Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing cigarettes by using waste and inferior tobacco powder, which comprises the steps of removing impurities from the screened waste and inferior tobacco powder, soaking the waste and inferior tobacco powder into deionized water in a stirring state, and finally performing freeze drying treatment by adopting a freeze drying technology to obtain the pretreated tobacco powder. And then mixing the tobacco powder obtained by pretreatment, moxa, a tobacco additive and deionized water according to a weight ratio, putting the mixture into a mold to prepare a hollow tobacco column, and butting and wrapping the prepared hollow tobacco column and a filter rod to obtain the required cigarette. The invention adopts the freeze drying technology to modify the waste and defective tobacco powder, not only the tobacco powder becomes loose and porous, the filling capacity is improved, and the invention is beneficial to the smoking and burning of cigarettes, but also the surface of the modified tobacco powder is sticky, and the modified tobacco powder is beneficial to the preparation of hollow tobacco columns from the tobacco powder. When the cigarette is manufactured, moxa which is high in filling value and easy to burn is added to serve as a framework supporting material, so that the defect of poor burning of tobacco powder is overcome, and meanwhile, the fragrance of the cigarette is enriched.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tobacco powder manufacturing, and particularly relates to a method for preparing cigarettes by using waste and defective tobacco powder.
Background
The total output and consumption of tobacco powder in China are in the forefront of the world. In the cigarette processing and manufacturing process, tobacco leaves can be rolled into cigarettes through a plurality of procedures of loosening, shredding, tobacco shred baking, rolling and the like by a tobacco powder industrial enterprise in China, a large amount of broken tobacco powder with the particle size of less than 3mm can be generated in the process, and the raw materials of the tobacco powder can not be directly used for cigarette production and are generally treated as waste. The tobacco powder enterprises in China discard tens of thousands of tons of tobacco powder as leftovers every year, so that not only is the environment polluted, but also a large amount of natural resources are wasted. Therefore, the tobacco powder special plant resource is reasonably and efficiently utilized, the total value of the tobacco powder can be improved, the production cost of the cigarette industry is reduced, the economic benefit of the tobacco powder industry is improved, the resource is saved, and the healthy development of tobacco powder enterprises is realized.
In fact, the chemical components and characteristic flavor substances in the tobacco powder generated in the cigarette production process are basically consistent with the tobacco leaves used for cigarette production. So far, the research on the aspect is not reported, so that the research on the aspect is necessary to develop a new way for the reasonable utilization of the tobacco powder.

