本发明涉及一种新型汽车空调滤清器。所述的滤清器包括框架、正面板和反面板,所述的正面板和反面板共同设置在框架内,所述的框架为弹性吸潮框架,所述的正面板内设置有HEPA复合滤纸,所述的复合滤纸表面为网格状,所述的复合滤纸的边缘固定连接一拉带;所述的反面板内设置有活性炭吸附层,所述的活性炭吸附层表面为蜂窝状,所述的活性炭吸附层外侧设置有杀菌抗菌纤维层、静电微纤维层、长纤维层,所述的框架上可拆卸设置粉尘袋,所述的粉尘袋内设有检测传感器,所述检测传感器将检测到的信号发送至空调的ECU,所述的滤清器还包括紫外光灯源和光触媒,所述的光触媒覆盖在复合滤纸表面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车空调滤清器配件,尤其涉及一种新型汽车空调滤清器。
背景技术
在汽车工业激烈的竞争中,整车厂为了在竞争中处于优势,除了控制产品质量之外,对成本的控制也是必要环节之一。目前汽车生产采用“流水线”作业,效率更显得尤为重要。这就要求产品从设计到生产,不仅关注其外观结构,而且需要关注其生产安装。对于汽车中用到的空气滤清器,其主要作用是将进入气缸内的空气进行过滤,防止灰尘等颗粒物对气缸造成损坏。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、过滤效果好、灭杀细菌、生产成本低、使用寿命长、空气流通好、自动检测、配件方便更换的新型汽车空调滤清器。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的滤清器包括框架、正面板和反面板,所述的正面板和反面板共同设置在框架内,所述的框架为弹性吸潮框架,所述的正面板内设置有HEPA复合滤纸,所述的复合滤纸表面为网格状,所述的复合滤纸的边缘固定连接一拉带;所述的反面板内设置有活性炭吸附层,所述的活性炭吸附层表面为蜂窝状,所述的活性炭吸附层外侧设置有杀菌抗菌纤维层、静电微纤维层、长纤维层,所述的框架上可拆卸设置粉尘袋,所述的粉尘袋内设有检测传感器,所述检测传感器将检测到的信号发送至空调的ECU,所述的滤清器还包括紫外光灯源和光触媒,所述的光触媒覆盖在复合滤纸表面。
本发明结构简单、过滤效果好、灭杀细菌、生产成本低、使用寿命长、空气流通好、自动检测、配件方便更换。

一种新型汽车空调滤清器,所述的滤芯包括框架1、正面板2和反面板3,所述的正面板2和反面板3共同设置在框架1内,所述的框架1为弹性吸潮框架,所述的正面板2内设置有HEPA复合滤纸4,所述的复合滤纸4表面为网格状,所述的复合滤纸4的边缘固定连接一拉带6;所述的反面板3内设置有活性炭吸附层5,所述的活性炭吸附层5表面为蜂窝状,所述的活性炭吸附层5外侧设置有杀菌抗菌纤维层7、静电微纤维层8、长纤维层9,所述的框架1上可拆卸设置粉尘袋10,所述的粉尘袋10内设有检测传感器11,所述检测传感器11将检测到的信号发送至空调的ECU,所述的滤清器还包括紫外光灯源12和光触媒,所述的光触媒覆盖在复合滤纸4表面。
