Abstract

本发明公开了一种退热贴用高分子凝胶及其制备方法，该高分子凝胶，包括以下按重量份数计的原料：高分子凝胶材料，黄芪，板蓝根，石斛，陈皮，香茅草，野菊花，天麻，蚕蛹，柠檬，薄荷叶，甘油，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，交联剂。制备方法：将黄芪、板蓝根、石斛、陈皮、香茅草、野菊花、天麻、柠檬、薄荷叶、蚕蛹混合，加入水50‑60℃下煎煮20‑30分钟，过滤得滤液；将高分子凝胶材料、甘油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、交联剂混合均匀，搅拌10‑20分钟，再加入滤液，搅拌得高分子凝胶。本发明高分子凝胶的粘连性好，散热时间短，毒副作用小。

技术领域
本发明涉及退热贴领域，具体涉及一种退热贴用高分子凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
头痛发热是人们经常碰到的问题，尤其是外感发热，需要及时进行物理降温。物理降温多用酒精在患者背部、面部、腹部、腋窝等处擦浴，但这些并不能从根本上消除病因，因此还需要服用解热镇痛药，而西药的副作用很大，孕妇和婴幼儿发热不易服用，中药虽然副作用小，但是疗效慢。
医用退热贴是物理降温的先选手段，目前市售的退热效果不是很明显，且随着粘贴时间的延长，很容易脱落。因袭，需要研发一种高分子凝胶降温效果更好的退热贴满足人们的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种退热贴用高分子凝胶及其制备方法，该凝胶粘连效果好，退热效果好，成分安全，适合孕妇和婴幼儿使用。
为解决现有技术问题，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种退热贴用高分子凝胶，包括以下按重量份数计的原料：高分子凝胶材料40-50份，黄芪12-18份，板蓝根10-18份，石斛20-30份，陈皮10-20份，香茅草18-30份，野菊花20-40份，天麻12-20份，蚕蛹10-19份，柠檬20-30份，薄荷叶10-30份，甘油1-8份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12-20份，交联剂1-4份。
作为改进的是，上述退热贴用高分子凝胶，包括以下按重量份数计的原料：高分子凝胶材料45份，黄芪16份，板蓝根12份，石斛28份，陈皮12份，香茅草28份，野菊花30份，天麻18份，蚕蛹15份，柠檬25份，薄荷叶18份，甘油5份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮18份，交联剂3份。
上述退热贴用高分子凝胶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1，将黄芪、板蓝根、石斛、陈皮、香茅草、野菊花、天麻、柠檬、薄荷叶、蚕蛹混合，加入水50-60℃下煎煮20-30分钟，过滤得滤液；
步骤2，将高分子凝胶材料、甘油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、交联剂混合均匀，搅拌10-20分钟，再加入滤液，搅拌得高分子凝胶。
作为改进的是，步骤1中煎煮的温度为55℃。
作为改进的是，步骤2中搅拌速度为180-280rpm。
有益效果
本发明退热用高分子凝胶粘贴效果好，降温效果明显，成分安全，尤其适合孕妇和婴幼儿使用。制备方法简单，对设备需求低、适合产业化。

一种退热贴用高分子凝胶，包括以下按重量份数计的原料：高分子凝胶材料40份，黄芪12份，板蓝根10份，石斛20份，陈皮10份，香茅草18份，野菊花20份，天麻12份，蚕蛹10份，柠檬20份，薄荷叶10份，甘油1份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12份，交联剂1份。
上述退热贴用高分子凝胶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1，将黄芪、板蓝根、石斛、陈皮、香茅草、野菊花、天麻、柠檬、薄荷叶、蚕蛹混合，加入水50℃下煎煮20分钟，过滤得滤液；
