Description

用于机动车的动力设备以及用于运行动力设备的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力设备,所述动力设备用于机动车,所述动力设备具有第一动力装置、第二动力装置以及具有至少一个辅助装置的辅助传动单元,所述辅助传动单元通过行星传动机构与所述第一动力装置和所述第二动力装置分别耦合或可耦合,其中,所述辅助传动单元与所述行星传动机构的第一传动机构元件耦合。另外,本发明还涉及一种用于运行用于机动车的动力设备的方法。
背景技术
动力设备用于驱动机动车,即就此而言用于提供旨在驱动机动车的转矩。动力设备在动力设备的从动轴上提供转矩,所述转矩也可被称为驱动转矩。例如从动轴刚性地和/或持久地与机动车的车桥或机动车的至少一个可配置给该车桥的车轮作用连接。从动轴与车桥或者说车轮之间的作用连接可通过变速器、例如差速器、尤其是中间差速器和/或桥差速器建立。
动力设备具有多个动力装置,即至少具有第一动力装置和第二动力装置。两个动力装置原则上可任意构造。例如动力装置是不同类型,由此,动力设备就此而言构造成混合动力设备。在此,第一动力装置例如可呈内燃机的形式存在,第二动力装置可构造成电机。
附加于两个动力装置,动力设备具有辅助传动单元,所述辅助传动单元包括所述至少一个辅助装置。辅助传动单元通过行星传动机构与第一动力装置和第二动力装置分别耦合或可耦合。这意味着,辅助传动单元可通过行星传动机构借助于第一动力装置、借助于第二动力装置或借助于不仅第一动力装置而且第二动力装置驱动。辅助传动单元可通过行星传动机构与相应的动力装置耦合,即例如持久地。作为替换方案,所述辅助传动单元仅仅可耦合,由此,辅助传动单元与相应的动力装置之间的作用连接仅仅暂时存在或者说建立。
辅助传动单元连接在行星传动机构的第一传动机构元件上。原则上,行星传动机构具有多个传动机构元件,即具有第一传动机构元件、第二传动机构元件和第三传动机构元件。传动机构元件之一可构造成行星轮架,在所述行星轮架上可转动地支承着至少一个行星轮。另一个传动机构元件构造成太阳轮,第三传动机构元件构造成齿圈。行星轮现在不仅与太阳轮而且与齿圈啮合。但也可实现行星传动机构的其它构型。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于机动车的动力设备,所述动力设备相对于公知的动力设备具有优点,尤其是特征在于高能量效率以及高柔性。
根据本发明,这通过具有权利要求1的特征的动力设备来实现。在此提出,行星传动机构的第二传动机构元件通过根据转速转换的选挡传动机构与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合,所述辅助传动单元驱动轴与第一动力装置耦合或可耦合。
原则上,辅助传动单元应这样集成在动力设备中,使得所述辅助传动单元或者说所述至少一个辅助装置可能量特别有效地运行,而同时可柔性地使用动力设备,尤其是在机动车的多个运行状态中。尤其是应在动力装置至少之一、尤其是两个动力装置与辅助传动单元之间实现作用连接。这意味着,辅助传动单元或者说辅助传动单元的辅助传动单元轴优选可以可选地借助于第一动力装置、第二动力装置和/或借助于机动车的动能来驱动。
后一情况可通过与第一动力装置无关地将辅助传动单元或者说辅助传动单元轴连接在动力设备的辅助传动单元驱动轴上来实现。例如辅助传动单元驱动轴与动力设备的从动轴耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地耦合或至少可耦合。相应地,辅助传动单元驱动轴也与第一动力装置耦合或至少可耦合。例如提出,辅助传动单元驱动轴与机动车的所述至少一个车桥耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地耦合,或者可耦合。辅助传动单元驱动轴或者说行星传动机构的第二传动机构元件因此在绕过行星传动机构的情况下和/或在绕过第二动力装置的情况下与第一动力装置耦合或可耦合。
