一种乳液压敏胶制备方法及偏光片保护膜,所述压敏胶由下述重量份的原料制备而成:100重量份~100重量份的去离子水、0.5重量份~1.5重量份的磺酸盐反应型乳化剂、2重量份~5重量份含酰基丙烯酸酯类单体、15重量份~40重量份的软单体、5重量份~15重量份的硬单体、4重量份~8重量份的功能性单体、1重量份~4重量份改性抗静电剂;所述压敏胶可直接涂布在聚酯薄膜表面,无需外加固化剂、抗静电剂,胶层电阻在109Ω以下,具有抗静电性能。本发明的偏光片保护膜胶层贴合在偏光片表面时,经高温高湿试验500h后,保护膜与偏光片贴合紧密,无气泡鼓起、撕除保护膜无残胶、暗影等弊病。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种乳液压敏胶及由其制备的偏光片保护膜。
背景技术
偏光片是液晶显示器的重要组成部分,为了防止偏光片在组装步骤或运送过程中造成表面的污染或损伤,需要在偏光片的表面贴合保护膜。将偏光片组装入液晶显示器后,将表面保护膜从偏光片表面剥离撕去,撕去表面保护膜的过程中,保护膜上的电阻值高,会产生静电电压。静电电压会破坏液晶显示器的液晶分子和控制液晶显示的驱动电路等组件,所以要求保护膜的胶层需要一定的电阻值,防止撕去保护膜时产生的静电电压对液晶显示器的伤害。压敏胶在与其他物体摩擦时会引起电荷分离而产生静电,溶剂型压敏胶在涂布时,静电产生的火花会引起爆炸,常用的解决方法是在压敏胶配方中加入导电物质,将胶层电阻降低到1010Ω以下,使压敏胶层具有防静电功能。
中国专利CN201610998750.1公开了一种水性压敏胶乳液及由其制备的保护膜,该水性压敏胶乳液由橡胶胶乳的丙烯酸酯接枝聚合物乳液、水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶乳液、水性增粘树脂乳液、水性交联剂、防老剂通过接枝反应制备,该水性压敏胶中的橡胶胶乳的丙烯酸酯接枝聚合物乳液、水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶乳液需分别制备,工艺繁琐,且该水性压敏胶乳液无抗静电功能。中国专利CN201310654380.6公开了一种防静电压敏胶保护膜及其制备方法,通过在压敏胶内添加电解质基聚合物导电物质和纳米线导电材料协同复配实现防静电功能,表面电阻在6.1×108Ω~7.2×109Ω,但是该方法提供的纳米线需要预处理,工艺繁琐,且该方法制备的压敏胶中含有有机溶剂,容易造成环境污染。
在偏光片的使用过程中,偏光片是在贴合表面保护膜的情况下,进行液晶显示板的显示能力、色域、杂质点等的光学评价的产品检验,偏光片保护膜属于过程保护,要求保护膜易于剥离。因此,要求表面保护膜的胶层与偏光片贴合紧密,无气泡鼓起,要求保护膜剥离力不高于10gf/25mm,撕除保护膜后无残胶、暗影等弊病。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术工艺复杂、环境污染等问题,提供一种乳液压敏胶制备方法。
本发明需要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种涂布压敏胶的偏光片保护膜,该保护膜胶层电阻在109Ω以下,保护膜的胶层贴合在偏光片表面时,经高温高湿试验500h后,保护膜与偏光片贴合紧密,无气泡鼓起,撕除保护膜后无残胶、暗影等弊病。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种乳液压敏胶制备方法,所述压敏胶用于偏光片保护膜,制备步骤如下:
(1)将100重量份~200重量份的去离子水、0.5重量份~1.5重量份的磺酸盐反应型乳化剂,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取五分之一~二分之一的预制液用于溶解0.5重量份~1.5重量份引发剂,得引发剂溶液;将2重量份~5重量份含酰基丙烯酸酯类单体、15重量份~40重量份的软单体、5重量份~15重量份的硬单体、4重量份~8重量份的功能性单体、1重量份~4重量份改性抗静电剂,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.5重量份~1.5重量份pH缓冲剂和十分之一~五分之一的中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化20min~40min后,升温至75℃~85℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应1h~3h后,降温至40℃~50℃,加入碱液中和至pH值为7.5~8.5,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
所述的改性抗静电剂为硅烷偶联剂改性的氧化物粒子,所述氧化物粒子的形状为球形,粒径为50nm~100nm与200nm~300nm组合;所述的50nm~100nm与200nm~300nm的粒子重量比为5:1~2:1;所述的氧化物粒子为氧化锌粒子、氧化锡粒子的一种或两种。
上述乳液压敏胶制备方法,所述磺酸盐型反应型乳化剂为乙烯基磺酸钠、对苯乙烯磺酸钠、甲基丙烯磺酸钠的一种或任意组合。
上述乳液压敏胶制备方法,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾的一种或两种;所述的含酰基丙烯酸酯类单体为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、双丙酮丙烯酰胺的一种或两种;所述的软单体为丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯的一种或两种;所述的硬单体为甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或两种;所述的功能性单体为丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯中的一种或两种。
上述乳液压敏胶制备方法,所述pH缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢铵的一种或两种;所述碱液为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺或己二胺的一种或两种。
上述乳液压敏胶制备方法,所述硅烷偶联剂为三乙基乙烯基硅烷、甲基苯乙烯硅烷、甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷的一种或任意组合。
