The working principle of the shaping device is as follows: shaping the padded fabric through a shaping box; when waste gas generated by the shaping box needs to be treated, the waste gas is conveyed into the lower dedusting cavity through the gas conveying pipe, dust in the waste gas is removed through the dedusting structure, the waste gas in the lower dedusting cavity flows horizontally in the middle spraying cavity through the second flow guide structure, the second water pump is started, water in the first water collecting tank is conveyed into the second spray pipe through the second communicating pipe, the waste gas is sprayed for the first time, the waste gas in the middle spraying cavity flows horizontally in the upper spraying cavity through the first flow guide structure, the first water pump is started, the water in the water tank is conveyed into the first spray pipe through the first communicating pipe, the waste gas is sprayed again, and the sprayed waste gas is output to the outside from the outlet; because waste gas is horizontal flow when spraying, greatly increased waste gas and water area of contact, and adopt twice to spray, what the water that sprays for the first time adopted is the waste water that sprays once more, both can improve and spray the effect, but also make full use of water resource, it is effectual to spray.
The first flow guide structure comprises a first air pump and a first flow guide pipe, the first flow guide pipe is horizontally arranged in the upper spraying cavity, one end of the first flow guide pipe is communicated with one end of the first air pump, the other end of the first air pump is communicated with the first through hole, the other end of the first flow guide pipe is a first flow guide part, and the cross section of the first flow guide part is in a round table shape; the second diversion structure comprises a second air pump and a second diversion pipe, the second diversion pipe is horizontally arranged in the middle spraying cavity, one end of the second diversion pipe is communicated with one end of the second air pump, the other end of the second air pump is communicated with the second through hole, the other end of the second diversion pipe is a second diversion part, and the cross section of the second diversion part is in a round platform shape.
By adopting the structure, the first air pump is started, the waste gas in the middle spraying cavity is conveyed to the upper spraying cavity through the first guide pipe, and the waste gas flows horizontally; and starting the second air pump, conveying the waste gas in the lower dedusting cavity to the middle spraying cavity through the second flow guide pipe, and enabling the waste gas to horizontally flow.
The dust removal structure includes the mounting bracket, the driving shaft, the driven shaft, the transmission strip, discharge and collect the dust collection, the mounting bracket sets up the intracavity that removes dust under, driving shaft and driven shaft setting are on the mounting bracket, the driving shaft links to each other with one can drive its pivoted sixth motor, the transmission strip cover is established outside driving shaft and driven shaft, the collection that gathers dust is fixed on the transmission strip, the collection that discharges is fixed on the mounting bracket, and discharge the collection and be located inside the transmission strip, still be provided with the clearance roller that can carry out the clearance to the collection that gathers dust on the mounting bracket, the clearance roller is close to the driven shaft, and the clearance roller is located directly over the third water.
By adopting the structure, the output shaft of the sixth motor is controlled to drive the driving shaft to rotate, the driving shaft drives the transmission strip to rotate, the transmission strip drives the dust collection set to rotate, dust is adsorbed on the dust collection set along with the contact of waste gas and the dust collection set, dust on the dust collection set is cleaned and discharged through the cleaning roller, and the dust falls into the third water collecting tank, so that dust removal is reliable.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the high-strength reverse osmosis membrane base cloth for seawater filtration has the following advantages: the device is matched with various devices for use, and the technological parameters are very reasonable and specific, so that the workload of operators can be greatly reduced, and the production is convenient.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The preparation method of the reverse osmosis membrane base cloth for filtering the high-strength seawater comprises the following steps:
a. pouring 15-24 parts of urea-formaldehyde resin emulsion, 8-12 parts of epoxy resin curing agent, 2-3 parts of anti-aging agent and 25-30 parts of polyacrylate into a stirrer, and stirring for 10-15min at a stirring speed of 150 plus 200rad/min to prepare finishing liquid; in the embodiment, 20 parts of urea-formaldehyde resin emulsion, 9 parts of epoxy resin curing agent, 2 parts of anti-aging agent and 27 parts of polyacrylate are poured into a stirrer, the stirring time is 12min, and the stirring speed is 170 rad/min;
b. padding the eyelet fabric in finishing liquid by a padding device, wherein the pressure is 1.2-2.2MPa, the liquid carrying rate is 85-88%, and after drying, keeping the temperature of the eyelet fabric at 110-120 ℃ for 20-40 min; in the embodiment, the pressure is 1.6MPa, the liquid carrying rate is 86%, and after drying, the mesh fabric is kept at the constant temperature of 115 ℃ for 30 min;
c. washing the eyelet fabric with cold water;
d. drying the mesh fabric at 84-90 ℃; in this example, the scrim was dried at a temperature of 87 ℃;
e. placing the mesh fabric into a shaping device, shaping at the temperature of 120-145 ℃ and at the shaping speed of 10-15m/min to prepare the high-strength reverse osmosis membrane base fabric for seawater filtration; in this example, the shaping was carried out at a temperature of 130 ℃ and at a speed of 12 m/min.
