本发明公开了一种韧性环保缠绕膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:LLDPE110‑130、钛酸四丁酯20‑30、烷基醇酰胺1‑2、硬脂酸钡2‑3、棕榈蜡4‑6、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.5‑1、聚酰胺蜡微粉4‑7、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.1‑0.3、环烷酸钙0.1‑0.2、膨润土16‑20,本发明采用硅烷偶联剂改性,有效的提高了膨润土、钛溶胶在LLDPE基体间的分散相容性,从而提高了成品缠绕膜的力学稳定性和韧性。

一种韧性环保缠绕膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于膜领域,具体涉及一种韧性环保缠绕膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
缠绕膜,又叫拉伸膜、热收缩膜,国内最早以PVC为基材,DOA为增塑剂兼起自粘作用生产PVC缠绕膜。由于环保问题、成本高(相对PE比重大,单位包装面积少)、拉伸性差等原因,当1994~1995年国内开始生产PE拉伸膜时逐步被淘汰。PE拉伸膜先是以EVA为自粘材料,但其成本高,又有味道,后发展用PIB、VLDPE为自粘材料,基材现在以LLDPE为主,缠绕膜可以在产品周围形成一个很轻的、保护性外表,从而达到防尘、防油、防潮、防水、防盗的目的。尤为重要的是缠绕膜包装使包装物品均匀受力,避免受力不均对物品造成损伤,这是传统包装方式(捆扎、打包、胶带等包装)无法做到的,利用缠绕膜进行产品包装,可以有效降低使用成本,采用缠绕膜只有原本箱包装的15%左右,热收缩膜的35%左右,纸箱包装的50%左右。同时可以降低工人劳动强度,提高包装效率以及包装档次,拉伸膜的应用领域非常之广,而国内很多的领域还未涉及,已涉及的许多领域也未普遍使用,随着应用领域的扩大,拉伸膜的用量必将大大增长,其市场潜力是不可估量的。所以我们有必要大力推广拉伸膜的生产和应用;然而,目前市售的缠绕膜为了降低生产成本,存在拉伸强度低,容易断裂等现象,且在缠绕膜中加入了增强力学强度的无机填料与薄膜的相容性差,导致薄膜的稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种韧性环保缠绕膜及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种韧性环保缠绕膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
LLDPE110-130、钛酸四丁酯20-30、烷基醇酰胺1-2、硬脂酸钡2-3、棕榈蜡4-6、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.5-1、聚酰胺蜡微粉4-7、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.1-0.3、环烷酸钙0.1-0.2、膨润土16-20。
一种韧性环保缠绕膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取膨润土,在700-750℃下煅烧1-2小时,冷却至常温,与硬脂酸钡混合,加入到混合料重量10-14倍的去离子水中,超声30-40分钟,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,磨成细粉,得活化膨润土;
(2)取十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取棕榈蜡、聚酰胺蜡微粉混合,加入到混合料重量4-6倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇分散液;
(4)取钛酸四丁酯,加入到其重量13-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为40-50℃,与上述醇分散液混合,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料冷却,得溶胶溶液;
(5)取上述活化膨润土,加入到上述水分散液中,搅拌均匀,与上述溶胶溶液混合,升高温度为60-65℃,加入硅烷偶联剂kh560,保温搅拌1-2小时,得硅烷乳液;
(6)取LLDPE,加入到上述硅烷乳液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与剩余各原料混合,送入到挤出机中,流延成膜,即得所述韧性环保缠绕膜。
本发明的优点:
本发明将膨润土采用硬脂酸钡处理,得活化膨润土,然后以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,通过在水中水解,得到钛溶胶,之后将膨润土与钛溶胶共混,采用硅烷偶联剂改性,有效的提高了膨润土、钛溶胶在LLDPE基体间的分散相容性,从而提高了成品缠绕膜的力学稳定性和韧性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种韧性环保缠绕膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
LLDPE110、钛酸四丁酯20、烷基醇酰胺1、硬脂酸钡2、棕榈蜡4、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.5、聚酰胺蜡微粉4、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.1、环烷酸钙0.1、膨润土16。
一种韧性环保缠绕膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取膨润土,在700℃下煅烧1小时,冷却至常温,与硬脂酸钡混合,加入到混合料重量10倍的去离子水中,超声30分钟,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,磨成细粉,得活化膨润土;
(2)取十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取棕榈蜡、聚酰胺蜡微粉混合,加入到混合料重量4倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇分散液;
(4)取钛酸四丁酯,加入到其重量13倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为40℃,与上述醇分散液混合,保温搅拌3小时,出料冷却,得溶胶溶液;
(5)取上述活化膨润土,加入到上述水分散液中,搅拌均匀,与上述溶胶溶液混合,升高温度为60℃,加入硅烷偶联剂kh560,保温搅拌1小时,得硅烷乳液;
(6)取LLDPE,加入到上述硅烷乳液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与剩余各原料混合,送入到挤出机中,流延成膜,即得所述韧性环保缠绕膜。
实施例2
一种韧性环保缠绕膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
LLDPE130、钛酸四丁酯30、烷基醇酰胺2、硬脂酸钡3、棕榈蜡6、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1、聚酰胺蜡微粉7、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.3、环烷酸钙0.2、膨润土20。
一种韧性环保缠绕膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取膨润土,在750℃下煅烧2小时,冷却至常温,与硬脂酸钡混合,加入到混合料重量14倍的去离子水中,超声40分钟,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,磨成细粉,得活化膨润土;
(2)取十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取棕榈蜡、聚酰胺蜡微粉混合,加入到混合料重量6倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇分散液;
(4)取钛酸四丁酯,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为50℃,与上述醇分散液混合,保温搅拌4小时,出料冷却,得溶胶溶液;
(5)取上述活化膨润土,加入到上述水分散液中,搅拌均匀,与上述溶胶溶液混合,升高温度为65℃,加入硅烷偶联剂kh560,保温搅拌2小时,得硅烷乳液;
(6)取LLDPE,加入到上述硅烷乳液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与剩余各原料混合,送入到挤出机中,流延成膜,即得所述韧性环保缠绕膜。

Claims (2)

1.一种韧性环保缠绕膜,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
LLDPE110-130、钛酸四丁酯20-30、烷基醇酰胺1-2、硬脂酸钡2-3、棕榈蜡4-6、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.5-1、聚酰胺蜡微粉4-7、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.1-0.3、环烷酸钙0.1-0.2、膨润土16-20。
2.一种如权利要求1所述得韧性环保缠绕膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取膨润土,在700-750℃下煅烧1-2小时,冷却至常温,与硬脂酸钡混合,加入到混合料重量10-14倍的去离子水中,超声30-40分钟,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,磨成细粉,得活化膨润土;
(2)取十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取棕榈蜡、聚酰胺蜡微粉混合,加入到混合料重量4-6倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇分散液;
(4)取钛酸四丁酯,加入到其重量13-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为40-50℃,与上述醇分散液混合,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料冷却,得溶胶溶液;
(5)取上述活化膨润土,加入到上述水分散液中,搅拌均匀,与上述溶胶溶液混合,升高温度为60-65℃,加入硅烷偶联剂kh560,保温搅拌1-2小时,得硅烷乳液;
(6)取LLDPE,加入到上述硅烷乳液中,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与剩余各原料混合,送入到挤出机中,流延成膜,即得所述韧性环保缠绕膜。