一种偏光片保护膜,所述保护膜在聚酯薄膜的一面涂布抗静电层,在聚酯薄膜的另一面涂布如上所述制备的乳液压敏胶;同时,在乳液压敏胶表面再贴合一层离型膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1.本发明制备的乳液压敏胶在制备过程中加入抗静电剂,选用含酰基丙烯酸酯类单体,该类单体中的酰基在乳液合成的中和阶段与胺反应生成了烯胺,参与固化交联,无需外加固化剂组分,本发明制备的乳液压敏胶使用过程中无抗静电剂、固化剂加入工序,可直接上机涂布,可减少配胶工序。
2.本发明中选用磺酸盐类乳化剂,该类乳化剂制备的聚合物中引入磺酸盐基团,磺酸盐基团在水中水解成离子,通过离子导电来传导和释放产生的静电荷,使制备的聚合物具有抗静电功能;磺酸盐型反应型乳化剂,该乳化剂直接参与聚合反应,使用过程中无乳化剂析出,制备的乳液压敏胶性能稳定。
3.本发明中在乳液压敏胶中引入硅烷偶联剂改性的氧化物粒子,硅烷偶联剂改性氧化物粒子使硅烷偶联剂与氧化物粒子表面的羟基反应,硅烷偶联剂接枝到氧化物表面,有利于改善氧化物与乳液压敏胶之间的相容性,且硅烷偶联剂参与聚合反应,硅烷改性的氧化物粒子被均匀接枝到聚合物分子链上,使该乳液压敏胶具有抗静电性能。
4.本发明选用不同粒径的氧化物粒子,大粒径与小粒径氧化物粒子复配使用,制备的乳液压敏胶抗静电性能。
具体实施例方式
本发明的聚酯薄膜为38μm的光学级聚酯薄膜,所述的在聚酯薄膜的一面涂布抗静电层的制备方法与CN201511015475.9相同,所述的抗静电层是将成膜树脂、导电型聚噻吩分散液、固化剂、表面活性剂组成的涂布液,涂布于聚酯薄膜的表面固化后形成。
本发明抗静电胶层的厚度为10μm~25μm,优选厚度为12μm~20μm。
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
(1)将100g的去离子水、0.5g的乙烯基磺酸钠,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取20.1g的预制液用于溶解0.5g过硫酸铵,得引发剂溶液;将2g双丙酮丙烯酰胺、15g丙烯酸异辛酯、5g醋酸乙烯酯、4g丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、2.5g三乙基乙烯基硅烷改性的粒径50nm的氧化锌、0.5g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径200nm的氧化锡,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.5g碳酸氢钠和2.9g中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化20min后,升温至85℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应1.5h后,降温至45℃,加入N,N-二甲基乙醇胺中和至pH值为7.8,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
将该压敏胶涂布于厚度为38μm光学级的聚酯薄膜的非抗静电层面上,将聚酯薄膜放入120℃的烘箱中烘2min,取出聚酯薄膜,在胶层表面覆上一层离型膜,得到胶层厚度为14μm的偏光片保护膜。评估结果列于表1中。
实施例2
(1)将150g的去离子水、0.5g的乙烯基磺酸钠、0.5g对苯乙烯磺酸钠,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取45.2g的预制液用于溶解0.75g过硫酸铵、0.75过硫酸钾,得引发剂溶液;将1gN-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、1.5g双丙酮丙烯酰胺、10g丙烯酸异辛酯、15g甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、6g甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、6g醋酸乙烯酯、2g丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、5g甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、0.3g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径80nm的氧化锌、0.37g三乙基乙烯基硅烷改性的粒径100nm的氧化锡、0.13g甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷改性的粒径250nm的氧化锡、0.2g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径300nm的氧化锌,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.4g碳酸氢钠、0.6g碳酸氢铵和10.04g中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化25min后,升温至78℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应1h后,降温至40℃,加入己二胺中和至pH值为8,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
将该压敏胶涂布于厚度为38μm光学级的聚酯薄膜的非抗静电层面上,将聚酯薄膜放入120℃的烘箱中烘2min,取出聚酯薄膜,在胶层表面覆上一层离型膜,得到胶层厚度为16μm的偏光片保护膜。评估结果列于表1中。
实施例3