By adopting the method, various devices are matched for use, and the process parameters are very reasonable and specific, so that the workload of operators can be greatly reduced, and the production is convenient.
The stirrer in the step a is an electric heating stirrer.
In this way, the individual raw materials can be mixed rapidly in the mixer.
The eyelet fabric in the step b is terylene eyelet fabric.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the padding device in step b comprises a frame 1, a padding tank 2, a lifting frame 6, a leading-in compression roller group 7 and a leading-out compression roller group 13, wherein the padding tank 2 is fixed on the frame 1, and the padding tank 2 is fixed on the frame 1 in a welding manner; the material of the leaching and rolling tank 2 is stainless steel; the lifting frame 6 is arranged in the padding groove 2, the lifting frame 6 is connected with a lifting mechanism capable of driving the lifting frame to move up and down, the lead-in compression roller group 7 is arranged at one end of the lifting frame 6, the lead-in compression roller group 7 comprises an upper lead-in compression roller and a lower lead-in compression roller, a gap for the fabric to pass through is formed between the upper lead-in compression roller and the lower lead-in compression roller, the lead-out compression roller group 13 is arranged at the other end of the lifting frame 6, the lead-out compression roller group 13 comprises an upper lead-out compression roller and a lower lead-out compression roller, a gap for the fabric to pass through is formed between the; an auxiliary mechanism is also arranged in the leaching tank 2.
The number of the support rollers 5 is at least three, and in the present embodiment, the number of the support rollers 5 is three; by adopting the structure, the fabric can be effectively supported by the supporting roller 5; the material of the support roller 5 is plastic.
The lifting mechanism comprises a bracket 12, a guide rod 9, a guide sleeve 8, a steel wire rope 11 and a first motor 10, wherein the bracket 12 is fixed on the rack 1, and the bracket 12 is fixed on the rack 1 in a bolt connection mode; the guide rod 9 is vertically arranged on the bracket 12, the guide sleeve 8 is arranged on the guide rod 9, the first motor 10 is fixed on the bracket 12, and the first motor 10 is fixed on the bracket 12 in a bolt connection mode; and first motor 10 is located guide pin bushing 8 top, and the output shaft level of first motor 10 sets up, and the output shaft tip of first motor 10 links to each other with 11 one end of wire rope, and the wire rope 11 other end links to each other with guide pin bushing 8, and crane 6 passes through the connecting rod and links to each other with guide pin bushing 8.
