Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐洗纺织用品处理剂,其活性成分包括壳聚糖季铵盐和灵菌红素,其中,所述处理剂中壳聚糖季铵盐的重量百分比为1‑7%,灵菌红素的重量百分比为0.1‑3%,所述处理剂还包含其它常规的表面活性剂和增溶剂。本发明的纺织用品处理剂耐洗性强,抗菌效果有益,抗菌寿命长。

一种耐洗纺织用品处理剂
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品处理领域,尤其涉及的是一种耐洗纺织用品处理剂及其应用。
背景技术
纺织品抗菌剂的合理选用,对于增加防治品的功能,变化纺织品的风格,改善纺织品的质量和提高纺织品的附加值具有关键的作用,一般而言,多孔性纺织品易吸收人体汗腺和皮脂腺分泌的汗水、新陈代谢产物和皮脂等排泄物,从而形成微生物的营养源,极易导致微生物的滋生和繁殖,特别是在潮湿、营养和合适的温度下,微生物繁殖迅速,并在织物上生成菌斑,使纺织品产生霉变、脆化甚至变质,以致穿着或应用过程中人体接触病菌,可能对造成人体的伤害。
在科技水平高度发展的今天,功能性、环保型纺织品已经成为当今纺织品市场主流,其中抗菌织物便是其中的一种,天然纤维织物因其舒适性等优点深受消费者欢迎,但是它们存在一些确定,其中,就有易滋生细菌,诱发各种皮肤疾病,为害人体健康,因此,要求纺织品具有优秀的抗菌功能。
有机硅是一类性能优异的新型合成材料,兼备有机材料和无机材料的双重特性。由于其多样的物理化学性质,已成为纺织领域的重要助剂,作为各种高档织物立项的处理剂起着越来越重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐洗性能高,抗菌寿命长的耐洗纺织用品处理剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种纺织品抗菌剂,它的活性成分包括壳聚糖季铵盐和灵菌红素。
进一步的,所述纺织品抗菌剂中壳聚糖季铵盐的重量百分比为1-7%。
进一步的,所述纺织品抗菌剂中灵菌红素的重量百分比为0.1-3%。
进一步的,所述纺织品抗菌剂中还包含其它常规的表面活性剂和增溶剂。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂选自壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、EO-PO嵌段聚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或一种以上。
进一步的,所述增溶剂选自乙醇、异丙胺中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述壳聚糖季铵盐和灵菌红素的重量比为10:1时,抗菌效果更优异,抗菌寿命更长。
进一步的,通过使用本发明的纺织品抗菌剂,可以防止纺织品变黄,可以消除对荧光漂白剂作用的限制,能够保持纺织品的荧光白度,因此,使用本发明的纺织品抗菌剂后纺织品能够表现出较好的耐洗牢度,并且在过度条件下洗涤之后能够保持抗菌性能。
进一步的,使用本发明的纺织品抗菌剂的纺织品材料没有特别限制,包括但不限于天然纤维如棉花、羊毛,再生纤维如人造纤维,半合成纤维如乙酸酯,合成纤维如尼龙、聚酯等。
进一步的,本发明的纺织品抗菌剂处理纺织品的方法没有特别限制,包括浸轧方法、浸渍方法、喷雾方法和涂层方法,处理纺织品的阶段也没有特别限制,优选在纺纱之后和纺纱加工之后进行处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的纺织品抗菌剂的有益效果为:
1、本发明使用的纺织品抗菌剂活性成分壳聚糖季铵盐具有良好的抗菌性、成膜性、调理性、吸湿保湿性、生物相溶性、生物降解性、絮凝性、抗静电性等性能;
2、本发明使用的纺织品抗菌剂抗菌活性高,抗菌寿命长;
3、本发明使用的纺织品抗菌剂应用广泛,可广泛应用于医疗、卫生、环境治理等领域。

二、抗菌性能测试
使用浸压法用本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-3的抗菌剂使非织造布的上液率为50%,然后烘干制得抗菌非织造布。
采用国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:震荡法》进行抗菌性能定量测试,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗5、20次后的抗菌非织造织布的抑菌率,测试结果如表1、表2所示。

由表1、表2可以看出,应用本发明实施例1-3的抗菌剂处理后的纺织品无论是抗菌寿命,还是抗菌效果,均明显好于对比例1-3。
应当指出,本发明绝不限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,不脱离本发明的范畴所作出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种耐洗纺织用品处理剂,其特征在于,其活性成分包括壳聚糖季铵盐和灵菌红素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的处理剂,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖季铵盐的重量百分比为1-7%,灵菌红素的重量百分比为0.1-3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的处理剂,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖季铵盐和灵菌红素的重量比为10:1。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的处理剂,其特征在于,所述处理剂还包含其它常规的表面活性剂和增溶剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的处理剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、EO-PO嵌段聚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或一种以上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的处理剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂选自乙醇、异丙胺中的一种或两种。
7.一种应用权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的抗菌整理剂处理的纺织用品。
