The present invention will be described in more detail below.
The inventor develops the sleeping mask containing natural camel milk components and having the effects of moisturizing and resisting inflammation on the basis of the research on various nutrient substances which are beneficial to the skin of camel milk according to the characteristics of the camel milk. It has been found that the addition of active principles extracted from camel milk to a composition containing a moisturizing and stabilizing base allows the active principles to be in intimate contact with the skin, not only to promote better absorption by the skin, but also to reduce waste. Therefore, the camel milk leave-in mask disclosed by the invention is a sleeping mask containing effective components of camel milk.
The invention relates to a camel milk no-clean facial mask with antibacterial and acne removing effects.
The camel milk wash-free mask comprises the following components: in parts by weight
The camel milk (camel milk) contains main nutrient components including protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals and the like, and is a good product for beautifying. Camel milk contains various bioactive substances such as casein, lactoferrin, immunoglobulin, vitamins and the like, is a main component of camel milk with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and although milk of other animals also contains the components, the content of camel milk is obviously lower, for example, the vitamin C content of 100ml camel milk and the vitamin C content of equivalent cow milk are respectively 3.8mg and 1.0 mg. Camel milk also contains fruit acids (AHA) and salicylic acid (BHA), which are natural sources of fruit acids and salicylic acid, while hydroxy acids are believed to have the effect of making the skin round, smooth, and fine. Camel milk is superior to other natural cosmetic components of animal milk.
The camel milk whey used in the invention is a separated product obtained by separating and removing milk fat and casein by stirring and acid precipitation. The preparation method of the camel milk whey comprises the following steps:
centrifuging fresh camel milk at 4 deg.C and 5000r/min for 30min, filtering to separate milk fat, adjusting pH of the filtrate to isoelectric point 4.3 with hydrochloric acid solution, standing for 30min, centrifuging for 20min, and removing casein to obtain camel milk whey.
In the invention, when other components are in the content range, if the camel milk whey content is less than 10 parts by weight, the prepared mask has poor moisturizing effect; if the camel milk whey content is higher than 30 parts by weight, the prepared mask has higher cost and is not easy to absorb; therefore, the camel milk content is preferably 10 to 30 parts by weight, more preferably 12 to 20 parts by weight, and still more preferably 13 to 18 parts by weight.
In the invention, the emulsifier has the basic function of reducing the interfacial surface tension of the emulsion to reduce the potential energy of a dispersion system, so that the stability of the camel milk no-clean mask paste is improved, and water cannot be analyzed out easily.
The emulsifier used in the present invention is one or more emulsifiers selected from the group consisting of glyceryl monostearate, cetearyl alcohol, tween-80 or hydrogenated lecithin.
The glyceryl monostearate, cetearyl alcohol, Tween-80 or hydrogenated lecithin emulsifiers are all currently marketed products, such as glyceryl monostearate sold under the trade name "glyceryl stearate monoglyceride" by the british procury company, cetearyl alcohol sold under the trade name hexastearyl alcohol by the cantonese company, Tween-80 sold under the trade name Tween-80 by the shanghai reagent company, hydrogenated lecithin sold under the trade name "hydrogenated lecithin" by the youco company.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the above content range, if the emulsifier content is less than 0.5 part by weight, the paste is unstable and water and oil are easily separated; if the emulsifier content is more than 1.5 parts by weight, the cost is high and uneconomical; therefore, the emulsifier is suitably contained in an amount of 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight, preferably 0.7 to 1.3 parts by weight, more preferably 0.8 to 1.0 part by weight.
In the invention, the basic function of the emollient is to increase the lubricating property of the camel milk no-clean mask cream, so that the skin can feel smooth and silky.
The emollient used in the present invention is one or more selected from caprylic/capric triglyceride, squalane or isopropyl palmitate.
The caprylic/capric triglyceride, squalane and isopropyl palmitate emollients are all products currently on the market, such as caprylic/capric triglyceride sold under the trade name "caprylic/capric triglyceride" by the German winning company, natural squalane sold under the trade name "squalane" by the Japanese oil company, and isopropyl palmitate sold under the trade name "isopropyl palmitate" by the American International publication company.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the content of the emollient is less than 0.5 part by weight, the absorption effect of the nutrient of the mask is not good; if the content of the softening agent is higher than 3.0 parts by weight, the mask is too greasy; therefore, the content of the softening agent is suitably 0.5 to 3 parts by weight, preferably 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight, more preferably 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight.