在此提出,辅助传动单元驱动轴与行星传动机构耦合,即通过根据转速转换的选挡传动机构。确切地说,辅助驱动轴通过选挡传动机构与行星传动机构的第二传动机构元件耦合,即与不同于第一传动机构元件的传动机构元件耦合。辅助传动单元或者说所述至少一个辅助装置又与行星传动机构的第一传动机构元件耦合或者说作用连接,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地。这意味着,辅助传动单元或者说辅助传动单元轴始终具有与这样的传动机构元件相同的转速,所述辅助传动单元或者说辅助传动单元轴与所述传动机构元件耦合。
辅助传动单元具有辅助传动单元轴,所述至少一个辅助装置与所述辅助传动单元轴耦合,优选刚性地和/或持久地。特别优选多个辅助装置与辅助传动单元轴连接。在辅助传动单元轴与辅助装置之间可分别设置同一个传动比。作为替换方案,对于不同的辅助装置也可在辅助传动单元轴与辅助装置之间设置不同的传动比。
优选辅助传动单元轴通过行星传动机构与第二动力装置耦合,尤其是持久地,或至少可耦合。第二动力装置为此与行星传动机构的另一个传动机构元件耦合或可耦合。借助于第二动力装置因此例如可进行辅助传动单元轴的转速调节。例如在此第二动力装置通过行星传动机构与辅助传动单元驱动轴和/或从动轴耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地,或至少可耦合。辅助传动单元驱动轴或者说从动轴为此连接在行星传动机构的第二传动机构元件上,由此,即第二动力装置、辅助传动单元轴和辅助传动单元驱动轴或者说从动轴与行星传动机构的不同传动机构元件耦合。
附加地或作为替换方案,辅助传动单元轴可通过行星传动机构和第二动力装置与第一动力装置作用连接。相应地,辅助传动单元轴可借助于第一动力装置、优选借助于不仅第一动力装置而且第二动力装置驱动。此外,如果行星传动机构与动力设备的从动轴耦合或至少可耦合——优选情况如此,则机动车的动能还可被考虑用于驱动辅助传动单元轴以及因此辅助装置。
辅助传动单元驱动轴通过选挡传动机构与第二传动机构元件耦合,所述选挡传动机构允许设定所述辅助传动单元驱动轴与所述第二传动机构元件之间的不同传动比。选挡传动机构因此具有至少两个档位,所述档位具有不同传动比。选挡传动机构根据转速来转换。这意味着,在选挡传动机构上设定的档位或者说所设定的传动比与转速相关,尤其是与辅助传动单元驱动轴的转速或第二传动机构元件的转速或辅助传动单元或者说辅助传动单元轴的转速相关。
因此例如提出,根据机动车的行驶速度并且相应地根据从动轴的转速以及因此辅助传动单元驱动轴的转速从选挡传动机构的多个传动比中选出并且在所述选挡传动机构上设定一个传动比。根据转速转换选挡传动机构可借助于纯机械装置和/或电子地进行。在后一情况中例如设置有转速传感器。与转速传感器连接的控制装置借助于通过转速传感器测量的转速从多个传动比中选出匹配的传动比并且在选挡传动机构上设定该传动比。
动力设备的这种结构允许极其柔性地使用。因此例如可提出,借助于第二动力装置驱动辅助传动单元轴和/或将转矩施加在动力设备的从动轴上,例如以便驱动或制动机动车。此外,借助于第二动力装置可控制和/或调节辅助传动单元轴的转速,尤其是到给定转速。在相应构型中也可提出,第一动力装置借助于第二动力装置来启动,由此,第二动力装置因此作为用于第一动力装置的启动机存在。如果除了第一动力装置和第二动力装置之外设置有另外的动力装置,则所述另外的动力装置可借助于第二动力装置至少短时间地减轻负担。也至少稍微提高动力设备的持续功率。
