍术、石斛、厚朴、荜茇、桂枝、牛黄、鬼目、橘皮、枸杞子、熟地、牛蒡、菊花、冰片、僵蚕和麝香加入煎锅中，再将猪肺切成片状放入，加入19.36Kg水中浸泡40分钟，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮60分钟，滤出药液，得到滤渣，第二煎煮，加9.68Kg水，大火水沸后，文火煎煮30分钟，滤出药液，浓缩至一定浓度，冷冻干燥，得到提取粉A；
(2)将步骤(1)的药渣中取出猪肺，干燥，粉碎，得到粉末B；
(3)将蓝莓切块在60℃条件下干燥后，进行微粉化处理，得到超微粉C；
(4)将提取粉A、粉末B和超微粉C混合。
对比例1

临床试验：
1一般资料
入组病例:450例患者，其中男186人，女性264人，年龄最大56岁，最小7岁。
2诊断标准
经严格的屈光检查，确定为近视的患者。
3治疗方法
将男患者和女患者随机分为A、B和C三组，每组150人，共300只眼，A组施予实施例1得到的粉剂，B组施予对比例1得到的粉剂，C组施予对比例2得到的粉剂；
用法用量：A组、B组和C组，口服，每日两次，每次5g，7天为一疗程，治疗7个疗程。
4疗效标准：
痊愈：达到规定的视力正常标准 ；
有效：采用目前国内通用的对数视力表检查，经过治疗视力增进一行以上但未达到正常标准；
无效：采用目前国内通用的对数视力表检查，经过治疗视力无增进。

临床应用安全性分析
在临床应用过程中我们始终注意本发明配方的安全性观察，患者均未出现全身的过敏反应等不良反应，长时间使用本发明临床应用安全可靠。通过文献检索，未发现其它安全性问题。
临床使用分析表明，本配方临床使用人群广泛、临床疗效好、未出现毒副作用，对近视眼的治疗的有效率可达99.33%，值得推广和应用。

Claims (4)

1.一种缓解近视眼症状的配方，其特征在于，其由如下重量份组分组成：石决明200-250份、太子参150-200份、川芎50-100份、山药50-100份、苍术100-150份、石斛100-150份、厚朴50-100份、荜茇50-100份、桂枝60-90份、牛黄10-20份、鬼目40-80份、橘皮100-150份、枸杞子100-200份、熟地150-200份、牛蒡100-200份、菊花100-200份、冰片30-50份、僵蚕30-50份、麝香10-25份、蓝莓150-300份和猪肺300-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解近视眼症状的配方，其特征在于，其由如下重量份组分组成：石决明225份、太子参175份、川芎75份、 山药75份、苍术125份、石斛125份、厚朴75份、荜茇75份、桂枝75份、牛黄15份、鬼目60份、橘皮125份、枸杞子150份、熟地175份、牛蒡150份、菊花150份、冰片40份、僵蚕40份、麝香12份、蓝莓225份和猪肺400份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种缓解近视眼症状的配方，其特征在于，其由以下步骤制备：
(1) 按重量份称取石决明、太子参、川芎、山药、苍术、石斛、厚朴、荜茇、桂枝、牛黄、鬼目、橘皮、枸杞子、熟地、牛蒡、菊花、冰片、僵蚕和麝香，将猪肺切成片状，加入水中浸泡30-45分钟，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮45-60分钟，滤出药液，得到滤渣，第二煎煮，加水，大火水沸后，文火煎煮20-30分钟，滤出药液，浓缩至一定浓度，冷冻干燥，得到提取粉A；
(2)将步骤(1)的药渣中取出猪肺，干燥，粉碎，得到粉末B；
(3)将蓝莓切块在55-65℃条件下干燥后，进行微粉化处理，得到超微粉C；
(4)将提取粉A、粉末B和超微粉C混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种缓解近视眼症状的配方，其特征在于，所述的第一次煎煮时加入水的量为药材总质量的8-12倍，所述的第二次煎时加入的量为药材总质量的4-6倍。
