本发明提出了一种涂布牛卡纸及其涂布工艺,所述涂布牛卡纸本体包括面层、芯层、底层、正面施胶层、背面施胶层和涂布层组成,所述芯层的下表面固定在底层的上表面上,所述面层的下表面固定在芯层的上表面上,所述正面施胶层的下表面固定在面层的上表面上,所述背面施胶层的上表面固定在底层的下表面上;所述的涂布层包括自下至上依次设置的底涂、帘涂和面涂,所述涂布层的涂布工艺采用三道涂布的方式,所述底涂涂层为刮刀涂布,所述帘涂为帘式涂布,和面涂为刮刀涂布。对面层木浆、面层配浆进行工艺改进,提高原纸的纸面白度、匀度,采用两道刮刀涂布和一道帘式涂布的涂布技术对原纸进行涂布,提高成纸的白度及粗糙度,改善成纸的印刷性能。

一种涂布牛卡纸及其涂布工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,特别是一种涂布牛卡纸及其涂布工艺。
【背景技术】
相比于目前市场占有率较高的灰底白板纸,涂布牛卡具有低定量高强度高印刷质量的优点,涂布牛卡市场占有率也是逐步提高。基于涂布牛卡低定量的要求,传统涂布牛卡纸涂布量也受到限制,一般要求涂布量不高于30g/m2。为了控制涂布量,传统涂布牛卡纸为两道涂布,较为常见的为两道刮刀涂布或是一道帘式涂布+一道刮刀涂布,为了获得较高的成纸强度,涂布牛卡底层一般采用OCC原料,而传统的涂布牛卡采用两道涂布的方式,一方面,涂布量低,面层遮盖性差,成纸的印刷性能较差;另一方面,较低的涂布量导致成纸PPS较高,影响表面印刷性能,现提出一种涂布牛卡纸及其涂布工艺。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种涂布牛卡纸及其涂布工艺,对面层木浆的生产工艺进行优化,并且对面层配浆进行工艺改进,提高原纸的纸面白度、匀度,使原纸纸面有较好的遮盖性;采用两道刮刀涂布和一道帘式涂布的涂布技术对原纸进行涂布,提高成纸的白度及粗糙度,改善成纸的印刷性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种涂布牛卡纸,包括面层、芯层、底层、正面施胶层、背面施胶层和涂布层,所述芯层的下表面固定在底层的上表面上,所述面层的下表面固定在芯层的上表面上,所述正面施胶层的下表面固定在面层的上表面上,所述背面施胶层的上表面固定在底层的下表面上;所述的涂布层包括自下至上依次设置的底涂、帘涂和面涂,所述帘涂包括帘涂面层和帘涂底层,所述帘涂底层的下表面紧邻底涂的上表面,所述面层的浆料为脱墨浆;所述芯层的浆料为OCC二次纤维分级出来的长纤和短纤,所述芯层中的长纤所占的重量百分比为50-80%,余量为短纤;所述底层的浆料为OCC二次纤维分级出来的长纤和短纤,所述底层中的长纤所占的重量百分比为50-80%,余量为短纤,所述正面施胶层和背面施胶层所用的胶是原生淀粉和表面施胶剂的混合物溶液,以原生淀粉和表面施胶剂两者之和为100重量份计,原生淀粉占80-90重量份,余量为表面施胶剂。
作为优选,所述原生淀粉是由玉米淀粉经过生物酶氧化后制得的,玉米淀粉在80℃的反应锅里面与生物酶进行反应,将玉米淀粉的的粘度范围控制在140-160mpa.s,再经过贮存槽高温杀菌,制得合格淀粉胶液。
作为优选,所述正面施胶层所用的胶中的原生淀粉和表面施胶剂的总重量百分浓度是6-9%。
本发明提出了一种涂布牛卡纸的涂布工艺,其特征在于:所述涂布层是将涂料涂布于正面施胶层上形成的,所述的涂料的组分包括颜料、胶乳和助剂,所述涂布层的涂布工艺采用三道涂布的方式,所述三道涂布包括刮刀涂布、帘式涂布和刮刀涂布,所述底涂涂层为刮刀涂布,所述帘涂为帘式涂布,和面涂为刮刀涂布。
作为优选,所述面涂的涂料由碳酸钙和高岭土组成,以两者之和为100重量份计,碳酸钙的含量为80-90重量份,高岭土的含量为10-20重量份;所述帘涂的涂料包括碳酸钙、高岭土和胶乳,碳酸钙的含量为50-60重量份,高岭土的含量为20重量份,胶乳的含量为10-20重量份,所述底涂的涂料由碳酸钙和高岭土组成,以两者之和为100重量份计,碳酸钙的含量为80-90重量份,高岭土的含量为10-20重量份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明涂布牛卡的生产工艺采用三道涂布的方式,其芯、底层浆料使用OCC浆料,减少脱墨浆的使用,降低原料成本及能源消耗,以及减少脱墨线排渣,使产品更加绿色环保。关键设备帘式涂布机的引进消化及创新,比传统涂布方式下涂布量大大减少,从传统方式的40-45g/㎡降低到25-30g/㎡,涂布量降低,减少矿石资源消耗,使产品可循环率更高。
1、采用一种新的生产工艺,对原料配比、成纸过程进行优化调整和特殊处理,使成纸结合性良好,具有良好的成纸强度以适应印刷性能的要求。
2、面层采用全脱墨浆,代替传统的木浆添加的生产工艺,产品全部采用回收纤维制造,属于环保和可循环的新型制造工艺。
3、创新采用三道靴式压榨技术,降低能耗,增加成纸结合性和外观PPS,能有效降低涂料运用,有利于提高成纸的适应性。
4、采用新型的涂布工艺,以及涂料新配方工艺,使涂布表面具有良好的印刷性能。
