Abstract

单向离合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种单向离合器,在内圈与外圈之间具有凸轮,在内圈或外圈向一个方向转动时凸轮与内圈和外圈卡合,在内圈或外圈向另外的方向转动时内圈或外圈进行空转,且该单向离合器具有防止粉尘等异物进入离合器内部的功能(以下,简称为“防尘功能”)。
背景技术
单向离合器例如用于防止倾斜式输送机或斗式提升机等发生反转,多在暴露于粉尘的环境下使用。若粉尘等异物进入单向离合器的内部,则存在凸轮发生动作不良等故障的危险性,因此开发了具有防尘功能的单向离合器。
此外,在为了防止输送机等反转而使用单向离合器时,通常,使内圈与转动轴连结,将外圈固定为不能转动。并且,在转动轴进行正转时,内圈进行空转,在转动轴进行反转时,凸轮与内圈和外圈卡合使转动轴的转动停止。在内圈进行空转时,由于振动等原因,会存在内圈相对于外圈错开的情况,因此需要用于发挥防尘功能的结构能够容许内圈与外圈相互错开。作为具有这样的防尘功能的单向离合器的例子,已有以下所列举的单向离合器。

关于专利文献2所公开的单向离合器,与专利文献1的单向离合器同样地,在比配置于内圈与外圈之间的凸轮(楔块)更靠轴向外侧的外圈上固定有密封支座,密封支座上安装有油封,油封的唇部与内圈的外周面相接触。而且,该单向离合器具有润滑脂密封构件,润滑脂密封构件在比油封更靠轴向外侧的位置安装于外圈,且具有与内圈的外周面对置的凹部。在润滑脂密封构件中,通过将润滑脂填充于凹部,能够发挥防尘功能。
如专利文献1、专利文献2那样,在具有唇部与内圈的外周面相接触的油封的单向离合器中,若粉尘等附着于与内圈的外周面相接触的唇部则唇部会磨损,因而有可能使防尘功能变差,还存在需要更换油封的情况,因此在这一点上存在问题。
为了解决上述问题,可以考虑,在轴向上设置两个油封,利用轴向外侧的油封来防御粉尘,然而在这种情况下,不得不加大单向离合器的轴向尺寸,而且也会增加制造成本。另外,由于油封与内圈的摩擦会引起发热,所以还存在限制单向离合器的使用条件这样的问题。
另一方面,如专利文献2的单向离合器那样,在进一步设置润滑脂密封构件的情况下,暂时地能够利用填充于润滑脂密封构件的润滑脂来防御粉尘等进入单向离合器,且能够防止粉尘附着于油封的唇部,从而能够提高防尘性能。但是,润滑脂会被粉尘所污染,且随着时间流逝润滑脂会流出,因此为了维持防尘功能需要定期地填充和更换润滑脂,因而不易维护。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在此,本发明鉴于上述现有技术的问题点,其目的在于提供一种能够以低成本来制造,且容易维护,能够发挥良好的防尘功能的单向离合器。
用于解决问题的手段
本发明通过下述的单向离合器来解决上述问题,该单向离合器具有:内圈及外圈,被设置为能够同轴地相对转动;凸轮,设置于所述内圈与外圈之间,在该内圈或外圈向一个方向转动时与所述凸轮与内圈及外圈卡合,在该内圈或外圈向另一个方向转动时所述凸轮不与内圈及外圈卡合;以及密封构件,设置于所述凸轮的轴向外侧,且与所述内圈的外周面相接触;所述单向离合器的特征在于,具有:环状构件,设置于所述外圈,且具有隔开间隙与处于所述密封构件的轴向外侧的所述外周面对置的对置面和设置于所述对置面的凹部;以及环状弹性体,紧贴地安装于与所述凹部对应的所述外周面;所述间隙的尺寸比所述环状弹性体的径向尺寸小,在所述凹部与环状弹性体之间,至少在径向上设置有空隙。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够通过环状弹性体与凹部结构的组合来阻止粉尘等异物进入单向离合器,因而能够防止粉尘等附着到油封的唇部,能够提高防尘性能。另外,借助与内圈联动而进行转动的环状弹性体的离心力,能够吹飞附着于环状弹性体的粉尘等,因此易于维持防尘性能。另外,即使在内圈进行空转时因振动等原因使内圈与外圈错开的情况下,安装于内圈的外周面上的环状弹性体在与凹部接触时能够在内圈的外周面上移动,因而能够维持防尘性能。另外,在结构上,该单向离合器能够以低成本制造且容易组装,不需要定期地填充和更换润滑脂,因而便于维护。
