本发明公开了一种自带喷头间隙检测功能的3D打印喷头组件,包括罩壳、喷头、喉管、铝块、检测开关、开关板、弹簧和套管,喉管外部设有外螺纹,检测开关设于开关板上,开关板通过螺丝固定于铝块上;所述套管内部设有内螺纹并旋转套于所述喉管上;所述弹簧套设于所述喉管上并设于所述套管上方;所述套管一侧设有凸台,所述凸台下端接触所述罩壳底部;所述铝块侧面设有喉管固定孔,喉管固定螺丝通过所述喉管固定孔固定所述喉管;所述铝块上设有一进丝孔,所述进丝孔下端面设有环形接触面,用于接触所述弹簧;所述罩壳底部设有一通孔,所述套管与所述通孔匹配;该组件可以防止检测开关受损,不影响打印面积、同时实现喷头快速拆卸。

Description

一种自带喷头间隙检测功能的3D打印喷头组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种3D打印机的技术领域,具体涉及一种自带喷头间隙检测功能的3D打印喷头组件。
背景技术
熔融沉积快速成型技术(FDM)是主要的3D打印技术之一。FDM技术,又称热熔堆积技术,该技术是将热熔型料丝加热融化后从喷头挤出,沉积在打印工作平台或前一层已固化的材料上,当温度低于料丝固化温度后开始固化成型,最终打印成实体。
3D打印机打印喷头与打印平台之间的间隙会影响打印效果,因此打印机在打印之前需要检测打印间隙从而完成平台调平,现有的3D打印机是通过在打印平台上开设三至四个检测孔,在打印喷头旁边设置一个检测开关,在喷头进入检测孔时,检测开关触碰打印平台来检测喷头与打印平台间的高度,检测这三至四个检测孔的高度一致则完成调平;该调平装置的有效打印面积小、打印平台美观性差;当喷头与打印平台之间的间隙过小时,打印平台上移会造成检测开关损坏,实施性差。
故需要一种方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种自带喷头间隙检测功能的3D打印喷头组件,该组件可以防止检测开关受损,不影响打印面积同时又能实现喷头快速拆卸。
本发明的技术方案是:一种自带喷头间隙检测功能的3D打印喷头组件,包括罩壳、喷头、喉管、铝块、检测开关、开关板、弹簧和套管,喉管外部设有外螺纹,检测开关设于开关板上,开关板通过螺丝固定于铝块上;所述套管内部设有内螺纹并套于所述喉管上;所述弹簧套设于所述喉管上并设于所述套管上方;所述套管一侧设有凸台,所述凸台下端接触所述罩壳底部;所述铝块侧面设有喉管固定孔,喉管固定螺丝通过所述喉管固定孔固定所述喉管;所述铝块上设有一进丝孔,所述进丝孔下端面设有环形接触面,用于接触所述弹簧;所述罩壳底部设有一个通孔,所述套管与所述通孔匹配,当所述套管进入所述通孔内时,旋转所述喷头至无法旋转从而固定所述喷头,反向旋转所述喷头至所述套管对应所述通孔从而取下所述喷头。该组件结构可以实现防止检测开关受损,不影响打印面同时又能实现喷头快速拆卸的功能。

具体实施方式
为了能清楚地理解本发明的技术内容,特举以下实例说明。
参阅图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种自带喷头间隙检测功能的3D打印喷头组件,包括罩壳1、喷头9、喉管8、铝块2、检测开关5、开关板3、弹簧6和套管7,喉管8外部设有外螺纹,检测开关5设于开关板3上,开关板3通过螺丝4固定于铝块2上;套管7内部设有内螺纹并套于喉管8上;弹簧6套设于喉管8上并设于套管7上方;套管7一侧设有凸台11 ,凸台11 上端接触开关板3,下端接触罩壳1底部;铝块2侧面设有喉管固定孔12,喉管固定螺丝13通过喉管固定孔12固定喉管8;铝块2上设有一进丝孔14,进丝孔14下端面设有环形接触面15,用于接触弹簧6;罩壳1底部设有一个通孔10,套管7与通孔10匹配,当套管7进入通孔10内时,旋转喷头9至无法旋转从而固定喷头9,反向旋转喷头9至套管7对应通孔10从而取下喷头9。
该组件结构在安装时,将套管7旋转安装于喉管8上,将弹簧6套于喉管8上,位于套管7上方,将套管7与罩壳1上的通孔10匹配安装,弹簧6上端接触到进丝 孔14下方的环形接触面15,旋转喷头9至无法旋转,喷头9位置固定,将喉管固定螺丝13通过喉管固定孔12固定喉管8;拆卸时,将喉管固定螺丝13拧下,将喷头9反向旋转,直至套管7与通孔10匹配,下拉取下喷头9,实现快速拆卸。
该组件结构在使用前,首先进入喷头间隙检测、平台调平过程,上位机控制打印平台上升,直至喷头9接触打印平台上的一点,若喷头9与打印平台间隙过小,喷头9上升,弹簧6接触环形接触面15被挤压上升,此时检测开关5接触套管7,检测开关5指示灯亮起,反馈上位机平台上升至喷头9的距离并确定该点高度;同样在平台上在选择2至3点进行同样操作,从而测量获知打印平台的倾斜程度,方便后续平台调平;在该过程中,若某一点的间隙过小,打印平台持续上升,使得喷头9也持续上升,直至套管7上的凸台11接触开关板3的下端,停止上升。该设计可以有效地防止检测开关5因上升被损坏,也无需在打印平台上开设检测孔影响打印面积,具有较好的美观性。

1.一种自带喷头间隙检测功能的3D打印喷头组件,包括罩壳、喷头、喉管、铝块、检测开关和开关板,喉管外部设有外螺纹,检测开关设于开关板上,开关板通过螺丝固定于铝块上,其特征在于:还包括弹簧和套管:
1)所述套管内部设有内螺纹并套于所述喉管上;
2)所述弹簧套设于所述喉管上并设于所述套管上方;
3)所述套管一侧设有凸台,所述凸台下端接触所述罩壳底部;
4)所述铝块侧面设有喉管固定孔,喉管固定螺丝通过所述喉管固定孔固定所述喉管;
5)所述铝块上设有一进丝孔,所述进丝孔下端面设有环形接触面,用于接触所述弹簧;
6)所述罩壳底部设有一个通孔,所述套管与所述通孔匹配,当所述套管进入所述通孔内时,旋转所述喷头至无法旋转从而固定所述喷头,反向旋转所述喷头至所述套管对应所述通孔从而取下所述喷头。
