一种外墙渗漏水修缮工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程领域,具体涉及一种外墙渗漏水修缮工艺。
背景技术
外墙是极易产生渗漏的特殊部位,漏水产生的原因主要有以下几个方面:
⑴建筑物变形过大,超过允许变形范围,主要是热胀冷缩及基础的不均匀沉降。
⑵外墙在施工过程中未防水设计。
⑶由于外墙砌筑时没有达到密实程度,产生了疏松、狗洞、蜂窝等现象,形成了渗漏水的通道。
⑷外墙砖缝隙填充不够密实造成漏水。

发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种能进行系统性的渗漏治理的外墙渗漏水修缮工艺。
所采用的技术方案为:
一种外墙渗漏水修缮工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.找出现有外墙瓷砖开裂及粘接砂浆层空鼓部位;敲除外墙瓷砖及粘接砂浆层空鼓部位至基层;
S2.墙体开裂部位凿“V”形槽;
S3.对基层涂刷界面防水剂处理;
S4.“V”形槽采用修补砂浆进行结构修补;
S5.防水砂浆粉刷抹平;
S6.涂刷克缝胶;
S7.采用聚酯布浸泡克缝胶后,平整贴在裂缝部位;
S8.再涂刷克缝胶;
S9.涂刷瓷砖胶,然后粘贴外墙瓷砖;
S10.采用填缝剂进行砖缝密封处理,包含原有的瓷砖缝未填充密实部位;
S11.采用万透胶涂刷外墙。
发明人发现,防水本身主要是结构自防,出现渗漏水说明结构已经被破坏,防水也失效,从而水进入结构层,如不对结构进行及时修复,结构长时间浸泡水,会降低整个墙体的使用寿命,增加安全隐患,日后的维修成本较高。
本发明首先解决了核心的结构问题,既对原有结构的加固,又达到新结构保护防渗漏的功能,可以增加使用寿命,降低安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些例举性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
参见图1和图2所示,一种外墙渗漏水修缮工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.找出现有外墙瓷砖100开裂及粘接砂浆层10空鼓部位;敲除外墙瓷砖及粘接砂浆层空鼓部位至基层,形成施工部位。
S2.墙体开裂部位凿“V”形槽1;例如宽50mm深30mm;用清水冲洗干净;
S3.对基层涂刷界面防水剂2处理;涂刷界面防水剂的作用在于:既起到防水作用,又使与之接触的两层材料能更好的附着,避免产生空鼓现象。该界面防水剂可以由液体和粉体组成,其中粉体由如下组分和质量份组成:防水胶液370-450份;消泡剂1-2份;防腐剂1-2份;润湿剂1-2份;水550-630份;粉体由如下组分和质量份组成:水泥800-1000份;砂400-600份;重钙400-600份;丙烯酸胶粉10-20份。其中原料组分均可以从市售中得到。使用时,将液体和粉体均匀混合即可。可以进一步参见申请人的专利CN103030425B所公开的界面防水剂。
S4.“V”形槽采用修补砂浆3进行结构修补;该修补砂浆由如下组分和重量份组成:硫铝水泥201-300份;普通硅酸盐水泥201-300份;石英砂500-600份;消泡剂1-2份;纤维素醚2-4份;减水剂1-2份;胶粉8-15份。其中胶粉例如选用市售的6021E胶粉。原料组分均可以从市售中得到。使用修补砂浆时,根据实际情况配合适量的水搅拌使用。
S5.防水砂浆4粉刷抹平;该防水砂浆可以由如下组分和重量份组成:普通硅酸盐水泥300-400份;石英砂500-600份;胶粉20-40份;纤维素醚2-4份;淀粉醚1-2份;甲酸钙8-15份。使用防水砂浆时,根据实际情况配合适量的水搅拌使用。
S6.涂刷克缝胶5(第一道),厚度例如1.0mm厚;该克缝胶可以由如下组分和重量份组成:苯丙乳液350-450份;pH调节剂1-2份;润湿剂3-5份;消泡剂3-5份;防腐剂1-3份;抗闪锈剂4-6份;成膜助剂7-12份;丙二醇抗冻剂7-12份;钛白粉45-55份;重钙300-350份;流平剂4-8份;增稠剂6-12份。其中原料组分均可以从市售中得到:例如苯丙乳液可以采用市售的阿科玛ENCOR5181;pH调节剂可以采用市售的德谦MA-95pH调节剂;润湿剂可以采用市售的陶氏x-405润湿剂;抗闪锈剂可以采用市售的德谦海明斯FA179;成膜助剂可以采用市售的伊斯曼成膜助剂texano l;流平剂采用市售的流平剂RM-2020;增稠剂采用市售的增稠剂ASE-60。
S7.采用聚酯布6浸泡克缝胶后,平整贴在裂缝部位;聚酯布可以增加结构的稳定和抗拉强度;
S8.再涂刷克缝胶5(第二道),厚度例如1.0mm厚;
S9.涂刷瓷砖胶7,然后粘贴外墙瓷砖8;该瓷砖胶可以由如下组分和重量份组成:普通硅酸盐水泥350-450份;石英砂550-600份;纤维素醚2-5份;胶粉10-20份;淀粉醚1-5份;甲酸钙4-8份。其中原料组分均可以从市售中得到:例如胶粉采用宝辰6021E胶粉。
S10.将其他瓷砖缝脱落或松动填缝材料清理干净;整体用瓷砖清洁剂清洗干净;然后采用填缝剂9进行砖缝密封处理,包含原有的瓷砖缝未填充密实部位;该填缝剂可以由如下组分和重量份组成:白水泥350-450份;石英粉550-600份;胶粉10-20份;纤维素醚1-5份;甲酸钙4-8份;憎水剂1-5份。其中原料组分均可以从市售中得到:例如胶粉采用宝辰6021E胶粉。
S11.可以整体用瓷砖清洁剂清洗干净,晾干后,采用万透胶11涂刷外墙,一道或两道。该万透胶可以由如下组分和重量份组成:水550-600份;pH调节剂1-5份;润湿剂1-5份;杀菌剂1-5份;消泡剂1-5份;成膜助剂8-12份;丙二醇抗冻剂4-8份;纯丙乳液350-450份。其中原料组分均可以从市售中得到:例如纯丙乳液采用巴斯夫的7015乳液;pH调节剂采用德谦MA-95pH调节剂;润湿剂采用陶氏X-405润湿剂;杀菌剂采用罗门哈斯LXE杀菌剂;消泡剂采用海明斯W-086消泡剂;成膜助剂采用伊斯曼成膜助剂texano l。
本外墙渗漏水修缮工艺先结构后防水综合整治,经过上述结构设计,使用多种防水材料,各个防水材料具有较好的相容性,以及与具体工艺相结合,系统地解决了外墙渗漏水问题,使得其可以达到10年以上外墙不再渗漏水。