In the invention, the film forming agent has the basic functions of increasing the film forming property of the camel milk no-clean mask paste, and increasing smooth and greasy skin, and is not greasy and has no residual feeling.
The film-forming agent used in the present invention is polydimethylsiloxane. The polydimethylsiloxane film former is a product currently marketed, for example, by the Youso company under the trade name "Dimethicone".
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the content of the film-forming agent is less than 2 parts by weight, the formed film is thin and is not easily peeled off; if the content of the film forming agent is more than 5 parts by weight, flocculent gel can be formed, and homogeneous sol can not be formed; therefore, the content of the film forming agent is suitably 2 to 5 parts by weight, preferably 3 to 5 parts by weight, more preferably 3.5 to 4.5 parts by weight.
In the present invention, the moisturizer basically functions to help the skin absorb moisture and prevent moisture loss inside the skin.
The humectant used in the present invention is one or more selected from glycerin, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, 1, 3-butylene glycol, ethylhexylglycerin or trehalose.
The glycerin, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, 1, 3-butanediol, and ethylhexylglycerin moisturizers are commercially available products, and examples thereof include glycerin sold under the trade name of glycerin by Qingdao Yousioka, propylene glycol sold under the trade name of "propylene glycol" by Qingdao Yousioka, sodium hyaluronate sold under the trade name of low molecular sodium hyaluronate by Shandong Furuida, 1, 3-butanediol sold under the trade name of "1, 3-butanediol" by Qingdao Yousioka, ethylhexylglycerin sold under the trade name of "ethylhexylglycerin" by Qingdao Yousioka, and trehalose sold under the trade name of D-trehalose imported from Japan.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the content of the humectant is less than 6 parts by weight, the moisturizing effect is not significant; if the content of the humectant is higher than 12 parts by weight, the paste is too greasy and the air permeability is not good; therefore, it is reasonable that the content of the humectant is 5 to 12 parts by weight, preferably 7 to 10 parts by weight, more preferably 8 to 9 parts by weight.
In the invention, the thickening agent basically has the function of enabling the camel milk no-clean mask paste to be in a semitransparent paste shape and enabling the paste to keep stable.
The thickener used in the present invention is one or more thickeners selected from xanthan gum, carbomer or hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer.
The xanthan gum, carbomer, and hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer thickeners are all currently marketed products, such as carbomer sold under the trade name "carbomer 540" by shanghai agents, xanthan gum sold under the trade name xanthan gum by Qingdao Yousio, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer sold under the trade name EMT 10 by Guangzhou Kongpo.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the content of the thickener is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the prepared mask is relatively diluted and does not form a paste; if the thickener content is more than 3.0 parts by weight, the paste is too thick to spread and has uneven texture; therefore, it is feasible that the thickener is contained in an amount of 0.5 to 3 parts by weight, preferably 1 to 2 parts by weight, more preferably 1.2 to 1.8 parts by weight.
In the present invention, the preservative essentially serves to render the camel milk leave-on mask of the present invention microbiologically stable and of sufficient shelf life.
The preservative used in the present invention is one or more preservatives selected from phenoxyethanol, methylisothiazolinone, or methylparaben.
The self-phenoxyethanol, methylisothiazolinone, and methylparaben preservatives are commercially available products, such as phenoxyethanol sold under the trade name "phenoxyethanol" by Qingdao Yousio, methylisothiazolinone sold under the trade name Kathon (Kathon) by Qingdao Yousio, and methylparaben sold under the trade name methylparaben by Kyowa, Guangzhou.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the content of the preservative is less than 0.05 parts by weight, the preservative effect is not significant; if the content of the preservative is more than 1.0 part by weight, there is a side effect on the skin; therefore, it is feasible that the content of the preservative is 0.05 to 1.0 part by weight, preferably 0.1 to 0.8, more preferably 0.2 to 0.6.
In the invention, the antioxidant basically has the function of enabling the camel milk wash-free mask to have stronger reducibility and enabling the mask to have the functions of resisting oxidation and preventing aging.
The antioxidant used in the present invention is tocopherol acetate, which is a product currently marketed, for example, by the company Qingdao under the name tocopherol acetate.
In the present invention, when the other components are within the content range, if the antioxidant content is less than 0.05 parts by weight, the antioxidant effect is insignificant; if the antioxidant content is more than 0.5 part by weight, the color is easily changed, and the appearance of the mask is influenced; therefore, it is feasible that the antioxidant is contained in an amount of 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight, preferably 0.08 to 0.45, more preferably 0.15 to 0.30.