(1)将125g的去离子水、0.5g的乙烯基磺酸钠、0.5g对苯乙烯磺酸钠、0.5g甲基丙烯磺酸钠,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取25.3g的预制液用于溶解1.25g过硫酸钾,得引发剂溶液;将3g双丙酮丙烯酰胺、30g甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、15g甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、6g甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、0.5g三乙基乙烯基硅烷改性的粒径50nm的氧化锌、0.5g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径70nm的氧化锡、0.5g甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷改性的粒径100nm的氧化锌、0.25g甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷改性的粒径200nm的氧化锡、0.25g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径250nm的氧化锌,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将1.25g碳酸氢铵和8.4g中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化35min后,升温至75℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应2h后,降温至42℃,加入N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、己二胺中和至pH值为8,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
将该压敏胶涂布于厚度为38μm光学级的聚酯薄膜的非抗静电层面上,将聚酯薄膜放入120℃的烘箱中烘2min,取出聚酯薄膜,在胶层表面覆上一层离型膜,得到胶层厚度为20μm的偏光片保护膜。评估结果列于表1中。
实施例4
(1)将200g的去离子水、0.25g乙烯基磺酸钠、1g甲基丙烯磺酸钠,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取50.3g的预制液用于溶解1.25g过硫酸铵,得引发剂溶液;将2gN-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、2g双丙酮丙烯酰胺、20g丙烯酸异辛酯、20g甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、5g甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、5g醋酸乙烯酯、4g丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、4g甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、1.5g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径60nm的氧化锡、1.7g甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷改性的粒径100nm的氧化锡、0.4g甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷改性的粒径225nm的氧化锌、0.4g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径280nm的氧化锡,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.25g碳酸氢钠、0.5g碳酸氢铵和11.88g中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化40min后,升温至77℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应3h后,降温至50℃,加入己二胺中和至pH值为8.5,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
将该压敏胶涂布于厚度为38μm光学级的聚酯薄膜的非抗静电层面上,将聚酯薄膜放入120℃的烘箱中烘2min,取出聚酯薄膜,在胶层表面覆上一层离型膜,得到胶层厚度为12μm的偏光片保护膜。评估结果列于表1中。
实施例5
(1)将175g的去离子水、0.75g甲基丙烯磺酸钠,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取70.3g的预制液用于溶解0.75g过硫酸钾,得引发剂溶液;将5gN-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、15g丙烯酸异辛酯、20g甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、8g甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、5g甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯、1.8g甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷改性改性的粒径80nm的氧化锡、0.3g甲基苯乙烯硅烷改性的粒径300nm的氧化锌、0.3g甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷改性的粒径250nm的氧化锡,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.75g碳酸氢钠、0.75g碳酸氢铵和6.65g中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化30min后,升温至76℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应2.5h后,降温至48℃,加入己二胺中和至pH值为7.5,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
将该压敏胶涂布于厚度为38μm光学级的聚酯薄膜的非抗静电层面上,将聚酯薄膜放入120℃的烘箱中烘2min,取出聚酯薄膜,在胶层表面覆上一层离型膜,得到胶层厚度为15μm的偏光片保护膜。评估结果列于表1中。
对比例1
