本发明公开了一种高防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油15‑20份、土耳其红油10‑17份、甘油8‑15份、二元酸酐3‑8份、十二烯基丁二酸0.6‑3份、山梨醇4‑8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1‑3份、防锈剂0.1‑0.5份、钼酸钠0.2‑0.5份、氨基三乙酸0.5‑2.5份、润滑剂0.03‑0.1份、去离子水20‑25份。本发明制得的切削液具有优异的润滑性和防锈性。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液,具体涉及一种高防锈切削液。
背景技术
铝合金切削液是专门适用于铝及铝合金切削加工的半合成金属切削液,与传统的皂化液相比,不易燃烧,无刺激,不燃烧,不发臭对环境无污染,具有良好的润滑、抗磨、抗极压、防锈、防腐、清洗和冷却新能;能显著提高工件加工光洁度,增大切削量,延长防锈周期,增加使用寿命;能有效提高生产效率和降低能耗及切削液定额成本,它免去了采用防锈油对后续工序的不利影响,它的成分中不含亚硝酸钠等致癌物,对人基本无任何毒害作用,在同类产品中抗氧化能力和润滑性能有着极大优势。
现代铝合金切削液虽然有了较快地发展,但是有些性能例如防锈性能依然无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高防锈切削液。本发明制得的切削液具有优异的润滑性和防锈性。
本发明提出的一种高防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油15-20份、土耳其红油10-17份、甘油8-15份、二元酸酐3-8份、十二烯基丁二酸0.6-3份、山梨醇4-8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1-3份、防锈剂0.1-0.5份、钼酸钠0.2-0.5份、氨基三乙酸0.5-2.5份、润滑剂0.03-0.1份、去离子水20-25份。
优选地,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将三聚磷酸铝研磨过800-1000目筛,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至50-70℃,保温搅拌反应1-2h,降温至20-35℃,继续保温搅拌反应2.5-3.5h,抽滤,得到防锈剂。
优选地,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将0.8-1.7重量份的三聚磷酸铝研磨过800-1000目筛,加入2-4重量份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至50-70℃,保温搅拌反应1-2h,降温至20-35℃,继续保温搅拌反应2.5-3.5h,抽滤,得到防锈剂。
优选地,所述钼酸钠的制备方法为:对钼精矿进行氧化焙烧后用碱液浸取,得到浸出液;对浸出液进行抽滤、蒸发浓缩,干燥得到钼酸钠。
优选地,所述甘油为合成甘油。
优选地,所述合成甘油为经过丙烯过乙酸氧化法合成的甘油。
优选地,所述润滑剂选自硅油、硅酸酯、磷酸酯、氟油中的至少一种。
本发明可按常规方法进行制备。
本发明的原料包括:矿物油、土耳其红油、甘油、二元酸酐、十二烯基丁二酸、山梨醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、防锈剂、钼酸钠、氨基三乙酸、润滑剂、去离子水,各原料之间相容性好,且合理调配原料之间的配比,使本发明能够满足市场对于切削液性能的需求;本发明以矿物油、土耳其红油、甘油配合作用作为基础油,使本发明具有较好的润滑性和耐磨性;添加防锈剂,且在优选方案中,采用三聚磷酸铝和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物复合制备防锈剂,三聚磷酸铝是一种固体无机酸,热稳定性较好,其含有的磷酸根离子能与铝合金表面反应,造成铝合金钝化现象,而铝离子又会生成难溶的络合物,从而起到了阳极保护的作用,防锈性能非常优良,将其与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物反应形成络合物,在提高三聚磷酸铝与基础油相容性的同时,使本发明具有较好的成膜性,能够形成连续均匀的钝化膜,提高防锈效果。本发明添加山梨醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠与钼酸钠配合作用,能够有效提高本发明的防腐性和热稳定性。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种高防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油15份、土耳其红油17份、甘油8份、二元酸酐8份、十二烯基丁二酸0.6份、山梨醇8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1份、防锈剂0.5份、钼酸钠0.2份、氨基三乙酸2.5份、润滑剂0.03份、去离子水25份。
实施例2
一种高防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油20份、土耳其红油10份、甘油15份、二元酸酐3份、十二烯基丁二酸3份、山梨醇4份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠3份、防锈剂0.1份、钼酸钠0.5份、氨基三乙酸0.5份、润滑剂0.1份、去离子水20份;
其中,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将三聚磷酸铝研磨过1000目筛,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至50℃,保温搅拌反应2h,降温至20℃,继续保温搅拌反应3.5h,抽滤,得到防锈剂;
所述润滑剂为硅油。
实施例3
一种高防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油18份、土耳其红油15份、甘油12份、二元酸酐5份、十二烯基丁二酸2份、山梨醇6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2份、防锈剂0.3份、钼酸钠0.4份、氨基三乙酸1份、润滑剂0.07份、去离子水23份;
