背景技术
目前，国内生产的伤湿祛痛膏产品使用的传统基质原料配方中，持粘力太强，容易粘毛，撕掉时疼痛难忍，且易引起皮肤过敏。由于天然橡胶等基质的持粘力太强，以及刺激和致敏性，导致消费者贴敷后存在着撕掉时疼痛难忍，不利于病人的使用和身体健康，其原因在于传统基质中使用大量的有机溶剂和天然橡胶，在制备烘干过程有机溶剂又无法收集而完全蒸发掉，造成大量能源浪费，天然橡胶内聚力太大，和皮肤之间的粘合性太强，且含有高蛋白类物质，易导致皮肤过敏。因此，对现有伤湿祛痛膏的基质进行改进和创新，从而制备出新型的伤湿祛痛膏贴剂是目前亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况，为解决现有技术之缺陷，本发明之目的就是提供一种用于祛湿、止痛的外用贴剂，可有效解决现有膏贴剂患者贴敷时出现的粘毛、刺激、过敏反应的问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是，该贴剂由无纺布、防粘纸和伤湿祛痛膏构成，所述的伤湿祛痛膏是由以下重量百分比计的：天然橡胶10-20%、合成橡胶10-20%、液状石蜡10-20%、黄凡士林10-15%、羊毛脂10-15%、氧化硅5-10%、松香衍生物10-20%、抗氧剂0.1-0.3%、药物浸膏12-18%、薄荷脑1-3%、冰片1-3%、樟脑0.5-1.5%和水杨酸甲酯1-3%制成，先将天然橡胶、合成橡胶、松香衍生物、抗氧剂混合在一起，搅拌均匀（目测无明显橡胶颗粒），在温度110～140℃时，加入氧化硅继续搅拌，在温度110～140℃时，加入液状石蜡、黄凡士林、羊毛脂继续搅拌，再在温度100～130℃时，加入混合药物，至搅拌均匀，降温至温度80～100℃时，涂布在无纺布上，并覆盖防粘纸，切片，即得；所述的合成橡胶是指苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、萜烯树脂、松香甘油酯及衍生物、聚异丁烯的一种或两种以上组合物，所述的药物浸膏为以下重量百分比计的：生川乌8.06%、生草乌8.06%、麻黄8.06%、苍术16.11%、当归16.11%、白芷10.25%、干姜21.71%、山柰6.54%、八角茴香5.10%共9味粉碎成细粉，用85%乙醇回流三次，每次1.5小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇，浓缩至在55～60℃时相对密度为1.16～1.21的浸膏；所述的混合药物为药物浸膏、薄荷脑、冰片、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯混合在一起制成。
本发明组方新颖独特，特别是采用新型基质作为药物载体，有效解决了现有伤湿祛痛膏贴导致的粘毛、刺激及致敏性而导致的患者贴敷后撕掉时疼痛难忍问题，非常有利于患者的使用和身体健康，是伤湿祛痛膏贴剂上的创新。

本发明在具体实施时，该贴剂由无纺布、防粘纸和伤湿祛痛膏构成，所述的伤湿祛痛膏还可由以下重量百分比计的：天然橡胶9.1%、合成橡胶12%、液状石蜡18%、黄凡士林12%、羊毛脂10%、氧化硅5%、松香衍生物10%、抗氧剂0.1%、药物浸膏15.5%、薄荷脑2.5%、冰片2.4%、樟脑1.2%和水杨酸甲酯2.2%制成，先将天然橡胶、合成橡胶、松香衍生物、抗氧剂混合在一起，搅拌均匀，在温度140℃时，加入氧化硅继续搅拌，在温度140℃时，加入液状石蜡、黄凡士林、羊毛脂继续搅拌，再在温度130℃时，加入混合药物，至搅拌均匀，降温至温度100℃时，涂布在无纺布上，并覆盖防粘纸，切片，即得；制膏有效时间控制在360±30分钟。
由上述本发明技术方案可以看出，本发明与现有伤湿祛痛膏贴剂相比，最大的区别在于，采用新型基质作为药物载体，有效克服了传统基质所带来的粘毛、刺激性、过敏性问题，明显优于现有伤湿祛痛膏贴剂，从根本上解决了伤湿祛痛膏贴剂存在的粘毛、刺激性、过敏性问题，非常有利于患者贴敷和身体健康，经对 186 名患者适用，随机分为3 组，每组62 人，试验组采用本发明的祛湿、止痛的外用贴剂，对比组采用两组不同的现有伤湿祛痛膏贴剂，有关实验资料如下：

