技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合纤维,特别是涤锦云母复合冰感纤维。
背景技术
涤纶面料是日常生活中用的非常多的一种化纤服装面料,其最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,因此,适合做外套服装、各类箱包和帐篷等户外用品。涤纶纤维的强度比棉花高近1倍,比羊毛高3倍,因此涤纶织物结实耐用。涤纶纤维可在70~170℃使用,是合成纤维中耐热性和热稳定性最好的。 涤纶的弹性接近羊毛,耐皱性超过其他纤维,织物不皱,保形性好。涤纶的吸水回潮率低,绝缘性能好,但由于吸水性低,摩擦产生的静电大,染色性能较差。
锦纶的强力、耐磨性好,居所有纤维之首。它的耐磨性是棉纤维的10倍,是干态粘胶纤维的10倍,是湿态纤维的140倍。因此,其耐用性极佳。锦纶织物的弹性及弹性恢复性极好,但小外力下易变形,故其织物在穿用过程中易变皱折。锦纶有良好的耐蛀、耐腐蚀性能。
但是随着人们生活水平的提高,对纺织品的要求也越来越高,上述涤纶面料和锦纶面料因为各自的优缺点,已经无法满足人们的要求。随之市面上开始出现了涤锦纤维,其具有手感柔软、穿着舒服、强度高的优点,但是质量不高、不易染色、次品率高、经济效益差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种复合牢固、手感柔软、弹性好具有一定抗紫外性能的涤锦云母复合冰感纤维,以及该复合纤维的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的涤锦云母复合冰感纤维,包括互相加捻在一起的涤锦云母纤维和冰丝纤维,其中所述涤锦云母纤维是以涤纶纤维为芯线,外包覆锦纶纤维组成,所述涤纶纤维按重量份包括90-95份涤纶、3-5份碳纤维、2-5份改性剂,所述改性剂按重量份包括20-40份云母、10-15份氧化锆、30-40份聚丙烯酰胺、2-5份乙二醇锑;
所述锦纶纤维按重量份包括95-98份锦纶、2-5份抗UV剂,所述抗UV剂按重量份包括70-80份二苯甲酮类、10-15份硅藻土、2-5份柠檬酸、5-8份羟乙基尿素;
所述冰丝纤维按重量份包括60-75份聚粘胶纤维、20-25份壳聚糖纤维、1-2份弹性剂,所述弹性剂按重量份包括40-50份氯化聚乙烯弹性体、20-28份聚脲弹性体、3-5份玻璃纤维、1-2份羧酸铋、5-7份N-甲基吗啉。
本发明还公开了一种涤锦云母复合冰感纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备涤纶纤维,先将20-40份云母、10-15份氧化锆、30-40份聚丙烯酰胺、2-5份乙二醇锑混合均匀后研磨成粉即得改性剂,然后将90-95份涤纶、3-5份碳纤维、2-5份改性剂混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行熔融挤压得到改性涤纶熔体,温度为240-250℃;
第二步:制备抗UV剂,先将70-80份二苯甲酮类、10-15份硅藻土、2-5份柠檬酸、5-8份羟乙基尿素溶于水中,然后于70℃的水浴超声波中反应24小时后,冷却结晶并研磨成粉末,即得抗UV剂;
第三步:制备涤锦云母纤维,先将95-98份锦纶、2-5份抗UV剂混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行熔融挤压得到变性锦纶熔体,温度为300-320℃,然后通过共轭纺丝组件将变性锦纶熔体包覆在改性涤纶熔体的芯线外进行拉丝形成涤锦云母纤维;
第四步:制备涤锦云母复合冰感纤维,先将40-50份氯化聚乙烯弹性体、20-28份聚脲弹性体、3-5份玻璃纤维、1-2份羧酸铋、5-7份N-甲基吗啉于高速混合机中混合5min后再放入450℃的加热炉中加热2 h后取出,待冷却后研磨成粉末,即得弹性剂,然后将60-75份聚粘胶纤维、20-25份壳聚糖纤维、1-2份弹性剂于挤出机中熔融反应2h后挤出纺丝得到冰丝纤维,最后将涤锦云母纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起即得到涤锦云母复合冰感纤维。
所述涤纶纤维是在涤纶中添加碳纤维来增加其强度,添加改性剂来提高韧性。所述改性剂中的云母可提高其机械强度,增强韧性、附着力抗老化及耐腐蚀型等。除具有极高的电绝缘性、抗酸碱腐蚀、弹性、韧性和滑动性、耐热隔音、热膨胀系数小等性能外,还具有表面光滑、径厚比大、形态规则、附着力强等特点。氧化锆作为无机粉末,可以提高涤纶纤维的强度,同时氧化锆与云母之间有协同的作用,能够同时作用于涤纶纤维。聚丙烯酰胺有着良好的絮凝作用,起到联结作用。乙二醇锑作为催化剂,能够提高上述有效成分的发挥。
所述锦纶纤维中添加有抗UV剂,从而提高锦纶的抗紫外线能力。所述抗UV剂中的二苯甲酮类中具有苯环结构,对小于 300 nm 的光波有较好的吸收作用,而且能够选择地吸收高能量的紫外光,并进行能量转换,以热能形式或者无害化低能辐射将能量释放或者消耗掉。硅藻土作为载体,将柠檬酸和羟乙基尿素负载在硅藻土中,然后与二苯甲酮类进行联结,提高其抗紫外线的能力。
所述冰丝纤维是在聚粘胶纤维中添加壳聚糖纤维和弹性剂,其中壳聚糖分子带正电性,吸附在细胞表面,可以形成一层高分子膜,阻止营养物质向细胞内运输,起到抗菌的效果。弹性剂中的氯化聚乙烯弹性体和聚脲弹性体作为主要弹性体,起到强化聚粘胶纤维的弹性,玻璃纤维提到强度,羧酸铋作为催化剂,用于提高氯化聚乙烯弹性体的弹性,N-甲基吗啉可以提高聚脲弹性体的弹性。
本发明得到的涤锦云母复合冰感纤维,其技术效果通过将涤锦云母纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起,另外所述涤锦云母纤维是以涤纶纤维为芯线,外包覆锦纶纤维组成,使得各种纤维进行互补,凸出优点,改善缺点,最终制得的复合纤维手感舒适、强度高、有一定的抗紫外线能力。

