Abstract
本发明属于纺织整理剂领域,具体涉及的是一种含有茶树油和灵菌红素的纺织用抗菌剂及其应用;所述纺织整理剂中抗菌活性成分包括茶树油和灵菌红素,其中,所述纺织整理剂中茶树油的重量百分含量为0.1‑1%(m/v),所述纺织整理剂中灵菌红素的重量百分含量为0.1‑3%(m/v)。此外,当所述纺织整理剂中茶树油和灵菌红素的重量比为0.8%:0.3%时,能够兼顾抗菌性能和抗菌寿命,可以作为优选的纺织整理剂。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织整理剂领域,具体涉及的是一种含有茶树油和灵菌红素的纺织用抗菌剂及其应用。
背景技术
纺织整理剂的合理选用,对于增加防治品的功能,变化纺织品的风格,改善纺织品的质量和提高纺织品的附加值具有关键的作用,一般而言,多孔性纺织品易吸收人体汗腺和皮脂腺分泌的汗水、新陈代谢产物和皮脂等排泄物,从而形成微生物的营养源,极易导致微生物的滋生和繁殖,特别是在潮湿、营养和合适的温度下,微生物繁殖迅速,并在织物上生成菌斑,使纺织品产生霉变、脆化甚至变质,以致穿着或应用过程中人体接触病菌,可能对造成人体的伤害。
在科技水平高度发展的今天,功能性、环保型纺织品已经成为当今纺织品市场主流,其中抗菌织物便是其中的一种,天然纤维织物因其舒适性等优点深受消费者欢迎,但是它们存在一些确定,其中,就有易滋生细菌,诱发各种皮肤疾病,为害人体健康,因此,要求纺织品具有优秀的抗菌功能。
茶树油,为广谱抗微生物。以蒸馏的方式从港木桃金娘科白千层叶中提取的纯天然植物精油,原产澳州。无色至淡黄色液体,具有特征香气及抑菌、抗炎、驱虫,杀螨的功效。无污染、无腐蚀性、渗透性强,治疗粉刺、痤疮,其独特香郁气味有助于提神醒脑。目前,将茶树油直接应用于纺织整理剂的文献报道还较少。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织整理剂,及其应用处理纺织用品的用途,所述纺织整理剂抗菌效果好,抗菌寿命长。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种纺织整理剂,它的抗菌活性成分包括茶树油和灵菌红素。
进一步的,所述纺织整理剂中茶树油的重量百分含量为0.1-1%(m/v)。
进一步的,所述纺织整理剂中灵菌红素的重量百分含量为0.1-3%(m/v)。
进一步的,所述纺织整理剂中茶树油和灵菌红素的重量比为0.8%:0.3%时,能够兼顾抗菌性能和抗菌寿命,可以作为优选的纺织整理剂。
进一步的,所述纺织整理剂中还可包含其它助剂和/或溶剂,如无特别限定,所使用的助剂和溶剂均为本领域技术人员常规使用的种类。
进一步的,通过使用本发明的纺织整理剂,可以防止纺织品变黄,可以消除对荧光漂白剂作用的限制,能够保持纺织品的荧光白度,因此,使用本发明的纺织整理剂后纺织品能够表现出较好的耐洗牢度,并且在过度条件下洗涤之后能够保持抗菌性能。
进一步的,使用本发明的纺织整理剂的纺织品材料没有特别限制,包括但不限于天然纤维如棉花、羊毛,再生纤维如人造纤维,半合成纤维如乙酸酯,合成纤维如尼龙、聚酯等。
进一步的,本发明的纺织整理剂处理纺织品的方法没有特别限制,包括浸轧方法、浸渍方法、喷雾方法和涂层方法,处理纺织品的阶段也没有特别限制,优选在纺纱之后和纺纱加工之后进行处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的纺织整理剂的有益效果为:
1.本发明的纺织整理剂中茶树油和灵菌红素均为天然产物,对人体无害,环境相容相高;
2.本发明的纺织整理剂抗菌活性高,抗菌寿命长;
3.本发明使用的纺织整理剂应用广泛,可广泛应用于医疗、卫生、纺织等领域。

二、抗菌性能测试
使用浸压法用本发明实施例1-4和对比例1-2的抗菌剂使非织造布的上液率为50%,然后烘干制得抗菌非织造布。
采用国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:震荡法》进行抗菌性能定量测试,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗5、20次后的抗菌非织造织布的抑菌率,测试结果如表1、表2所示。

由表1、表2可以看出,应用本发明实施例1-4的抗菌剂处理后的纺织品无论是抗菌寿命,还是抗菌效果,均明显好于对比例1-2。
应当指出,本发明绝不限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,不脱离本发明的范畴所作出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种纺织整理剂,其特征在于,它的抗菌活性成分包括茶树油和灵菌红素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述茶树油的重量百分含量为0.1-1%,所述纺织整理剂中灵菌红素的重量百分含量为0.1-3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纺织整理剂,其特征在于,所述纺织整理剂中茶树油和灵菌红素的重量比为0.8%:0.3%。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的纺织整理剂,其特征在于,还可包含其它助剂和/或溶剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项权利要求所述的纺织整理剂用于处理纺织品的应用。
