氯吡苯脲是一种具有细胞分裂素活性的苯脲类植物生长调节剂,其生物活性却较6-苄氨基嘌呤高10-100 倍。广泛用于农业,园艺和果树。它能够影响植物芽的发育、加速细胞有丝分裂、促进细胞增大和分化,防止果实和花的脱落的作用,从而促进植物生长、早熟、延缓作物后期叶片的衰老、增加产量。主要表现在:①促进茎、叶、根、果生长的功能,如用于烟草种植可使叶片肥大而增产。②促进结果。可以增加西红柿(番茄)、茄子、苹果等水果和蔬菜的产量。③加速疏果和落叶作用。疏果可增加果实产量,提高品质,使果实大小均匀。对棉花和大豆言,落叶可使收获易行。④浓度高时可作除草剂。⑤其他。如棉花的干枯作用,甜菜和甘蔗增加糖分等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种氯吡苯脲生产工艺。合成生产工艺:向20L 单层玻璃反应器,用泵通过导管分别泵入2-氯-4-氨基吡啶、过量异氰酸苯酯和苯,倒入反应瓶中,通过油浴加热器加热搅拌并反应6-8 小时。待冷却后过滤,滤液回至反应瓶重复使用。过滤后得到的固体用苯洗涤2-3 次,一部分洗涤液用于补充反应溶剂,另一部分采用玻璃分馏装置进行分馏,将溶剂与剩余的异氰酸苯酯(投料是过量的,2-氯-4-氨基吡啶已反应完全)分离,收集的溶剂用于洗涤,收集的异氰酸苯酯作为原料使用。将洗涤后的固体进行干燥,得到产品氯吡苯脲原料。