另外,若为了不使环状弹性体因内圈的转动而产生的离心力而离开外周面,使环状构件的凹部与环状弹性体之间的空隙具有在环状弹性体变形时使该环状弹性体能够与凹部相接触的尺寸,则在环状弹性体与内圈的外周面之间难以产生能成为粉尘进入路径的空隙,因此能够保持良好的防尘性能。
另外,若在密封构件与环状构件之间在轴向上设置有空间,则进入到环状构件的轴向内侧的粉尘等会停留在密封构件与环状构件之间空间中,因此能够防止粉尘等接触油封。
另外,通过将环状构件的凹部和环状弹性体在轴向上设置多个,能够进一步防止粉尘等附着到油封的唇部。
另外,若外圈与环状构件为不同的构件,在环状构件上连结有用于将单向离合器固定为不能转动的转矩臂,则因与被固定的转矩臂的关系而产生的偏载会通过环状构件、外圈而施加到密封构件上,因而与在外圈上连结转矩臂的结构相比,能够减小施加到密封构件上的偏载的影响。

参照图1~图4对本发明的实施例进行说明。但是,本发明并不限定于该实施方式。此外,由于本发明的单向离合器的基本结构和用途是公知的,因而省略对单向离合器自身的图示的说明。
图1所示的单向离合器10具有被设置为能够同轴地相对转动的内圈12和外圈14,且在内圈12与外圈14之间具有凸轮16,该凸轮16在内圈12或外圈14向一个方向转动时与内圈12及外圈14卡合,在内圈12或外圈14向另一个方向转动时不与内圈12及外圈14卡合。内圈12、外圈14以及凸轮16的结构可以使用公知的结构。尤其,在单向离合器10中,外圈14由基体构件15和一对侧板17所构成,但是它们也可以形成一体。此外,由于单向离合器10的结构基本上相对于轴X对称,因此在图1中省略了单向离合器的下半部分的图示。
在凸轮16的轴向外侧,设置有与内圈12的外周面12a(参照图2)相接触的一对密封构件18。密封构件18基本上只要能够将填充在密封构件18的轴向内侧的油或润滑脂密封即可,可以使用图示那样的双唇式密封构件18以外的密封构件。
在密封构件18的轴向外侧,设置有防尘结构20。如图所示,优选对应于一对密封构件18的各个密封构件18设置防尘结构20,然而根据使用环境,可以只对应于一方的密封构件18设置防尘结构20。
图2是防尘结构20的主要部分的放大图。防尘结构20具有安装于外圈14的侧板17上的环状构件22和环状弹性体26。环状构件22具有隔开间隙与内圈12的外周面12a对置的对置面23和设置于对置面23的凹部24。环状构件22也可以成为由多个部件所构成的形态。凹部24的剖面的形状除了图示那样的“コ”字状之外,也可以为半圆状或三角形状等。环状弹性体26是由橡胶等材料制成的构件,且紧贴地嵌于与凹部24对应的内圈12的外周面12a上。环状弹性体26的剖面的形状除了图示那样的四方形之外,也可以为圆形或三角形等。
环状构件22的对置面23与内圈12的外周面12a之间的间隙的尺寸A比处于安装在内圈12的外周面12a上的状态下的环状弹性体26的径向尺寸小。另一方面,在环状构件22的凹部24与环状弹性体26之间,至少要在径向上设置有空隙,优选在组装时在轴向上也设置空隙。这是因为能够防止内圈12与外圈14进行相对转动时的环状构件22与环状弹性体26的摩擦。此外,考虑到环状构件22的凹部24与环状弹性体26的摩擦,也可以在凹部24中涂敷润滑脂或润滑油。
