本发明利用保健食品原料有效成分与维生素、矿物质结合,提供了一种预防高血压的复合特膳营养食品。本发明由淫羊藿苷、大蓟挥发油、夏枯草苷、罗布麻黄酮、杜仲绿原酸、草决明、黄芩、醋泡花生米干粉、干玉米须、大豆肽、ACEI肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、氨基酸序列为茶氨酸‑γ‑氨基丁酸‑脯氨酸的活性肽、营养强化剂组成。本发明辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品,使用实验验证和筛选具有降糖功效的药食同源植物及保健食品植物有效成分,并以科学的方法进行配伍和加工,保证原料功能性成分和含量,提高生物活性物质的利用率,增强产品预防血压升高的效果。

本发明涉及膳食营养领域,具体地指一种辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
1.高血压是持续血压过高的疾病,会引起中风、心脏病、血管瘤、肾衰竭等疾病,高血压是一种以动脉压升高为特征,可伴有心脏、血管、脑和肾脏等器官功能性或器质性改变的全身性疾病,它有原发性高血压和继发性高血压之分,在未用抗高血压药情况下,收缩≥139mmHg和/或舒张压≥89mmHg,按血压水平将高血压分为1,2,3级,收缩压≥140mmHg和舒张压<90mmHg单列为单纯性收缩期高血压,患者既往有高血压史,目前正在用抗高血压药,血压虽然低于140/90mmHg,亦应该诊断为高血压,高血压发病的原因很多,1.年龄:发病率有随年龄增长而增高的趋势,40岁以上者发病率高,2.食盐:摄入食盐多者,高血压发病率高,有认为食盐<2g/日,几乎不发生高血压;3-4g/日,高血压发病率3%,4-15g/日,发病率33.15%,>20g/日发病率30%,3.体重:肥胖者发病率高,4.遗传:大约半数高血压患者有家族史,5.环境与职业:有噪音的工作环境,过度紧张的脑力劳动均易发生高血压,城市中的高压发病率高于农村,长期性的高血压如果没有得到适当的治疗,会增加心脏的负荷,损坏血管,甚至导致中风、心脏病、肾衰竭及视网膜病变,甚至会失明,还会出现并发症:1、高血压型脑病:会导致脑水肿及颅内高压、脑出血,2、高血压型心脏病:会导致冠状动脉粥样硬化,继而出现心绞痛、心力衰竭等,3、高血压型肾病:导致蛋白尿、血尿;“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一;中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦。
医治疗高血压历史悠久,疗效确切,不良反应少,对高血压的并发症也有较好的预防和治疗的作用,中药治疗高血压具有明显的优势,中药副作用小,而且还能消除西医的副作用;中药的降压效果比较明显,能够明显改善患者的生活质量;中药降压作用缓和,而且对血压的控制较为稳定,对轻度或较重的高血压疾病,都可以有效的减缓血压波动。本发明通过对高血压病理、法、方、药的探讨及现代中医药药理的研究,采用药食两用的中药组方,治疗高血压,通过实验研究证实本发明药物具有明显的降血压效果,具有广泛的应用前景。2.淫羊藿:实验研究淫羊藿煎剂及水煎乙醇浸出液给兔、猫及大鼠静注,均有降压作用。有报道以淫羊藿浸膏片每日剂量相当于生药30克,分3次服,疗程1个月,治疗115例高血压,有效率78%。罗布麻:有降低血压、增强毛细血管抵抗力、减少毛细血管脆性、降血脂、扩张冠状动脉,增加冠脉血流量等作用。此外罗布麻茶叶中含有鞣质,能增强血管的柔韧性和弹性,降低血清胆固醇,防止脂肪在血管中沉淀,茶叶中的单宁酸能抑制血压升高,对高血压患者起到降压作用。
杜仲叶:杜仲叶的水溶液、醇溶液、醚溶液及经过提纯的各个成分如糖类、生物碱、桃叶珊瑚甙、绿原酸给家兔静注,均有不同程度的降压作用。夏枯草:现代药理表明,夏枯草具有明显的降压作用,其提取物具有降压活性及抗心律失常作用。中医治疗高血压时,常在处方中加夏枯草以加强降压作用。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,利用保健食品原料有效成分与维生素、矿物质结合,提供了一种预防高血压的复合特膳营养食品。为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品,它的原料按照重量份数比计由0.5~17份的淫羊藿苷、0.5~12份的大蓟挥发油、0.5~12份的夏枯草苷、0.5-18份罗布麻黄酮、0.5-30份杜仲绿原酸、0.5~15份的草决明、0.5~15份的黄芩、0.1~20份的醋泡花生米干粉、0.5~20份的干玉米须、0.1~10份的大豆肽、0.1~10份的ACEI肽、0.1~10份的酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、0.1~10份的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、0.1-10份氨基酸序列为茶氨酸-γ-氨基丁酸-脯氨酸的活性肽、0.5~5份的甜菊糖苷、0.1-5份营养强化剂组成;其中营养强化剂由0.1~3份碳酸钙、0.1~3份焦磷酸铁、0.1~3份氧化锌、0.1~3份维生素A、0.1~3份维生素D3、0.1~3份维生素B1、0.1~3份维生素B2、0.1~3份维生素C组成。