The bracket 12 is also provided with a control structure capable of controlling the first motor 10 to act, the control structure comprises a controller 25, a guide pipe 23 and a travel switch 24, the guide pipe 23 is vertically fixed on the bracket 12, and the guide pipe 23 is fixed on the bracket 12 in a bolt connection mode; the guide tube 23 is sleeved outside the steel wire rope 11, the travel switch 24 is fixed in the guide tube 23, the steel wire rope 11 is further provided with a plurality of protruding detection parts 11a, and in the embodiment, the number of the detection parts 11a is six; the detection part 11a can be in contact with the travel switch 24, the travel switch 24 and the first motor 10 are both connected with the controller 25 through circuits, in the embodiment, the controller 25 adopts a commercially available single chip microcomputer, the program of the single chip microcomputer for controlling the motor and the travel switch is the existing program, and the program does not need to be edited again; by adopting the structure, in the process that the steel wire rope 11 moves up and down, the detection part 11a of the steel wire rope 11 is contacted with the travel switch 24, the travel switch 24 transmits signals to the controller 25, the controller 25 controls the first motor 10 to act, and the first motor 10 enables the lifting frame 6 to gradually move by corresponding height to control intelligence.
The auxiliary mechanism comprises a first pushing scraper 16, a second pushing scraper 19, a second motor 17, a guide rail 3, a sliding block 14 and a moving plate 15, wherein the guide rail 3 is horizontally fixed in the leaching tank 2, and the guide rail 3 is fixed in the leaching tank 2 in a bolt connection mode; the slide block 14 is arranged on the guide rail 3, the moving plate 15 is fixed on the slide block 14, and the moving plate 15 is fixed on the slide block 14 in a bolt connection mode; the movable plate 15 is connected with a moving mechanism capable of driving the movable plate to move back and forth, the first pushing scraper 16 and the second pushing scraper 19 are obliquely arranged at two ends of the movable plate 15 respectively, the first pushing scraper 16 and the second pushing scraper 19 form a splayed shape, the second motor 17 is fixed in the middle of the movable plate 15, and the second motor 17 is fixed in the middle of the movable plate 15 in a bolt connection mode; the output shaft of the second motor 17 is vertically downward, the end part of the output shaft of the second motor 17 is connected with the stirring sheet 18, and the end part of the output shaft of the second motor 17 is connected with the stirring sheet 18 in a key connection mode; limiting blocks are fixed at two ends of the guide rail 3 and made of rubber.
The moving mechanism comprises a third motor 21, a rack 4 and a gear 22, the rack 4 is fixed on the guide rail 3, and the rack 4 is fixed on the guide rail 3 in a bolt connection mode; the third motor 21 is fixed on the moving plate 15, and the third motor 21 is fixed on the moving plate 15 in a bolt connection mode; the output shaft of the third motor 21 is vertically upward, the gear 22 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the third motor 21, and the gear 22 is meshed with the rack 4.
A liquid supplementing mechanism capable of supplementing liquid to the padding groove 2 is arranged on the rack 1, the liquid supplementing mechanism comprises a preparation box 28, a fourth motor 26, a stirring shaft 27, a pumping pipe 41, a pumping pump 39 and an auxiliary pipe 31, the preparation box 28 is fixed on the rack 1, and the preparation box 28 is fixed on the rack 1 in a bolt connection mode; a discharge hole is formed in the upper portion of the preparation box 28, the lower portion of the preparation box 28 is communicated with the padding tank 2 through a connecting pipe 42, a conveying pump 43 is arranged on the connecting pipe 42, the fourth motor 26 is fixed on the preparation box 28, and the fourth motor 26 is fixed on the preparation box 28 in a bolt connection mode; the output shaft of the fourth motor 26 is vertically upward, the end part of the output shaft of the fourth motor 26 is connected with the stirring shaft 27, and the end part of the output shaft of the fourth motor 26 is connected with the stirring shaft 27 in a key connection mode; the stirring shaft 27 is provided with a mounting strip 30, the mounting strip 30 is connected with a swing structure capable of driving the mounting strip to swing up and down, the mounting strip 30 is provided with a first stirring paddle 38 and a second stirring paddle 32, a first cavity is arranged in the first stirring paddle 38, a first discharge hole 38a is further formed in one side of the first stirring paddle 38, a second cavity is formed in the second stirring paddle 32, a second discharge hole 32a is further formed in one side of the second stirring paddle 32, a fifth motor 37 capable of driving the first stirring paddle 38 to rotate is further arranged on the mounting strip 30, the pumping pipe 41 is vertically fixed on the stirring shaft 27, the lower end of the pumping pipe 41 is a pumping port, the upper end of the pumping pipe 41 is communicated with the middle of the auxiliary pipe 31, one end of the auxiliary pipe 31 is communicated with the first cavity, the other end of the auxiliary pipe 31 is communicated with the second cavity, and the pumping pump 39 is arranged on the pumping pipe 41.