此外,在相应的构型中得到优点:在使用机动车的动能的情况下驱动辅助传动单元轴引起机动车的制动。当例如因为能量储存器尤其是由于其完全充满不可接收另外的能量而不可借助于第二动力装置和/或所述另外的动力装置实现机动车的回收制动时这是有利的。总体而言,通过将辅助传动单元集成在动力设备中而实现高度集成的动力设备,所述动力设备可在机动车的多个运行状态中能量特别有效地运行。
本发明的一个特别有利的构型提出,选挡传动机构借助于与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合的离心力调节器来控制。选挡传动机构的转换因此根据辅助传动单元驱动轴的转速来进行。离心力调节器与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地。例如离心力调节器具有至少一个被加载弹簧力的离心力元件,其中,借助于弹簧元件引起的弹簧力与离心力相反指向。在辅助传动单元驱动轴旋转时,离心力元件抵抗弹簧力偏转。
离心力调节器或者说其离心力元件与选挡传动机构耦合,尤其是与选挡传动机构的转换套筒耦合。例如离心力调节器根据辅助传动单元驱动轴的转速分别使在辅助传动单元驱动轴与第二传动机构元件之间引起不同传动比的多个齿轮对刚好之一与辅助传动单元驱动轴或第二传动机构元件耦合。离心力调节器是前面已经提及的用于转换或者说控制选挡传动机构的纯机械装置。
在本发明的另一个实施形式的范围内提出,离心力调节器根据转速使在输出侧与行星传动机构耦合的齿轮组或多个在输出侧与行星传动机构耦合的齿轮组之一与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合。对此上文已经指出。该齿轮组或者说这些齿轮组(分别)具有输入侧和输出侧。在输出侧,该齿轮组或这些齿轮组优选与行星传动机构、即行星传动机构的第二传动机构元件耦合,优选刚性地和/或持久地。在输入侧,离心力调节器根据转速使该齿轮组或者说这些齿轮组之一与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合。
本发明的一个扩展构型提出,另外的齿轮组在输入侧与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合并且在输出侧与第二传动机构元件通过齿轮单向离合器连接。优选当如上仅仅实现前文所述的一个齿轮组时存在所述另外的齿轮组。行星传动机构就此而言包括该齿轮组和所述另外的齿轮组,优选仅仅。所述另外的齿轮组优选与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地。
在输出侧,所述另外的齿轮组通过齿轮单向离合器与第二传动机构元件连接。所述另外的齿轮组就此而言不是主动地借助于离心力调节器来控制。这种控制仅仅对于前文所述齿轮组而设置。齿轮单向离合器这样地布置在所述另外的齿轮组与第二传动机构元件之间,使得一旦齿轮组借助于离心力调节器在输入侧与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合或者说耦合着时所述齿轮单向离合器就使所述另外的齿轮组与所述第二传动机构元件脱耦。
本发明的一个优选实施形式提出,第二动力装置与行星传动机构的第三传动机构元件耦合或可耦合。第三传动机构元件不同于第一传动机构元件和第二传动机构元件。就此而言,第二动力装置仅仅通过行星传动机构与辅助传动单元和/或辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合或者说可耦合。
本发明的另一个实施形式提出,第二动力装置通过第一单向离合器与第一动力装置连接和/或可借助于转换离合器与第一动力装置耦合。就此而言第一单向离合器和/或转换离合器存在于第二动力装置与第一动力装置之间的连接中。第一单向离合器在存在第二动力装置关于第一动力装置的第一转动方向时建立两个动力装置之间的作用连接,并且在存在与第一转动方向相反的第二转动方向时将所述作用连接中断。