再进一步地优先的,所述辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品,它的原料按照重量份数比计由3份的淫羊藿苷、4份的大蓟挥发油、4份的夏枯草苷、2份罗布麻黄酮、7份杜仲绿原酸、12份的草决明、8份的黄芩、9份的醋泡花生米干粉、12份的干玉米须、8份的大豆肽、3份的ACEI肽、1份的酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、4份的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、3份氨基酸序列为茶氨酸-γ-氨基丁酸-脯氨酸的活性肽、2份的甜菊糖苷、2份营养强化剂组成;其中营养强化剂由0.3份碳酸钙、0.2份焦磷酸铁、0.5份氧化锌、0.2份维生素A、0.2份维生素D3、0.1份维生素B1、0.2份维生素B2、0.3份维生素C组成。
本发明辅助血压的复合特膳营养食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一级辅料调配:将淫羊藿苷、大蓟挥发油、夏枯草苷、罗布麻黄酮、杜仲绿原酸、草决明、黄芩、醋泡花生米干粉、干玉米须混合均匀,制备得到混合辅料;
二级辅料调配:将大豆肽、ACEI肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、活性肽、甜菊糖苷、营养强化剂混合均匀,制备得到二级混合辅料;
将上述一级混合辅料和二级混合辅料混合均匀,制成辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品食品。作为优选,所述辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品按照常规制剂方法制成液体剂、粉剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、颗粒剂或散剂。本发明有益效果:本发明辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品,使用实验验证和筛选具有降糖功效的药食同源植物及保健食品植物有效成分,并以科学的方法进行配伍和加工,保证原料功能性成分和含量,提高生物活性物质的利用率,增强产品预防血压升高的效果。

将上述一级混合辅料和二级混合辅料混合均匀,制成辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品食品。作为优选,所述辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品按照常规制剂方法制成颗粒剂。实施例三一种辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品,它的原料按照重量份数比计由6份的淫羊藿苷、2份的大蓟挥发油、3份的夏枯草苷、3份罗布麻黄酮、4份杜仲绿原酸、15份的草决明、15份的黄芩、18份的醋泡花生米干粉、15份的干玉米须、10份的大豆肽、10份的ACEI肽、8份的酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、5份的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、1份氨基酸序列为茶氨酸-γ-氨基丁酸-脯氨酸的活性肽、1份的甜菊糖苷、2份营养强化剂组成;其中营养强化剂由0.5份碳酸钙、0.1份焦磷酸铁、0.2份氧化锌、0.5份维生素A、0.1份维生素D3、0.2份维生素B1、0.2份维生素B2、0.1份维生素C组成。
本发明辅助血压的复合特膳营养食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一级辅料调配:将淫羊藿苷、大蓟挥发油、夏枯草苷、罗布麻黄酮、杜仲绿原酸、草决明、黄芩、醋泡花生米干粉、干玉米须混合均匀,制备得到混合辅料;
二级辅料调配:将大豆肽、ACEI肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、活性肽、甜菊糖苷、营养强化剂混合均匀,制备得到二级混合辅料。
将上述一级混合辅料和二级混合辅料混合均匀,制成辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品食品。作为优选,所述辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品按照常规制剂方法制成液体剂。试验方案:
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明的有益效果,这些试验例包括本发明毒性试验报告和临床疗效观察资料。
