Abstract

本发明涉及一种合金钢,能够用于制造高端机电设备不锈弹簧,所述合金钢包括:碳、铬、镍、锰、硅、磷、硫和铁;上述各元素的质量百分比为:碳0.15%‑0.25%、铬10%‑13%、镍10%‑13%、锰6%‑7%、硅不大于0.5%、磷不大于0.035%、硫不大于0.03%,其余为铁。

本发明涉及一种合金钢。
背景技术
目前不锈合金钢弹簧所用的钢主要有两种0Cr17Ni7Al与lCr18Ni9不锈弹簧合金钢,此材料目前的弹性性能满足不了高强度、高频次设备使用要求,易疲劳、易断裂,因此对高强度作业设备的不锈弹簧需要一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种合金钢,使其综合性能得到更大的提高,能够用于制造高端机电设备不锈弹簧。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案,
一种合金钢其质量百分比组成如下:
本发明通过改变合金钢材料的配比,调整Ni、Mn与其他元素的配比改善合金的抗拉强度,扭转次数与弯曲次数,能够用于高端设备的不锈弹簧。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
为了得到符合性能要求的合金钢材料,保证不锈弹簧能够满足不同条件下工作的需要,本发明通过改变合金钢中的元素比例得到实施案例1-6个合金钢产品,其具体组成见表1。

从表2中可以看到,本发明实施例1-6得到的合金钢材料弯曲次数≥10、扭转次数≥7其寿命及韧性有了显著提高。

Claims (4)

1.一种合金钢,其特征在于,所述合金钢包括:碳、铬、镍、锰、硅、磷、硫和铁;
上述各元素的质量百分比为:碳0.15%-0.25%、铬10%-13%、镍10%-13%、锰6%-7%、硅不大于0.5%、磷不大于0.035%、硫不大于0.03%,其余为铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合金钢,其特征在于,所述合金钢的抗拉强度为1550-1700Mpa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合金钢,其特征在于,所述合金钢的弯曲次数≥10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的合金钢,其特征在于,所述合金钢的扭转次数≥7。