因此,相应地例如第一动力装置可通过以第一转动方向运行第二动力装置而被驱动,而第二动力装置在存在第二转动方向时与第一动力装置脱耦并且就此而言仅可被考虑用于驱动辅助传动单元。
附加于第一单向离合器或作为第一单向离合器的替换方案,可存在转换离合器。所述转换离合器用于使第二动力装置与第一动力装置受控制地耦合或者说使两个动力装置彼此脱耦。换言之,第二动力装置在转换离合器的第一转换位置中与第一动力装置耦合,尤其是刚性地,而在转换离合器的第二转换位置中使两个动力装置彼此完全脱耦。
本发明的一个扩展构型提出,第二动力装置通过第二单向离合器与第三传动机构元件连接。第二单向离合器这样构造,使得所述第二单向离合器在存在第二动力装置关于第三传动机构元件的第一转动方向时中断所述第二动力装置与所述第三传动机构元件之间的作用连接并且在与第一转动方向相反的第二转动方向下建立所述作用连接。就此而言,借助于第二单向离合器,当第二动力装置以第二转动方向运行时,可例如借助于所述第二动力装置驱动第三传动机构元件。
而如果存在第一转动方向,则第二动力装置与第三传动机构元件脱耦。第二单向离合器的耦合方向例如与第一单向离合器的耦合方向相反。优选就此而言第二动力装置在存在第一转动方向时用于驱动第一动力装置,其中,所述第二动力装置与第三传动机构元件脱耦。反之,第二动力装置在存在第二转动方向时驱动第三传动机构元件,其中,所述第二动力装置与第一动力装置脱耦。
本发明的另一个优选构型提出,行星传动机构的传动机构元件中的两个通过第三单向离合器直接地彼此连接和/或可借助于闭锁离合器彼此相对固定。第三单向离合器存在于行星传动机构的这两个传动机构元件之间。在这两个传动机构元件彼此相对的第一转动方向下,所述传动机构元件与第三单向离合器闭合耦合,尤其是刚性地。而在与第一转动方向相反指向的第二转动方向下,第三单向离合器释放两个传动机构元件,由此,所述传动机构元件不通过第三单向离合器彼此耦合。
附加于第三单向离合器或作为其替换方案,可设置有闭锁离合器,所述闭锁离合器在第一转换位置中使两个传动机构元件彼此相对固定,在第二转换位置中彼此相对释放。借助于第三单向离合器或者说闭锁离合器可实现行星传动机构的闭锁。
最后,在本发明的另一个实施形式的范围内可提出,第一传动机构元件作为行星轮架存在,第二传动机构元件作为太阳轮存在,第三传动机构元件作为齿圈存在,其中,至少一个可转动地支承在行星轮架上的行星轮不仅与太阳轮而且与齿圈啮合。行星传动机构就此而言具有常规结构。所述行星传动机构作为替换方案也可被称为行星齿轮变速器。
此外,本发明还涉及一种用于运行用于机动车的动力设备、尤其是根据上述实施形式的动力设备的方法,其中,动力设备具有第一动力装置、第二动力装置以及具有至少一个辅助装置的辅助传动单元,所述辅助传动单元通过行星传动机构与第一动力装置和第二动力装置分别耦合或可耦合,其中,辅助传动单元与行星传动机构的第一传动机构元件耦合。在此提出,行星传动机构的第二传动机构元件通过根据转速转换的选挡传动机构与辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合,所述辅助传动单元驱动轴与第一动力装置耦合或可耦合。
已经指明了动力设备的这种处理方式或者说这种构型的优点。不仅动力设备而且用于运行所述动力设备的方法可根据上述实施形式来扩展构造,就此而言参考所述实施形式。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于机动车的动力设备1的示意性视图,所述机动车在此没有详细示出。动力设备1用于驱动机动车的至少一个车桥,所述机动车可具有两个半桥,所述半桥通过变速器、尤其是车桥差速器与动力设备的从动轴作用连接。半桥中的每一个优选配置有机动车的至少一个在此未示出的车轮或者说与车轮刚性地和/或持久地连接。
