本发明公开了一种环保内墙净味涂料及其制备方法,该环保内墙净味涂料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:硅丙乳液100‑130、硅藻土乳液30‑40、单丁基氧化锡1‑2、聚乙烯蜡3‑4、2‑巯基苯并咪唑1‑2、6‑羟基‑2‑萘甲酸1‑2、饱和十八碳酰胺0.8‑1。本发明首先将硅藻土粉采用三乙胺活化,然后与2‑巯基苯并咪唑等功能助剂共混,有效的提高了成品涂料的防腐等性能,且硅藻土可以在硅丙乳液中充分分散,从而提高了涂膜的力学性能,本发明的涂料特别适合用于建筑内墙,安全环保性好,且具有吸附净化效果。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种环保内墙净味涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
内墙漆是建筑装饰材料的重要组成部分,大都由乳液、去离子水、颜料以及其他助剂制成,但是大多数内墙漆还是存在涂层不坚固、附着力不强、涂层易脱落、耐洗刷性、耐酸碱性、耐污性不强、有害物大大超过国家限量标准等方面的不足,因此,生产一种高性能且无毒无害的内墙建筑漆实为人们所期盼。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种环保内墙净味涂料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保内墙净味涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液100-130、硅藻土乳液30-40、单丁基氧化锡1-2、聚乙烯蜡3-4、2-巯基苯并咪唑1-2、6-羟基-2-萘甲酸1-2、饱和十八碳酰胺0.8-1。
所述的硅藻土乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取20-30重量份的硅藻土粉,加入到其重量14-17倍的去离子水中,加入1-2重量份的三乙胺,在60-70℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,加入0.1-0.4重量份的聚山梨酯,搅拌均匀,即得。
所述环保内墙净味涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取6-羟基-2-萘甲酸,加入到硅藻土乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入饱和十八碳酰胺,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取聚乙烯蜡、2-巯基苯并咪唑混合,在80-90℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入到上述酰胺溶液中,搅拌至常温,得聚乙烯蜡溶液;
(3)取上述聚乙烯蜡溶液,加入到剩余各原料,超声10-20分钟,即的。
本发明的优点
本发明首先将硅藻土粉采用三乙胺活化,然后与2-巯基苯并咪唑等功能助剂共混,有效的提高了成品涂料的防腐等性能,且硅藻土可以在硅丙乳液中充分分散,从而提高了涂膜的力学性能,本发明的涂料特别适合用于建筑内墙,安全环保性好,且具有吸附净化效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保内墙净味涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液130、硅藻土乳液40、单丁基氧化锡2、聚乙烯蜡4、2-巯基苯并咪唑2、6-羟基-2-萘甲酸2、饱和十八碳酰胺1。
所述的硅藻土乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取30重量份的硅藻土粉,加入到其重量17倍的去离子水中,加入2重量份的三乙胺,在70℃下保温搅拌20分钟,加入0.4重量份的聚山梨酯,搅拌均匀,即得。
所述环保内墙净味涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取6-羟基-2-萘甲酸,加入到硅藻土乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入饱和十八碳酰胺,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取聚乙烯蜡、2-巯基苯并咪唑混合,在90℃下保温搅拌30分钟,加入到上述酰胺溶液中,搅拌至常温,得聚乙烯蜡溶液;
(3)取上述聚乙烯蜡溶液,加入到剩余各原料,超声20分钟,即的。

1.一种环保内墙净味涂料,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液100-130、硅藻土乳液30-40、单丁基氧化锡1-2、聚乙烯蜡3-4、2-巯基苯并咪唑1-2、6-羟基-2-萘甲酸1-2、饱和十八碳酰胺0.8-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保内墙净味涂料,其特征在于,所述的硅藻土乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取20-30重量份的硅藻土粉,加入到其重量14-17倍的去离子水中,加入1-2重量份的三乙胺,在60-70℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,加入0.1-0.4重量份的聚山梨酯,搅拌均匀,即得。
3.一种如权利要求1所述环保内墙净味涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取6-羟基-2-萘甲酸,加入到硅藻土乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入饱和十八碳酰胺,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取聚乙烯蜡、2-巯基苯并咪唑混合,在80-90℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入到上述酰胺溶液中,搅拌至常温,得聚乙烯蜡溶液;
(3)取上述聚乙烯蜡溶液,加入到剩余各原料,超声10-20分钟,即的。