在具有上述防尘结构20的单向离合器10中,首先能够借助环状弹性体26来阻止欲从环状构件22的对置面23与内圈12的外周面12a之间的间隙进入单向离合器10内部的粉尘等异物,因此能够防止粉尘等附着于油封18的唇部,能够提高防尘性能。即使在环状弹性体26上附着有粉尘等的情况下,借助与内圈12联动从而转动的环状弹性体26的离心力,能够吹飞附着于环状弹性体26的粉尘等,因而容易维持防尘性能。另外,由于环状弹性体26嵌在内圈12的外周面12a上,因而即使在内圈12空转时因振动等原因使内圈12与外圈14错开的情况下,当环状弹性体26与环状构件22的凹部24接触时,环状弹性体26能够在内圈12的外周面12a上移动,因此不会影响防尘功能,从而能够维持防尘性能。另外,该单向离合器在结构上能够以低成本来制造,且容易组装,与润滑脂密封的情况相比,不需要定期地填充和更换润滑脂,因此也便于维护。
优选地,为了不使环状弹性体26因内圈12的转动而产生的离心力而离开内圈12的外周面12a,将环状构件22的凹部24与环状弹性体26之间的径向上的空隙的尺寸B设定为,环状弹性体26变形时环状弹性体26能够与凹部24相接触的尺寸。由于在环状弹性体与内圈的外周面之间难以产生能够成为粉尘的进入路径的空隙,因此能够确保良好的防尘性能。
另外,单向离合器10也可以如图3所示的单向离合器10a那样,在密封构件18与环状构件22a之间的轴向上设置空间25。由此,进入到环状构件22a的轴向内侧的粉尘等停留在密封构件18与环状构件22a之间的空间25中,因此能够防止粉尘等接触油封18。
另外,也可以如单向离合器10a的环状构件22a的凹部24a、24b与环状弹性体26a、26b那样,在轴向上设置多个凹部和环状弹性体。由此,粉尘等难以进入单向离合器10a内部,因而能够进一步防止粉尘等附着到油封18的唇部。
另外,如图1所示的单向离合器10那样,在外圈14的基体构件15与侧板17为不同的构件的情况下,如图4所示的单向离合器10b那样,优选使侧板17a的形状形成为向基体构件15的径向外侧延伸出的形状,在侧板17a上连结用于将单向离合器10b固定为不能转动的转矩臂TA。这时,如图所示,优选转矩臂TA被一对侧板17a夹持,一边在转矩臂TA与侧板17a之间的轴向上保持微小的间隔一边用销等将转矩臂TA固定。根据该结构,来自被固定的转矩臂TA的偏载难以施加到侧板17a上,因此能够减小施加到密封构件的偏载的影响。
如以上说明的那样,根据本发明,能够提供一种能以低成本来制造,且容易维护,能够发挥良好的防尘功能的单向离合器。

1.一种单向离合器,具有:内圈及外圈,被设置为能够同轴地相对转动;凸轮,设置于所述内圈与所述外圈之间,在所述内圈或所述外圈向一个方向转动时所述凸轮与所述内圈及所述外圈卡合,在所述内圈或所述外圈向另一个方向转动时所述凸轮不与所述内圈及所述外圈卡合;以及密封构件,设置于所述凸轮的轴向外侧,且与所述内圈的外周面相接触,所述单向离合器的特征在于,
具有:
环状构件,设置于所述外圈,且具有隔开间隙而与处于所述密封构件的轴向外侧的所述外周面对置的对置面和设置于所述对置面的凹部;以及
环状弹性体,紧贴地安装于与所述凹部对应的所述外周面;
所述间隙的尺寸比所述环状弹性体的径向尺寸小,
在所述凹部与所述环状弹性体之间,至少在径向上设置有空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向离合器,其特征在于,
为了不使所述环状弹性体因所述内圈转动产生的离心力而离开所述外周面,使所述空隙具有在所述环状弹性体变形时使所述环状弹性体能够与所述凹部相接触的尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的单向离合器,其特征在于,
在所述密封构件与所述环状构件之间在轴向上设置有空间。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的单向离合器,其特征在于,
所述凹部和所述环状弹性体在轴向上设置有多个。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的单向离合器,其特征在于,
所述外圈与所述环状构件为不同的构件,
在所述环状构件上连结有用于将单向离合器固定为不能转动的转矩臂。