动力设备1具有第一动力装置2和第二动力装置3。两个动力装置2和3可借助于离合器4选择性地耦合或脱耦。离合器4可以是第一单向离合器或作为替换方案是转换离合器。但离合器4是可选的。作为替换方案可在两个动力装置2和3之间设置刚性耦合装置。
第二动力装置3通过可以是第二单向离合器形式的另外的离合器5与行星传动机构6耦合。就此而言,通过行星传动机构6,第一动力装置2和第二动力装置3可与辅助传动单元7耦合,所述辅助传动单元具有至少一个辅助装置8、在这里所示实施形式中多个辅助装置8。所述至少一个辅助装置8与辅助传动单元轴9耦合,所述辅助传动单元轴本身与行星传动机构6耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地耦合。
行星传动机构6具有第一传动机构元件10、第二传动机构元件11和第三传动机构元件12。第一传动机构元件10与辅助传动单元7或者说辅助传动单元轴9耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地。第三传动机构元件12与第一动力装置2和/或第二动力装置3(分别)耦合或可耦合,尤其是在使用离合器4和5的情况下。第二传动机构元件11与中间轴13耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地。
可以看到,第一传动机构元件10构造成行星轮架,在所述行星轮架上可转动地支承着至少一个行星轮14。行星轮14与构造成太阳轮的第二传动机构元件11啮合,并且与构造成齿圈的第三传动机构元件12啮合。两个动力装置2和3通过中间变速器级15与第三传动机构元件12可耦合或耦合着。
中间轴13作为选挡传动机构16的输出轴存在,所述选挡传动机构根据转速进行转换。辅助传动单元驱动轴17用作选挡传动机构16的输入轴,所述辅助传动单元驱动轴与动力设备1的从动轴耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地,或者可耦合。就此而言,辅助传动单元驱动轴17在绕过行星传动机构6的情况下与第一动力装置2耦合或可耦合。第一动力装置2与辅助传动单元驱动轴17之间的作用连接在此通过动力设备的选挡传动机构而存在,其设置在第一动力装置2与动力设备1的从动轴之间。
选挡传动机构16的根据转速的转换借助于离心力调节器18实现,所述离心力调节器与辅助传动单元驱动轴17耦合,尤其是刚性地和/或持久地。离心力调节器18例如具有至少一个离心力元件19,所述离心力元件被加载抵抗离心力的弹簧力。离心力调节器18例如这样与选挡传动机构18耦合,使得离心力元件19的移位引起选挡传动机构16的转换套筒20的移位。
根据转换套筒20的位置,多个齿轮组21和22之一与辅助传动单元驱动轴17耦合。齿轮组21和22在此分别存在于辅助传动单元驱动轴17与中间轴13之间。尤其是齿轮组21和22分别在输出侧刚性地和/或持久地与中间轴13耦合。齿轮组21和22具有彼此不同的传动比。
图2示出了第二实施形式的动力设备1的示意性视图。所述第二实施形式原则上构造得类似于上述第一实施形式,由此参考相应的实施方案,下文仅探讨区别。区别在于,其中仅设置了齿轮组21和22中的一个、在此例如仅设置有齿轮组21,并且取代相应未设置的另一个齿轮组实现另外的齿轮组23。所述另外的齿轮组23在输入侧与辅助传动单元驱动轴17耦合,即优选刚性地和/或持久地。在输出侧,所述另外的齿轮组23与第二传动机构元件11或者说中间轴13通过齿轮单向离合器24连接。
