本发明公开了一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,包括透气基布层、温感变色层、穿插导热层、散射面布层,所述透气基布层为多孔的热风无纺布层,所述温感变色层由温感变色纤维编制而成,所述穿插导热层依次将透气基布层、温感变色层、散射面布层缝合在一起。本发明能够使刺绣布根据温度的变化进行花纹变色展示,改变了单一花纹带来的枯燥乏味感,提升装饰新鲜感,满足了人们的生活需求,利于市场推广。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及装饰布的技术领域,特别是一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布的技术领域。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于生活环境的装饰要求也越来越讲究,装饰布作为一种安全环保的装饰材料,同时由于其色泽、花型及风格等的多样化,越来越收到人们的喜爱。刺绣是针线在织物上绣制的各种装饰图案的总称。它是用针和线把人的设计和制作添加在任何存在的织物上的一种艺术,刺绣的用途主要包括生活和艺术装饰,如服装、床上用品、台布、舞台、艺术品装饰。现有的刺绣布产品花纹单一,长久下来容易让人失去新鲜感,难以满足人们的生活需求。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,能够使刺绣布根据温度的变化进行花纹变色展示,改变了单一花纹带来的枯燥乏味感,提升装饰新鲜感,满足了人们的生活需求,利于市场推广。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,包括透气基布层、温感变色层、穿插导热层、散射面布层,所述透气基布层为多孔的热风无纺布层,所述温感变色层由温感变色纤维编制而成,所述穿插导热层依次将透气基布层、温感变色层、散射面布层缝合在一起。
作为优选,所述透气基布层的上下两侧面均设置有温感变色层,所述温感变色层的外侧面均粘附有散射面布层,所述散射面布层为隔热透明覆膜,所述散射面布层的外侧面上均匀设置有多个散射凹槽。
作为优选,所述温感变色纤维为120dtex/50f的温感颜料浸涂棉纺长丝,所述温感变色纤维采用“S”捻,所述温感变色纤维的单丝捻度为450T/m,所述温感变色纤维的上机密度为300×300根/10cm。
作为优选,所述穿插导热层由多根不同导热率的导热长丝编制而成,同导热率的导热长丝编制在同一区域的温感变色层和散射面布层之间形成变色区,温感变色层在对应的变色区设置有变色图案,所述导热长丝与温感变色纤维相绞合,所述导热长丝的最外端外露在隔热透明覆膜外侧。
作为优选,所述导热长丝为铜丝、银丝、镀银铝丝等不同导热率长丝中的至少一种,所述温感变色纤维的颜色有多种。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将透气基布层、温感变色层、穿插导热层、散射面布层结合在一起,经过试验优化,能够使刺绣布根据温度的变化进行花纹变色展示,改变了单一花纹带来的枯燥乏味感,提升装饰新鲜感,满足了人们的生活需求,利于市场推广。

1.一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,其特征在于:包括透气基布层(1)、温感变色层(2)、穿插导热层(3)、散射面布层(4),所述透气基布层(1)为多孔的热风无纺布层,所述温感变色层(2)由温感变色纤维(5)编制而成,所述穿插导热层(3)依次将透气基布层(1)、温感变色层(2)、散射面布层(4)缝合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,其特征在于:所述透气基布层(1)的上下两侧面均设置有温感变色层(2),所述温感变色层(2)的外侧面均粘附有散射面布层(4),所述散射面布层(4)为隔热透明覆膜,所述散射面布层(4)的外侧面上均匀设置有多个散射凹槽(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,其特征在于:所述温感变色纤维(5)为120dtex/50f的温感颜料浸涂棉纺长丝,所述温感变色纤维(5)采用“S”捻,所述温感变色纤维(5)的单丝捻度为450T/m,所述温感变色纤维(5)的上机密度为300×300根/10cm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,其特征在于:所述穿插导热层(3)由多根不同导热率的导热长丝(7)编制而成,同导热率的导热长丝(7)编制在同一区域的温感变色层(2)和散射面布层(4)之间形成变色区(8),温感变色层(2)在对应的变色区(8)设置有变色图案,所述导热长丝(7)与温感变色纤维(5)相绞合,所述导热长丝(7)的最外端外露在隔热透明覆膜外侧。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种温感变色的隐花刺绣布,其特征在于:所述导热长丝(7)为铜丝、银丝、镀银铝丝等不同导热率长丝中的至少一种,所述温感变色纤维(5)的颜色有多种。