The swinging structure comprises a push rod motor 29, a guide wheel, a connecting rope 33, a spring 34, an indicating rod 36 and an indicating block 35, wherein the push rod motor 29 is hinged on the stirring shaft 27 through a connecting rod, a push rod of the push rod motor 29 inclines upwards, the end part of the push rod motor 29 is hinged with one end of the installing strip 30, the guide wheel is fixed in the middle of the installing strip 30, the indicating rod 36 is vertically fixed on the rack 1, the indicating rod 36 is provided with scale marks, the indicating block 35 is arranged on the indicating rod 36 in a sliding manner, the spring 34 is sleeved on the indicating rod 36, one end of the spring 34 is connected with the rack 1, the other end of the spring 34 is connected with the indicating block 35, one end of the connecting rope 33 is connected with the indicating block 35; by adopting the structure, the push rod of the push rod motor 29 is controlled to enable the mounting strip 30 to swing up and down, the mounting strip 30 enables the connecting rope 33 to move up and down, the connecting rope 33 enables the indicating block 35 to move up and down along the indicating rod 36, the angular position of the mounting strip 30 can be rapidly known, and the indication is visual.
The working principle of the padding device is as follows: winding the fabric on the support roller 5, controlling an output shaft of the first motor 10 to enable the steel wire rope 11 to be gradually shortened, driving the guide sleeve 8 to move upwards along the guide rod 9 by the steel wire rope 11, and driving the guide sleeve 8 to move upwards to the lifting frame 6; when the lifting frame 6 needs to move downwards, the output shaft of the first motor 10 is controlled to enable the steel wire rope 11 to be gradually lengthened, the guide sleeve 8 moves downwards along the guide rod 9 under the action of gravity, the guide sleeve 8 is brought to the lifting frame 6 to move downwards, so that the lifting frame 6 drives the supporting roller 5 to move upwards and downwards, the fabric is soaked quickly, the padded fabric is output, and the steps are repeated; when the liquid in the padding tank 2 needs to be subjected to auxiliary mixing, an output shaft of a third motor 21 is controlled to drive a gear 22 to rotate, the gear 22 is gradually meshed with a rack 4 to enable a sliding block 14 to move leftwards along a guide rail 3, the sliding block 14 drives a moving plate 15 to move leftwards, the moving plate 15 drives a first pushing scraper 16, a second pushing scraper 19 and a second motor 17 to move leftwards, the first pushing scraper 16 pushes the liquid upwards, the second pushing scraper 19 pushes the liquid downwards, an output shaft of the second motor 17 is controlled to drive a stirring sheet 18 to rotate, and the stirring sheet 18 stirs the liquid; controlling an output shaft of a third motor 21 to drive a gear 22 to rotate, gradually engaging the gear 22 with a rack 4 to enable a slider 14 to move rightwards along a guide rail 3, driving a moving plate 15 to move rightwards by the slider 14, driving a first pushing scraper 16, a second pushing scraper 19 and a second motor 17 to move rightwards by the moving plate 15, pushing liquid at the position downwards by the first pushing scraper 16, pushing liquid at the position upwards by the second pushing scraper 19, controlling the output shaft of the second motor 17 to drive a stirring sheet 18 to rotate, stirring the liquid at the position by the stirring sheet 18, and rapidly performing auxiliary mixing on the liquid in a padding tank 2; when liquid needs to be replenished, the raw materials are put into the preparation box 28 through the discharge hole, the output shaft of the fourth motor 26 is controlled to drive the stirring shaft 27 to rotate, the stirring shaft 27 drives the first stirring paddle 38 and the second stirring paddle 32 to rotate, meanwhile, the pumping pump 39 is started, the raw materials at the lower part of the preparation box 28 are conveyed into the auxiliary pipe 31 from the pumping pipe 41 and then are output from the first discharge hole 38a and the second discharge hole 32a, the first stirring paddle 38 can also be driven to rotate through the output shaft of the fifth motor 37, so that the first discharge hole 38a and the second discharge hole 32a are positioned at the same side or opposite sides, the mounting bar 30 can be driven by the push rod motor 29 to swing up and down, the stirring range of the first stirring paddle 38 and the second stirring paddle 32 is increased, and the prepared liquid is conveyed into the soaking tank 2 through the connecting pipe 42; in this embodiment, the fabric is a mesh fabric, which can be quickly impregnated.