[ 试验例 1] 本发明的动物毒性试验报告[0033]取家兔 30 只,雌雄兼用,体重2.0-2.3kg,分两组,每组 15 只,其中一组为超剂量试验组,另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为 1.5g/kg,正常量为 0.75g/kg,给药方式为灌胃法给药,每天两次,连服 7 天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物无不良毒副作用。
[ 试验例 2] 本发明药物治疗高血压的临床观察资料:
1、一般资料:收治门诊患者共 42 例。
2、诊断标准
临床表现:
(1)头疼并伴有恶心、呕吐等症状,测血压:收缩压≥ 140,舒张压≥ 90mmHg ; (2)眩晕:女性患者出现较多,可能会在突然蹲下或起立时有所感觉;
(3)耳鸣:双耳耳鸣,持续时间较长;
(4)心悸气短:高血压会导致心肌肥厚、心脏扩大、心肌梗死、心功能不全,这些都
是导致心悸气短的症状;
(5)失眠:多为入睡困难、早醒、睡眠不踏实、易做噩梦、易惊醒;这与大脑皮质功
能紊乱及自主神经功能失调有关;
(6)肢体麻木:常见手指、脚趾麻木或皮肤如蚁行感,手指不灵活;身体其他部位
也可能出现麻木,还可能感觉异常,甚至半身不遂。
3、治疗方法
选用上述药丸,给患者服用,每次服用 4 丸,每天早、中、晚各服 1 次,15 天为一个疗程,连续服用 3 个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准
显效:症状消失,血压稳定,恢复正常,观察半年无复发者;好转:症状明显好转,体质逐步恢复;无效:达不到好转标准者。

在上述的试食组中,用本发明治疗高血压患者 42 例,结果显效 39 例,显效率为92.86%,好转 2 例,好转率为 4.76%,无效 1 例,总有效率为 97.62%。

Claims (3)
1.一种辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品,其特征在于,它的原料按照重量份数比计由0.5~17份的淫羊藿苷、0.5~12份的大蓟挥发油、0.5~12份的夏枯草苷、0.5-18份罗布麻黄酮、0.5-30份杜仲绿原酸、0.5~15份的草决明、0.5~15份的黄芩、0.1~20份的醋泡花生米干粉、0.5~20份的干玉米须、0.1~10份的大豆肽、0.1~10份的ACEI肽、0.1~10份的酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、0.1~10份的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、0.1-10份氨基酸序列为茶氨酸-γ-氨基丁酸-脯氨酸的活性肽、0.5~5份的甜菊糖苷、0.1-5份营养强化剂组成;其中营养强化剂由0.1~3份碳酸钙、0.1~3份焦磷酸铁、0.1~3份氧化锌、0.1~3份维生素A、0.1~3份维生素D3、0.1~3份维生素B1、0.1~3份维生素B2、0.1~3份维生素C组成;
再进一步地优先的,所述辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品,它的原料按照重量份数比计由3份的淫羊藿苷、4份的大蓟挥发油、4份的夏枯草苷、2份罗布麻黄酮、7份杜仲绿原酸、12份的草决明、8份的黄芩、9份的醋泡花生米干粉、12份的干玉米须、8份的大豆肽、3份的ACEI肽、1份的酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、4份的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、3份氨基酸序列为茶氨酸-γ-氨基丁酸-脯氨酸的活性肽、2份的甜菊糖苷、2份营养强化剂组成;其中营养强化剂由0.3份碳酸钙、0.2份焦磷酸铁、0.5份氧化锌、0.2份维生素A、0.2份维生素D3、0.1份维生素B1、0.2份维生素B2、0.3份维生素C组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助降血压复合特膳营养食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一级辅料调配:将淫羊藿苷、大蓟挥发油、夏枯草苷、罗布麻黄酮、杜仲绿原酸、草决明、黄芩、醋泡花生米干粉、干玉米须混合均匀,制备得到混合辅料;
二级辅料调配:将大豆肽、ACEI肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、活性肽、甜菊糖苷、营养强化剂混合均匀,制备得到二级混合辅料;
将上述一级混合辅料和二级混合辅料混合均匀,制成辅助降血压的复合特膳营养食品食品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的辅助降血糖复合特膳营养食品,其特征在于,制剂类型包括液体剂、粉剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、颗粒剂或散剂。