(2) preparing cigarettes: mixing the pretreated tobacco powder obtained in the step (1), moxa, a tobacco additive and deionized water according to a weight ratio, putting the mixture into a mold to prepare a hollow tobacco column, and butting and wrapping the prepared hollow tobacco column and a filter rod to obtain the required cigarette.
As a further improvement of the invention, the freeze-drying treatment in the step (1) comprises two processes of freezing and drying in sequence:
the freezing process comprises the steps of pre-freezing the soaked tobacco powder at the temperature of-10 to-40 ℃, and then freezing the tobacco powder in a cold hydrazine device at the temperature of-10 to-40 ℃;
the drying process is to dry the frozen tobacco powder for 4-20 hours under the conditions of vacuum degree of 10-20 Pa and temperature of 30-60 ℃.
As a further improvement of the invention, the weight of the deionized water in the step (1) is 2-3 times of that of the tobacco powder.
As a further improvement of the invention, the step (2) comprises the following steps by weight: 50-55% of pretreated tobacco powder, 25-35% of moxa, 15-20% of deionized water and 0.15-0.25% of tobacco additive.
As a further improvement of the invention, the additive for the cigarette comprises one or a mixture of more of sugar, essence and spice for the cigarette and a combustion improver.
As a further improvement of the invention, the sugar is one or more of glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose mixed according to any proportion.
As a further improvement of the invention, the essence and spice for the cigarette is one or more of glycyrrhizic acid, tree moss extract, jasmine essential oil, rose essential oil, ethyl malt powder and vanillin which are mixed according to any proportion.
As a further improvement of the invention, the combustion improver is one or a mixed solution of two of potassium citrate and sodium citrate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts the freeze drying technology to modify the waste and defective tobacco powder, not only the tobacco powder becomes loose and porous, the filling capacity is improved, and the invention is beneficial to the smoking and burning of cigarettes, but also the surface of the modified tobacco powder is sticky, and the modified tobacco powder is beneficial to the preparation of hollow tobacco columns without adding adhesives. The method for preparing cigarettes by using waste and defective tobacco powder comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment of waste and inferior tobacco powder: after the impurities of the screened waste and inferior tobacco powder are removed, the tobacco powder is soaked into deionized water with the weight 2-3 times of that of the waste and inferior tobacco powder in a stirring state, so that the waste and inferior tobacco powder can absorb enough water and be fully soaked and expanded, and finally, the freeze drying technology is adopted for freeze drying treatment to obtain loose and porous tobacco powder. The pretreated tobacco powder can only become loose and porous, the filling capacity of the tobacco powder is improved, the tobacco powder is beneficial to smoking and burning of cigarettes, and the modified tobacco powder has sticky surface and is beneficial to preparing the tobacco powder into hollow tobacco columns.
(2) Preparing cigarettes: mixing the pretreated tobacco powder obtained in the step (1), moxa, a tobacco additive and deionized water according to a certain weight ratio, putting the mixture into a mold to prepare a hollow tobacco column, and butting and wrapping the prepared hollow tobacco column and a filter rod to obtain the required cigarette.
In order to enable the waste and inferior tobacco powder to achieve an ideal pretreatment effect, in the step (1) of adopting a freeze drying technology treatment process, firstly, the freezing process comprises the steps of placing the tobacco powder which is soaked and fully absorbs moisture at the temperature of-10 to-40 ℃ for pre-freezing, and then placing the tobacco powder into a cold hydrazine device for freezing at the temperature of-10 to-40 ℃. And finally, putting the frozen tobacco powder into a vacuum degree of 10-20 Pa and a temperature of 30-60 ℃ for drying for 4-20 h, so that the moisture absorbed in the tobacco powder is sublimated and dried.
The tobacco column directly made of the tobacco powder has the characteristics of high compactness, poor porosity, large suction resistance and poor combustion performance, so that the cigarette has better combustibility and the taste of the cigarette is improved. In the step (2), the mixture components are mixed according to the following weight ratio, and the mixture components comprise 50-55% of pretreated tobacco powder, 25-35% of moxa, 15-20% of deionized water and 0.15-0.25% of tobacco additive.
Wherein the moxa is soft and fine like cotton obtained by repeatedly drying folium Artemisiae Argyi in a pestle, hammering and pulverizing, and sieving to remove impurities and dust. The filler has the characteristics of high filling value, easy combustion, uniform firepower without flame, fragrant smell and the like, can be used as a supporting material of cigarettes, and can well compensate the characteristics of low filling value and poor combustion capability of tobacco powder.
The additive for the cigarette comprises one or a mixture of more of sugar, essence and spice for the cigarette and a combustion improver. Specifically, the sugar is one or more of glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose which are mixed according to any proportion; the essence and spice for the cigarette is one or more of glycyrrhizic acid, tree moss extract, jasmine essential oil, rose essential oil, ethyl malt powder and vanillin which are mixed according to any proportion; the combustion improver is one or a mixture of two of potassium citrate and sodium citrate.
Specifically, the present invention provides two embodiments:
the first embodiment is as follows:
(1) pretreatment of waste and inferior tobacco powder: selecting and cleaning waste and inferior tobacco powder, removing impurities, weighing 50g, adding 100g of deionized water, mixing, stirring at room temperature for 2 hours, then carrying out freeze drying, and loosening the freeze-dried tobacco blocks into the tobacco powder; wherein the freeze drying parameters are pre-freezing temperature of-10 deg.C, cold hydrazine temperature of-20 deg.C, vacuum degree of 10Pa, heating plate temperature of 30 deg.C, and drying time of 20 hr.
(2) Preparing cigarettes: uniformly mixing 35g of moxa, 50g of freeze-dried pretreated tobacco powder, 0.05g of ethyl maltol, 0.02g of potassium citrate, 0.02g of sodium citrate, 0.1g of glucose and 15g of deionized water, then preparing a hollow tobacco column by using a mold, finally butting one end of the hollow tobacco column with a filter rod, and wrapping the cigarette column and the filter rod by using cigarette paper to roll the cigarette.
Example two:
(1) pretreatment of waste and inferior tobacco powder: selecting and cleaning waste tobacco powder, removing impurities, weighing 40g, adding 120g of deionized water, mixing, stirring at room temperature for 2 hours, then carrying out freeze drying, and loosening the freeze-dried tobacco blocks into tobacco powder; wherein the freeze drying parameters are pre-freezing temperature of-40 deg.C, cold hydrazine temperature of-60 deg.C, vacuum degree of 20Pa, heating plate temperature of 60 deg.C, and drying time of 4 hr.
(2) Preparing cigarettes: uniformly mixing 25g of moxa, 55g of freeze-dried pretreated tobacco powder, 0.1g of maltose, 0.05g of tree moss extract, 0.05g of potassium citrate and 20g of deionized water, then preparing a hollow tobacco column by using a mold, finally butting one end of the hollow tobacco column with a filter rod, and wrapping the cigarette column and the filter rod with cigarette paper to form a cigarette.

1. A method for preparing cigarettes by using waste and inferior tobacco powder comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment of waste and inferior tobacco powder: removing impurities from the screened waste and defective tobacco powder, soaking the waste and defective tobacco powder into deionized water in a stirring state, and finally performing freeze drying treatment by adopting a freeze drying technology to obtain pretreated tobacco powder;
(2) preparing cigarettes: mixing the pretreated tobacco powder obtained in the step (1), moxa, a tobacco additive and deionized water according to the following weight ratio:
50-55% of pretreated tobacco powder, 25-35% of moxa, 15-20% of deionized water and 0.15-0.25% of tobacco additive;
mixing, placing into a mold to obtain a hollow tobacco column, butt-jointing the prepared hollow tobacco column with a filter rod, and wrapping to obtain the desired cigarette.
2. The method for preparing cigarettes from waste and inferior tobacco powder according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the freeze drying treatment in the step (1) comprises two processes of freezing and drying in sequence:
the freezing process comprises the steps of pre-freezing the soaked tobacco powder at the temperature of-10 to-40 ℃, and then freezing the tobacco powder in a cold hydrazine device at the temperature of-10 to-40 ℃;

5. The method for preparing cigarettes from waste and inferior tobacco powder according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the sugar is one or more of glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose which are mixed according to any proportion.

The method for preparing cigarettes from waste and inferior tobacco powder according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the essence and spice for the cigarette is one or more of glycyrrhizic acid, tree moss extract, jasmine essential oil, rose essential oil, ethyl malt powder and vanillin which are mixed according to any proportion.
7. The method for preparing cigarettes from waste and inferior tobacco powder according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the combustion improver is one or a mixture of two of potassium citrate and sodium citrate.