As shown in fig. 4, the shaping device in step e includes a base, the shaping box is fixed on the base, and the shaping box is fixed on the base by welding; the spraying mechanism capable of treating the waste gas in the shaping box is arranged on the base and comprises a spraying box 45, a first spraying pipe 56, a second spraying pipe 53 and a water tank 47, the spraying box 45 is fixed on the base, and the spraying box 45 is fixed on the base in a bolt connection mode; an upper partition plate 54 and a lower partition plate 63 are arranged in the spray box 45, the upper partition plate 54 and the lower partition plate 63 divide the interior of the spray box 45 into an upper spray cavity 45a, a middle spray cavity 45b and a lower dust removal cavity 45c, one side of the upper spray cavity 45a is provided with an outlet, the other side of the lower dust removal cavity 45c is provided with an inlet, the inlet is communicated with one end of a gas pipe 44, the other end of the gas pipe 44 is connected with a shaping box, the other side of the upper partition plate 54 is provided with a first through hole 54a, the upper partition plate 54 is also provided with a first flow guide structure which can enable gas at the first through hole 54a to horizontally flow, one side of the lower partition plate 63 is provided with a second through hole 63a, the lower partition plate 63 is also provided with a second flow guide structure which can enable gas at the second through hole 63a to horizontally flow, the first spray pipe 56 is horizontally arranged in the upper spray cavity 45a, the first spray pipe 56 is, the upper spraying cavity 45a is internally and fixedly provided with a first water collecting tank 55, the first water collecting tank 55 is positioned under the first spraying pipe 56, the second spraying pipe 53 is horizontally arranged in the middle spraying cavity 45b, the second spraying pipe 53 is communicated with the first water collecting tank 55 through a second communicating pipe 61, the second communicating pipe 61 is provided with a second water pump 59, the middle spraying cavity 45b is internally and fixedly provided with a second water collecting tank 62, the second water collecting tank 62 is positioned under the second spraying pipe 53, the lower dust removing cavity 45c is internally provided with a dust removing structure, the lower dust removing cavity 45c is also and fixedly provided with a third water collecting tank 72, the third water collecting tank 72 is positioned under the dust removing structure, and the third water collecting tank 72 is communicated with the second water collecting tank 62 through a third communicating pipe 46.
The first flow guide structure comprises a first air pump 58 and a first flow guide pipe 57, the first flow guide pipe 57 is horizontally arranged in the upper spraying cavity 45a, one end of the first flow guide pipe 57 is communicated with one end of the first air pump 58, the other end of the first air pump 58 is communicated with the first through hole 54a, the other end of the first flow guide pipe 57 is a first flow guide part, and the section of the first flow guide part is in a circular truncated cone shape; the second diversion structure comprises a second air pump 51 and a second diversion pipe 52, the second diversion pipe 52 is horizontally arranged in the middle spraying cavity 45b, one end of the second diversion pipe 52 is communicated with one end of the second air pump 51, the other end of the second air pump 51 is communicated with the second through hole 63a, the other end of the second diversion pipe 52 is a second diversion part, and the cross section of the second diversion part is in a round table shape.
