Abstract
本发明公开了一种果蔬切丁设备,包括机体,所述机体上部内从左到右依次设置有传动腔、切丁腔及落料腔;所述机体上端左侧设置有电机,所述电机通过设置于传动腔顶端的减速机与第一转轴连接,所述第一转轴延伸至传动腔底部与齿轮箱组输入端连接,所述第一转轴中部设置有凸轮;所述切丁腔内左侧设置有推板,所述推板通过推杆与传动腔内的顶块连接,所述顶块与凸轮相抵触;所述切丁腔与传动腔之间设置有供推杆通过的导向套,所述导向套与顶块之间的推杆上套设有复位弹簧;所述切丁腔上端设置有延伸至机体外的进料口。本发明使用方便,能够自动化完成果蔬的切丁操作,极大的提高切丁的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种果蔬加工领域,具体是一种果蔬切丁设备。
背景技术
随着果蔬加工业的不断推进,果蔬罐头的生产也越来越趋于工业化。为了视觉上的享受和容易进食,加工厂在进行果蔬罐头生产的时候,通常会在对果蔬进行去皮之后,将其把切成丁再进行装罐。
传统的剁切工艺还采用人工将食材切成较小的形状,但是人工切丁的效率低下,不能有效满足现在工业上的生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:人工切丁的效率低下,无法满足现在工业上的生产。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种果蔬切丁设备,包括机体,所述机体上部内从左到右依次设置有传动腔、切丁腔及落料腔;
所述机体上端左侧设置有电机,所述电机通过设置于传动腔顶端的减速机与第一转轴连接,所述第一转轴延伸至传动腔底部与齿轮箱组输入端连接,所述第一转轴中部设置有凸轮;
所述切丁腔内左侧设置有推板,所述推板通过推杆与传动腔内的顶块连接,所述顶块与凸轮相抵触;所述切丁腔与传动腔之间设置有供推杆通过的导向套,所述导向套与顶块之间的推杆上套设有复位弹簧;所述切丁腔上端设置有延伸至机体外的进料口;
所述落料腔左侧与切丁腔右侧连通,所述落料腔与切丁腔之间的连通处设置有与推板配合的切条刀具;所述切条刀具右侧设置有旋转刀片,所述旋转刀片通过第二转轴与齿轮箱组的输出端传动连接;所述落料腔下端为开口。
优选的:所述传动腔侧壁上设置有与第一转轴匹配的轴承架。
优选的:所述切条刀具为栅格状的切丁刀。
优选的:所述旋转刀片处的机体上对应设置有用于防护的挡板。
优选的:所述落料腔下端设置有左低右高倾斜布置的筛网,所述筛网右端设置于落料腔右侧的机体上,所述筛网左端通过支撑架固定于落料腔左侧的机体上。
优选的:所述筛网正下方设置有碎料收集箱,所述筛网左端下方对应设置有成品收集箱。
优选的:所述筛网下端配套设置有震动击打装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用时,电机启动,带动第一转轴转动,进而带动凸轮转动,从而在复位弹簧的作用下使得顶块做周期性的左右往复运动,使得推板能够周期性的将从进料口加入的果蔬推向切条刀具,完成果蔬的切条操作;与此同时,第一转轴通过齿轮箱组带动第二转轴转动,进而带动旋转刀片转动,从而将经切条刀具切条后的果蔬切丁,切丁后的果蔬通过落料腔完成落料。
本发明中推板及旋转刀片的动作均由同一个电机驱动,因此节省设备成本,同时使得设备更加紧凑,减少设备的占用空间;设置轴承架,提高第一转轴的稳定性,保证其传动性能;设置齿轮箱组,通过改变其传动比,能够轻易调节旋转刀片的转速,进而调节切丁后的颗粒大小;设置导向套,起到对推杆的导向作用;设置复位弹簧,方便推板及推杆的复位;设置挡板,起防护作用,提高安全性能;设置筛网,能够筛除不合格的碎料,保证品质;设置震动击打装置,提高筛分效率及效果。
综上所述,本发明使用方便,能够自动化完成果蔬的切丁操作,极大的提高切丁的效率。

请参阅图1-2,一种果蔬切丁设备,包括机体1,所述机体1上部内从左到右依次设置有传动腔2、切丁腔3及落料腔4;