In the invention, the triethanolamine has the basic functions of neutralizing carbomer and thickening so that the pH value of the camel milk mask reaches a specified range.
The triethanolamine used in the present invention is a product currently marketed, for example, by the Qingdao Yousio company under the trade name triethanolamine.
In the invention, when other components are in the content range, if the content of the neutralizer is less than 0.1 part by weight, the pH value of the camel milk mask is too small, and the acidity is too large; if the triethanolamine content is higher than 0.5 part by weight, the pH value is too high, and the viscosity of the mask is high, so that the mask does not meet the requirements; therefore, a triethanolamine content of 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight is feasible, preferably 0.18 to 0.40, more preferably 0.25 to 0.32.
The essence used in the invention is one or more essences selected from fantasy orchard essential oil or gardenia essential oil. They are all products currently on the market, such as fantasy orchard essence sold under the trade name "fantasy orchard essence" by Qingdao Yousio, and gardenia essential oil sold under the trade name "gardenia essential oil" by Qingdao Yousio.
The amount of the essence used in the present invention is 0.1 to 0.3 part by weight, and it is obvious that too much or too little amount of the essence is disadvantageous.
The invention also relates to a preparation method of the camel milk moisturizing sleeping mask.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. preparing an oil phase mixture:

Sealing each culture dish by a preservative film, labeling, and weighing by an electronic balance to obtain M1. And (3) taking down the preservative film for sealing, uniformly smearing the camel milk wash-free mask on the bottom of a culture dish, and weighing to obtain M2. Putting the unsealed culture dish into a stable constant temperature and humidity box, taking out the culture dish at 4h, 8h and 24h respectively, sealing the culture dish by using the originally taken preservative film, and weighing to obtain M3. The moisture retention rate was calculated according to the following formula:
moisture retention rate (%) - (M3-M1)/(M2-M1) × 100%
The experimental results are shown in figure 1. As can be seen from the attached figure 1, the camel milk no-clean facial mask disclosed by the invention still has the moisture retention rate of over 50% after being exposed in the environment for 12 hours, and the moisture retention rate is still higher after 24 hours, so that the camel milk no-clean facial mask is good in moisture retention performance, can play a role in moisturizing and locking water for skin, and enables the skin to fully absorb moisture and nutrient substances.

The experimental results are shown in figure 2. As can be seen from the attached figure 2, after the camel milk leave-on facial mask is used, the moisture content of the skin rises instantly, then gradually drops due to the absorption effect of the skin on the nutrient components of the facial mask, and finally stabilizes at about 40%, so that the camel milk leave-on facial mask has a good moisturizing effect.
Test example 6: camel milk wash-free mask efficacy experiment
In order to verify the bacteriostatic acne-removing efficacy of the camel milk leave-on mask, the added whey has the bacteriostatic acne-removing efficacy, and a camel milk mask efficacy experiment of rabbit ears is carried out.
The test method comprises the following steps: the product is applied to rabbit ears suffering from acne twice a day, and is gently massaged for 5 minutes during application to ensure that substances can be fully absorbed, and is continuously applied for 30 days to observe the effect. The treatment group also comprises a vitamin A acid cream group for adjuvant treatment of acne vulgaris, a whey group and a camel milk facial mask group. The control group had no treatment for rabbit ears with acne.
The contents of IL-8 and TNF- α in rabbit ear skin tissues are measured according to a detection method of an interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α) kit, the antibacterial and acne-removing effects of the camel milk mask are tested by the change trend of the contents of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α) in rabbit ear inflammation part tissues, and the results are shown in the attached figures 3 and 4.
As can be seen from the attached figures 3 and 4, the molding is basically successful after 14 days of molding, the rabbit ears suffer from acne, the experimental composition is applied, and the effect is obvious after 30 days of continuous application.
The results of the attached figures 3 and 4 can be compared to show that the IL-8 and TNF- α contents in the model group are obviously higher than those in the blank group, and the factor contents in the whey group and the camel milk facial mask group in the treatment group are obviously reduced, which shows that camel milk whey can effectively inhibit the release of IL-8 and TNF- α, so that the camel milk facial mask can be used for the adjuvant treatment of acne and has certain anti-bacterial and anti-acne effects.