Dust removal structure includes mounting bracket 64, driving shaft 65, the driven shaft 68, the drive strip 67, discharge collection 66 and collection 69, mounting bracket 64 sets up under in dust removal chamber 45c, driving shaft 65 and driven shaft 68 set up on mounting bracket 64, driving shaft 65 links to each other with one can drive its pivoted sixth motor, drive strip 67 cover is established outside driving shaft 65 and driven shaft 68, collection 69 is fixed on drive strip 67 to gather dust, discharge collection 66 fixes on mounting bracket 64, and discharge collection 66 is located inside drive strip 67, still be provided with the cleaning roller 71 that can carry out the clearance to collection 69 on the mounting bracket 64, cleaning roller 71 is close to driven shaft 68, and cleaning roller 71 is located directly over third water catch bowl 72.

A padding device is characterized by comprising a rack, a padding groove, a lifting frame, a leading-in compression roller set and a leading-out compression roller set, wherein the padding groove is fixed on the rack, the lifting frame is arranged in the padding groove, the lifting frame is connected with a lifting mechanism capable of driving the lifting frame to move up and down, the leading-in compression roller set is arranged at one end of the lifting frame, the leading-in compression roller set comprises an upper leading-in compression roller and a lower leading-in compression roller, a gap for a fabric to pass through is formed between the upper leading-in compression roller and the lower leading-in compression roller, the leading-out compression roller set is arranged at the other end of the lifting frame, the leading-out compression roller set comprises an upper leading-out compression roller and a lower leading-out compression roller; an auxiliary mechanism is also arranged in the leaching groove; the auxiliary mechanism comprises a first pushing scraper, a second motor, a guide rail, a sliding block and a moving plate, the guide rail is horizontally fixed in the leaching tank, the sliding block is arranged on the guide rail, the moving plate is fixed on the sliding block, the moving plate is connected with a moving mechanism capable of driving the moving plate to move back and forth, the first pushing scraper and the second pushing scraper are obliquely arranged at two ends of the moving plate respectively, the first pushing scraper and the second pushing scraper form a splayed shape, the second motor is fixed in the middle of the moving plate, an output shaft of the second motor is vertically downward, and the end part of the output shaft of the second motor is connected with the stirring sheet; the machine frame is provided with a liquid supplementing mechanism capable of supplementing liquid to the padding groove, the liquid supplementing mechanism comprises a preparation box, a fourth motor, a stirring shaft, a pumping pipe, a pumping pump and an auxiliary pipe, the preparation box is fixed on the machine frame, the upper part of the preparation box is provided with a discharge hole, the lower part of the preparation box is communicated with the padding groove through a connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is provided with a delivery pump, the fourth motor is fixed on the preparation box, the output shaft of the fourth motor is vertically upward, the end part of the output shaft of the fourth motor is connected with the stirring shaft, the stirring shaft is provided with a mounting strip, the mounting strip is connected with a swinging structure capable of driving the mounting strip to swing up and down, the mounting strip is provided with a first stirring paddle and a second stirring paddle, the first stirring paddle is internally provided with a first cavity, one side of the first stirring paddle is also provided with a first discharge hole, the second stirring paddle is internally provided with a second cavity, one side of the second stirring paddle is also provided with a second discharge hole, the mounting strip, the pumping pipe is vertically fixed on the stirring shaft, the lower end of the pumping pipe is a pumping port, the upper end of the pumping pipe is communicated with the middle of the auxiliary pipe, one end of the auxiliary pipe is communicated with the first cavity, the other end of the auxiliary pipe is communicated with the second cavity, and the pumping pump is arranged on the pumping pipe.