1.一种用于祛湿、止痛的外用贴剂，其特征在于，该贴剂由无纺布、防粘纸和伤湿祛痛膏构成，所述的伤湿祛痛膏是由以下重量百分比计的：天然橡胶10-20%、合成橡胶10-20%、液状石蜡10-20%、黄凡士林10-15%、羊毛脂10-15%、氧化硅5-10%、松香衍生物10-20%、抗氧剂0.1-0.3%、药物浸膏12-18%、薄荷脑1-3%、冰片1-3%、樟脑0.5-1.5%和水杨酸甲酯1-3%制成，先将天然橡胶、合成橡胶、松香衍生物、抗氧剂混合在一起，搅拌均匀，在温度110～140℃时，加入氧化硅继续搅拌，在温度110～140℃时，加入液状石蜡、黄凡士林、羊毛脂继续搅拌，再在温度100～130℃时，加入混合药物，至搅拌均匀，降温至温度80～100℃时，涂布在无纺布上，并覆盖防粘纸，切片，即得；所述的合成橡胶是指苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、萜烯树脂、松香甘油酯及衍生物、聚异丁烯的一种或两种以上组合物，所述的药物浸膏为以下重量百分比计的：生川乌8.06%、生草乌8.06%、麻黄8.06%、苍术16.11%、当归16.11%、白芷10.25%、干姜21.71%、山柰6.54%、八角茴香5.10%共9味粉碎成细粉，用85%乙醇回流三次，每次1.5小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇，浓缩至在55～60℃时相对密度为1.16～1.21的浸膏；所述的混合药物为药物浸膏、薄荷脑、冰片、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯混合在一起制成。

3.根据权利要求1所述的用于祛湿、止痛的外用贴剂，其特征在于，该贴剂由无纺布、防粘纸和伤湿祛痛膏构成，所述的伤湿祛痛膏还可由以下重量百分比计的：天然橡胶8%、合成橡胶15%、液状石蜡10%、黄凡士林12%、羊毛脂11%、氧化硅6.2%、松香衍生物11%、抗氧剂0.3%、药物浸膏16%、薄荷脑3%、冰片3%、樟脑1.5%和水杨酸甲酯3%制成，先将天然橡胶、合成橡胶、松香衍生物、抗氧剂混合在一起，搅拌均匀，在温度125℃时，加入氧化硅继续搅拌，在温度125℃时，加入液状石蜡、黄凡士林、羊毛脂继续搅拌，再在温度125℃时，加入混合药物，至搅拌均匀，降温至温度95℃时，涂布在无纺布上，并覆盖防粘纸，切片，即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于祛湿、止痛的外用贴剂，其特征在于，该贴剂由无纺布、防粘纸和伤湿祛痛膏构成，所述的伤湿祛痛膏还可由以下重量百分比计的：天然橡胶9.1%、合成橡胶12%、液状石蜡18%、黄凡士林12%、羊毛脂10%、氧化硅5%、松香衍生物10%、抗氧剂0.1%、药物浸膏15.5%、薄荷脑2.5%、冰片2.4%、樟脑1.2%和水杨酸甲酯2.2%制成，先将天然橡胶、合成橡胶、松香衍生物、抗氧剂混合在一起，搅拌均匀，在温度140℃时，加入氧化硅继续搅拌，在温度140℃时，加入液状石蜡、黄凡士林、羊毛脂继续搅拌，再在温度130℃时，加入混合药物，至搅拌均匀，降温至温度100℃时，涂布在无纺布上，并覆盖防粘纸，切片，即得。