The left graph in the attached figure 5 shows that the horny layer of rabbit ears is thickened, the skin surface is rough, the stratified squamous epithelium on the skin surface is obviously thickened, the dermis is formed with abscess and is broken to the skin surface, the peripheral blood vessels of the abscess are dilated, hyperemia and collagen fiber hyperplasia exist, and a large amount of neutral particles are infiltrated after the rabbit ears are molded for 14 days. FIG. 5 shows that the abscess and ulceration of the rabbit ear treated for 30 days is improved obviously, and hyperemia is basically disappeared;
the left picture of the attached figure 6 is a picture of pores of rabbit ears after molding, the surface is rough and is accompanied with exfoliation, hair follicles are expanded, and black angle plugs are arranged, and the right picture of the attached figure 6 is a picture of rabbit ear skin which is obviously improved, thinned and softened after the mask is smeared for 30 days, the pores are obviously reduced, and the black angle plugs are lightened to some extent.
The results of the attached figures 5 and 6 show that the camel milk mask can effectively relieve the symptoms of skin acne, relieve abscess, remove black keratotic plug, shrink hair follicles, play a role in moistening skin, can be used for adjuvant therapy of acne, and can play a role in resisting bacteria, resisting acne and moistening skin when being used by normal people.
Test example 7: camel milk whey in vitro bacteriostasis experiment
In order to further verify that the main material with the antibacterial and acne-removing effects of the camel milk leave-in mask is camel milk whey, and further study the influence of treatment at different pH values and different temperatures on the antibacterial effect of the camel milk whey through experiments, in-vitro antibacterial experiments on the camel milk whey are carried out.
The test method comprises the following steps: mixing camel milk whey powder and broth culture medium (the mass concentration of the camel milk whey powder is 20mg/mL), adjusting the pH values to 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 by using 1mol/LHCI and 1mol/LNaOH respectively, and then inoculating propionibacterium acnes liquid; meanwhile, a blank control without adding camel milk whey powder is made at each pH value, a liquid culture medium containing camel milk whey at each pH value is used as a reference solution, anaerobic culture is carried out for 48 hours at 37 ℃, the OD value is measured, and the bacteriostasis rate at each pH value is calculated. Similarly, mixing the camel milk whey powder and the broth culture medium according to the method, placing the mixture in water baths with the temperatures of 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50, 60, 70 and 80 ℃, preserving the heat for 5min, adding bacterial liquid after cooling the samples, and taking the mixed liquid treated in the water baths at the temperatures as reference solutions to obtain the bacteriostatic rate. The bacteriostatic rate was calculated as follows:
the bacteriostasis rate is 1- (A sample-A reference)/A blank multiplied by 100%
According to the bacteriostatic rate formula, the bacteriostatic rate of camel milk whey under different treatment conditions is calculated to judge the bacteriostatic performance, and the results are shown in the attached figures 7 and 8.
As can be seen from the results of FIG. 7, the pH difference has a significant effect on the inhibition rate. The camel milk whey has a certain inhibiting effect on propionibacterium acnes at the pH value of 4-8. When the pH value is between 4 and 6, the bacteriostatic rate of the camel milk whey on the propionibacterium acnes is gradually increased along with the increase of the pH value, and when the pH value is between 6 and 8, the bacteriostatic rate is gradually reduced, but the bacteriostatic effect is better than that of the camel milk whey, namely the pH value is between 4 and 6. The bacterial effect is better when the pH value is between 5.5 and 7.
As can be seen from the results in FIG. 8, the bacteriostatic effect of camel milk whey is reduced with the increase of the heat treatment temperature. When the temperature is lower than 60 ℃, the bacteriostasis rate is slowly reduced to be about 70%, and when the temperature is 60-80 ℃, the bacteriostasis rate is rapidly reduced to be about 15%.
The results of the attached figures 7 and 8 show that the camel milk whey has a good bacteriostatic action, the bacteriostatic rate of the camel milk whey is influenced by the pH value and the temperature, the bacteria effect is good when the pH value is 5.5-7, the influence on the bacteriostatic rate of the camel milk whey is not great when the treatment temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the camel milk whey can better exert the bacteriostatic action in the mask by combining the preparation process of the camel milk mask and the pH value index of the mask.
In conclusion, the camel milk facial mask prepared by the invention has the advantages of fine and uniform texture, good spreadability, refreshing and non-greasy after use, no stimulation, good moisturizing effect and certain acne removing effect. The long-term use of the skin-care product can not only achieve the effect of moistening the skin, but also effectively inhibit the growth of acnes, so that the skin can be kept in a healthy state for a long time.