所述机体1上端左侧设置有电机21,所述电机21通过设置于传动腔2顶端的减速机22与第一转轴23连接,所述第一转轴23延伸至传动腔2底部与齿轮箱组26输入端连接,所述第一转轴23中部设置有凸轮24;
所述切丁腔3内左侧设置有推板33,所述推板33通过推杆34与传动腔2内的顶块37连接,所述顶块37与凸轮24相抵触;所述切丁腔3与传动腔2之间设置有供推杆34通过的导向套35,所述导向套35与顶块37之间的推杆34上套设有复位弹簧36;所述切丁腔3上端设置有延伸至机体1外的进料口31;
所述落料腔4左侧与切丁腔3右侧连通,所述落料腔4与切丁腔3之间的连通处设置有与推板33配合的切条刀具32;所述切条刀具32右侧设置有旋转刀片42,所述旋转刀片42通过第二转轴41与齿轮箱组26的输出端传动连接;所述落料腔4下端为开口。
本发明的工作原理是:使用时,电机21启动,带动第一转轴23转动,进而带动凸轮24转动,从而在复位弹簧36的作用下使得顶块37做周期性的左右往复运动,使得推板33能够周期性的将从进料口31加入的果蔬推向切条刀具32,完成果蔬的切条操作;与此同时,第一转轴23通过齿轮箱组26带动第二转轴41转动,进而带动旋转刀片42转动,从而将经切条刀具42切条后的果蔬切丁,切丁后的果蔬通过落料腔4完成落料。
作为可选的方案,所述传动腔2侧壁上设置有与第一转轴23匹配的轴承架25,提高第一转轴23的稳定性,保证其传动性能。
作为可选的方案,所述切条刀具32为栅格状的切丁刀,方便将果蔬切成长条状。
作为可选的方案,所述旋转刀片42处的机体1上对应设置有用于防护的挡板43,起防护作用,提高安全性能。
作为可选的方案,所述落料腔4下端设置有左低右高倾斜布置的筛网5,所述筛网5右端设置于落料腔4右侧的机体1上,所述筛网5左端通过支撑架51固定于落料腔4左侧的机体1上,所述筛网5正下方设置有碎料收集箱52,所述筛网5左端下方对应设置有成品收集箱51。能够筛除不合格的碎料,保证品质。
作为进一步可选的方案,所述筛网5下端配套设置有震动击打装置(未示出),提高筛分效率及效果。

1.一种果蔬切丁设备,其特征在于,包括机体,所述机体上部内从左到右依次设置有传动腔、切丁腔及落料腔;
所述机体上端左侧设置有电机,所述电机通过设置于传动腔顶端的减速机与第一转轴连接,所述第一转轴延伸至传动腔底部与齿轮箱组输入端连接,所述第一转轴中部设置有凸轮;
所述切丁腔内左侧设置有推板,所述推板通过推杆与传动腔内的顶块连接,所述顶块与凸轮相抵触;所述切丁腔与传动腔之间设置有供推杆通过的导向套,所述导向套与顶块之间的推杆上套设有复位弹簧;所述切丁腔上端设置有延伸至机体外的进料口;
所述落料腔左侧与切丁腔右侧连通,所述落料腔与切丁腔之间的连通处设置有与推板配合的切条刀具;所述切条刀具右侧设置有旋转刀片,所述旋转刀片通过第二转轴与齿轮箱组的输出端传动连接;所述落料腔下端为开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬切丁设备,其特征在于,所述传动腔侧壁上设置有与第一转轴匹配的轴承架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬切丁设备,其特征在于,所述切条刀具为栅格状的切丁刀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬切丁设备,其特征在于,所述旋转刀片处的机体上对应设置有用于防护的挡板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬切丁设备,其特征在于,所述落料腔下端设置有左低右高倾斜布置的筛网,所述筛网右端设置于落料腔右侧的机体上,所述筛网左端通过支撑架固定于落料腔左侧的机体上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的果蔬切丁设备,其特征在于,所述筛网正下方设置有碎料收集箱,所述筛网左端下方对应设置有成品收集箱。
7.根据权利要求5所述的果蔬切丁设备,其特征在于,所述筛网下端配套设置有震动击打装置。