所述锦纶纤维按重量份包括95份锦纶、5份抗UV剂,所述抗UV剂按重量份包括70份二苯甲酮类、10份硅藻土、2份柠檬酸、5份羟乙基尿素;

第三步:制备涤锦云母纤维,先将95份锦纶、5份抗UV剂混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行熔融挤压得到变性锦纶熔体,温度为300-320℃,然后通过共轭纺丝组件将变性锦纶熔体包覆在改性涤纶熔体的芯线外进行拉丝形成涤锦云母纤维;
第四步:制备涤锦云母复合冰感纤维,先将40份氯化聚乙烯弹性体、20份聚脲弹性体、3份玻璃纤维、1份羧酸铋、5份N-甲基吗啉于高速混合机中混合5min后再放入450℃的加热炉中加热2 h后取出,待冷却后研磨成粉末,即得弹性剂,然后将60份聚粘胶纤维、20份壳聚糖纤维、1份弹性剂于挤出机中熔融反应2h后挤出纺丝得到冰丝纤维,最后将涤锦云母纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起即得到涤锦云母复合冰感纤维。
对本实施例所得涤锦云母复合冰感纤维进行紫外线检测,即将涤锦云母复合冰感纤维在经紫外光照射100h后,其纤维强度保持率可达到90%以上。

第三步:制备涤锦云母纤维,先将95-98份锦纶、2-5份抗UV剂混合均匀加入到螺杆挤压机中进行熔融挤压得到变性锦纶熔体,温度为300-320℃,然后通过共轭纺丝组件将变性锦纶熔体包覆在改性涤纶熔体的芯线外进行拉丝形成涤锦云母纤维;
第四步:制备涤锦云母复合冰感纤维,先将40-50份氯化聚乙烯弹性体、20-28份聚脲弹性体、3-5份玻璃纤维、1-2份羧酸铋、5-7份N-甲基吗啉于高速混合机中混合5min后再放入450℃的加热炉中加热2 h后取出,待冷却后研磨成粉末,即得弹性剂;然后将60-75份聚粘胶纤维、20-25份壳聚糖纤维、1-2份弹性剂于挤出机中熔融反应2h后挤出纺丝得到冰丝纤维,最后将涤锦云母纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起即得到涤锦云母复合冰感纤维。