离心力调节器18现在这样构造,使得所述离心力调节器根据辅助传动单元驱动轴17的转速使齿轮组21与所述辅助传动单元驱动轴耦合或中断与所述辅助传动单元驱动轴的作用连接。通过这种构型,在与第一实施形式功能几乎相同的情况下实现结构上的简化。附加于这种区别或作为其替换方案,另一个区别可在于,存在离合器25,行星传动机构6的传动机构元件10、11和12中的两个、在这里所示实施例中传动机构元件11和12可通过所述离合器彼此耦合。离合器25可以是第三单向离合器或闭锁离合器的形式。
动力设备1的上述实施形式具有优点:辅助传动单元7的运行可几乎与机动车的行驶状态和/或第一动力装置2的运行状态无关地进行。尤其是如果机动车处于运动中则所述机动车的动能可用于驱动辅助传动单元7,其中,辅助传动单元7或者说辅助传动单元轴9的转速尤其是在此情况下可借助于第二动力装置3通过行星传动机构6设定,即优选设定到给定转速。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车的动力设备(1),所述动力设备具有第一动力装置(2)、第二动力装置(3)以及具有至少一个辅助装置(8)的辅助传动单元(7),所述辅助传动单元通过行星传动机构(6)与第一动力装置(2)和第二动力装置(3)分别耦合或分别能耦合,辅助传动单元(7)与行星传动机构(6)的第一传动机构元件(10)耦合,其特征在于:所述行星传动机构(6)的第二传动机构元件(11)通过根据转速转换的选挡传动机构(16)与辅助传动单元驱动轴(17)耦合,所述辅助传动单元驱动轴与第一动力装置(2)耦合或能耦合。
2.根据权利要求1的动力设备,其特征在于:选挡传动机构(16)借助于与辅助传动单元驱动轴(17)耦合的离心力调节器(18)控制。
3.根据上述权利要求任意之一的动力设备,其特征在于:离心力调节器(18)根据转速使一个在输出侧与行星传动机构(6)耦合的齿轮组(21)或多个在输出侧与行星传动机构(6)耦合的齿轮组(21,22)之一与辅助传动单元驱动轴(17)耦合。
4.根据上述权利要求任意之一的动力设备,其特征在于:另外的齿轮组(23)在输入侧与辅助传动单元驱动轴(17)耦合并且在输出侧通过齿轮单向离合器(24)与第二传动机构元件(11)连接。
5.根据上述权利要求任意之一的动力设备,其特征在于:第二动力装置(3)与行星传动机构(6)的第三传动机构元件(12)耦合或能耦合。
6.根据上述权利要求任意之一的动力设备,其特征在于:第二动力装置(3)通过第一单向离合器(4)与第一动力装置(2)连接和/或能借助于转换离合器与第一动力装置(2)耦合。
7.根据上述权利要求任意之一的动力设备,其特征在于:第二动力装置(3)通过第二单向离合器(5)与第三传动机构元件(12)连接。
8.根据上述权利要求任意之一的动力设备,其特征在于:行星传动机构(6)的传动机构元件(10,11,12)中的两个通过第三单向离合器(25)直接地彼此连接和/或能借助于闭锁离合器彼此相对固定。
9.根据上述权利要求任意之一的动力设备,其特征在于:第一传动机构元件(10)是行星轮架,第二传动机构元件(11)是太阳轮,第三传动机构元件(12)是齿圈,至少一个能转动地支承在行星轮架上的行星轮(14)既与太阳轮啮合、也与齿圈啮合。
10.一种用于运行用于机动车的动力设备(1)、尤其是根据上述权利要求任意之一或多项的动力设备(1)的方法,其中,动力设备具有第一动力装置(2)、第二动力装置(3)以及具有至少一个辅助装置(8)的辅助传动单元(7),辅助传动单元通过行星传动机构(6)与第一动力装置(2)和第二动力装置(3)分别耦合或分别能耦合,辅助传动单元(7)与行星传动机构(6)的第一传动机构元件(10)耦合,其特征在于:行星传动机构(6)的第二传动机构元件(11)通过根据转速转换的选挡传动机构(16)与辅助传动单元驱动轴(17)耦合,辅助传动单元驱动轴与第一动力装置(2)耦合或能耦合。