(1)将150g的去离子水、0.8g甲基丙烯磺酸钠,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取60g的预制液用于溶解0.8g过硫酸钾,得引发剂溶液;35g丙烯酸乙酯、5g甲基丙烯酸甲酯,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.8g碳酸氢钠、7g中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化30min后,升温至80℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应2h后,降温至50℃,加入氨水中和至pH值为8,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
将该压敏胶涂布于厚度为38μm光学级的聚酯薄膜的非抗静电层面上,将聚酯薄膜放入120℃的烘箱中烘2min,取出聚酯薄膜,在胶层表面覆上一层离型膜,得到胶层厚度为14μm的偏光片保护膜。评估结果列于表1中。
对比例2
(1)将200g的去离子水、0.8g硬脂酸钠,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取50g的预制液用于溶解0.8g过硫酸铵,得引发剂溶液;40g丙烯酸乙酯、10g苯乙烯,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.8g碳酸氢钠、7g中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化30min后,升温至80℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应2h后,降温至50℃,加入氨水中和至pH值为8,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶。
将该压敏胶涂布于厚度为38μm光学级的聚酯薄膜的非抗静电层面上,将聚酯薄膜放入120℃的烘箱中烘2min,取出聚酯薄膜,在胶层表面覆上一层离型膜,得到胶层厚度为12μm的偏光片保护膜。评估结果列于表1中。
表1性能数据表
表中各项性能的测试方法如下:
(1)透光率、雾度测试
参照标准GB/T2410-2008,利用雾度计(型号:“U3000”),撕去离型膜,测量透光率(T)和雾度(H)。
(2)剥离力测试
将保护膜裁成300×25mm尺寸,撕去离型膜,将保护膜贴合在偏光片表面,使用电子万能试验机(型号:AGS-X),在角度180○、拉伸速度300mm/min的条件下进行剥离测试。
(3)胶层电阻测试
将保护膜裁成12×12mm尺寸,撕去离型膜,在高阻计(型号:SME-8310)上测试胶面电阻。
(4)高温高湿试验
将保护膜裁成150×25mm尺寸,撕去离型膜,将保护膜胶层贴合在偏光片表面,放入可程式恒温恒湿试验箱,经85℃、85%湿度500h后,观察保护膜在偏光片表面有无折皱、脱离、气泡产生,若无,则判断为合格,若有,则判断为不合格。

Claims (6)

1.一种乳液压敏胶制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)将100重量份~200重量份的去离子水、0.5重量份~1.5重量份的磺酸盐反应型乳化剂,快速搅拌混合均匀,得预制液;
(2)称取五分之一~二分之一的预制液用于溶解0.5重量份~1.5重量份引发剂,得引发剂溶液;将2重量份~5重量份含酰基丙烯酸酯类单体、15重量份~40重量份的软单体、5重量份~15重量份的硬单体、4重量份~8重量份的功能性单体、1重量份~4重量份改性抗静电剂,快速搅拌混合均匀,得到中间液;
(3)将0.5重量份~1.5重量份pH缓冲剂和十分之一~五分之一的中间液加入到剩余预制液中,预乳化20min~40min后,升温至75℃~85℃,并滴加引发剂溶液,至预乳液变蓝后,同时滴加剩余引发剂溶液和剩余中间液,两者加完后,乳液保温反应1h~3h后,降温至40℃~50℃,加入碱液中和至pH值为7.5~8.5,得偏光片保护膜用乳液压敏胶;
所述的改性抗静电剂为硅烷偶联剂改性的氧化物粒子,所述氧化物粒子的形状为球形,粒径为50nm~100nm与200nm~300nm组合;所述的50nm~100nm与200nm~300nm的粒子重量比为5:1~2:1;所述的氧化物粒子为氧化锌粒子或氧化锡粒子中的一种或两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳液压敏胶制备方法,其特征在于,所述的磺酸盐型反应型乳化剂为乙烯基磺酸钠、对苯乙烯磺酸钠或甲基丙烯磺酸钠的一种或任意组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳液压敏胶制备方法,其特征在于,所述的引发剂为过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾的一种或两种;所述的含酰基丙烯酸酯类单体为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺或双丙酮丙烯酰胺中的一种或两种;所述的软单体为丙烯酸异辛酯或甲基丙烯酸月桂酯中的一种或两种;所述的硬单体为甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或两种;所述的功能性单体为丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯或甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳液压敏胶制备方法,其特征在于,所述的pH缓冲剂为碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢铵的一种或两种;所述碱液为N,N-二甲基乙醇胺或己二胺的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乳液压敏胶制备方法,其特征在于,所述的硅烷偶联剂为三乙基乙烯基硅烷、甲基苯乙烯硅烷或甲基乙烯基二乙氧基硅烷中的一种或任意组合。
6.一种偏光片保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜在聚酯薄膜的一面涂布抗静电层,在聚酯薄膜的另一面涂布如权利要求1-5任一项所述方法制备的乳液压敏胶;同时,在乳液压敏胶表面再贴合一层离型膜。