其中,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将三聚磷酸铝研磨过800目筛,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至70℃,保温搅拌反应1h,降温至35℃,继续保温搅拌反应2.5h,抽滤,得到防锈剂;
所述钼酸钠的制备方法为:对钼精矿进行氧化焙烧后用碱液浸取,得到浸出液;对浸出液进行抽滤、蒸发浓缩,干燥得到钼酸钠;
所述润滑剂为硅酸酯。
实施例4
一种高防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油16份、土耳其红油11份、甘油9份、二元酸酐4份、十二烯基丁二酸1份、山梨醇5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.5份、防锈剂0.2份、钼酸钠0.3份、氨基三乙酸0.8份、润滑剂0.05份、去离子水21份;
其中,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将0.8重量份的三聚磷酸铝研磨过900目筛,加入4重量份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至60℃,保温搅拌反应1.5h,降温至25℃,继续保温搅拌反应3h,抽滤,得到防锈剂;
所述钼酸钠的制备方法为:对钼精矿进行氧化焙烧后用碱液浸取,得到浸出液;对浸出液进行抽滤、蒸发浓缩,干燥得到钼酸钠;
所述甘油为合成甘油;
所述合成甘油为经过丙烯过乙酸氧化法合成的甘油;
所述润滑剂为磷酸酯。
实施例5
一种高防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油19份、土耳其红油16份、甘油13份、二元酸酐6份、十二烯基丁二酸2.5份、山梨醇7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2.5份、防锈剂0.4份、钼酸钠0.45份、氨基三乙酸2份、润滑剂0.08份、去离子水24份;
其中,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将1.7重量份的三聚磷酸铝研磨过900目筛,加入2重量份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至55℃,保温搅拌反应1.5h,降温至30℃,继续保温搅拌反应3h,抽滤,得到防锈剂;
所述钼酸钠的制备方法为:对钼精矿进行氧化焙烧后用碱液浸取,得到浸出液;对浸出液进行抽滤、蒸发浓缩,干燥得到钼酸钠;
所述甘油为合成甘油;
所述合成甘油为经过丙烯过乙酸氧化法合成的甘油;
所述润滑剂为氟油。
对比例1
一种切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油19份、土耳其红油16份、甘油13份、二元酸酐6份、十二烯基丁二酸2.5份、山梨醇7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2.5份、防锈剂(普通防锈剂)0.4份、钼酸钠0.45份、氨基三乙酸2份、润滑剂0.08份、去离子水24份;
其中,所述钼酸钠的制备方法为:对钼精矿进行氧化焙烧后用碱液浸取,得到浸出液;对浸出液进行抽滤、蒸发浓缩,干燥得到钼酸钠;
所述甘油为合成甘油;
所述合成甘油为经过丙烯过乙酸氧化法合成的甘油;
所述润滑剂为氟油。
试验例1
分别对实施例5和对比例1进行防锈性能测试,试验结果如下表:

1.一种高防锈切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油15-20份、土耳其红油10-17份、甘油8-15份、二元酸酐3-8份、十二烯基丁二酸0.6-3份、山梨醇4-8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1-3份、防锈剂0.1-0.5份、钼酸钠0.2-0.5份、氨基三乙酸0.5-2.5份、润滑剂0.03-0.1份、去离子水20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述高防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将三聚磷酸铝研磨过800-1000目筛,加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至50-70℃,保温搅拌反应1-2h,降温至20-35℃,继续保温搅拌反应2.5-3.5h,抽滤,得到防锈剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述高防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂的制备方法为:将0.8-1.7重量份的三聚磷酸铝研磨过800-1000目筛,加入2-4重量份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,升温至50-70℃,保温搅拌反应1-2h,降温至20-35℃,继续保温搅拌反应2.5-3.5h,抽滤,得到防锈剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述高防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述钼酸钠的制备方法为:对钼精矿进行氧化焙烧后用碱液浸取,得到浸出液;对浸出液进行抽滤、蒸发浓缩,干燥得到钼酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述高防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述甘油为合成甘油。
6.根据权利要求5所述高防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述合成甘油为经过丙烯过乙酸氧化法合成的甘油。
7.根据权利要求1所述高防锈切削液,其特征在于,所述润滑剂选自硅油、硅酸酯、磷酸酯、氟油中的至少一种。
