导静电涂料的名称,有抗静电涂料和防静电涂料,以国家制订的一系列标准,采用导静电涂料,从工业建筑及设备设计采用导静电涂料,从涂料的功能分析,涂料能在10-2秒的短时间内,导泄静电压积蓄,避免产生放电引起火警或破坏电子元器件的事故,而静电的产生与积蓄是自然界客观存在,没有抵抗的的技能,用于织物的没有测定过导泄的理论的防静电剂产品,能防止服装在穿着过程中静电的积累。该产品是通过高科技涂膜和添加导电材料的技术,在完美地保留基材固有的物理特性的基础上,使其同时具有优异的防静电功能,可以满足全球性ESD体系对产业界的特殊需要。以有机和无机原料的复合物作为主要成分,经纳米技术调制、生产的具有无色透明、透光率达83%以上、表面硬度高、抗刮伤性优良、超强抗冲击及耐高温性能突出,外观靓丽,非常平整光滑的显著特征,用以屏蔽电磁波和消除静电作用。目前,大量使用抗静电涂料一般为添加型涂料。添加型抗静电涂料在不导电的基料中添加一定的导电填料实现导静电的功能,只有导电填料的体积分数达到一定的程度才能形成导电网络或通路,体现出导电的性质,但存在着导电不均匀的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前抗静电涂料在不导电的基料中添加一定的导电填料实现导静电的功能,只有导电填料的体积分数达到一定的程度才能形成导电网络或通路,存在着导电不均匀的问题,本发明提供了一种均匀抗静电涂料的制备方法。本发明通过将稻壳炭化得到的炭化粉末,并与炭黑混合得导电填料,通过丙烯酸乙酯对导电填料进行表面改性,使炭黑在涂料中具有良好的分散稳定性,再将酚醛环氧树脂在氮气环境中,加入二乙醇胺进行反应,得改性环氧树脂,随后将改性环氧树脂与表面接枝丙烯酸乙酯的炭黑、钛白粉等其他组份混合,经过分散、研磨、过筛,得到均匀抗静电涂料,本发明制备得到的抗静电涂料具有良好的抗静电性及导电均匀性,在耐磨耗性、粘合性、耐候性、导电均匀、抗静电等各个方面都有较好的性能,广泛应用于电器、电子产品等领域。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案:
(1)称取30~50g稻壳,完全干燥后放入炭化炉中,在隔绝氧气的环境下,设置在500~700℃温度炭化2~3h,炭化使稻壳完全变黑,自然冷却至室温后取出并粉碎、过筛得200~220目稻壳炭化粉末;
(2)分别称取100~150g炭黑和10~15g上述稻壳炭化粉末加入到高速搅拌机中,用500~600r/min转速充分分散5~10min,分散后的分散物加入到反应器中,按固液比1:5向反应器中加入丙烯酸乙酯,在氮气的保护下搅拌,在70~90℃搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后过滤,得滤渣,并将滤渣用去离子水洗涤3~5次,洗涤后放入真空烘箱中,在60~70℃干燥3~5h,干燥后研磨、过筛得150~170目粉末,即可得到表面接枝丙烯酸乙酯的炭黑,备用;
(3)称取60~70g酚醛环氧树脂加入到三口烧瓶中,放入60~70℃温度的水浴锅中,边搅拌边滴加5~7mL乙二醇二缩水甘油醚到烧瓶中,控制滴加速度为1~3滴/s,滴加结束搅拌20~30min,搅拌后向烧瓶中通入氮气,排除空气后向烧瓶中加入25~35mL二乙醇胺,继续保温搅拌反应2~3h,反应结束后冷却至室温,即可得到改性环氧树脂;
(4)按重量份数计,分别选取50~60份上述改性环氧树脂,8~12份步骤(2)备用的表面接枝丙烯酸乙酯的炭黑,5~8份聚氨酯树脂,5~10份重质碳酸钙,1~3份硼酸锌,1~2份磷酸三丁酯,5~7份甲基硅油,1~3份纳米二氧化钛和10~15份二甲苯,放入分散罐中在1000~1200r/min转速搅拌分散1~2h,将分散物用胶体磨研磨、研磨后用350~400目筛网过滤即可得到均匀抗静电涂料。
本发明制备的均匀抗静电涂料的固化温度为190~200℃,固化时间10~12min,比重(25℃.g/cm3)为1.3~1.6,形成的涂膜厚度为60~80μm,涂膜性能中的抗冲击性为45~50kg/cm,附着力为0~1级,黏度67.1~67.4mPa·s,硬度为2~3H,表面电阻105~107Ω,平均覆盖率为7~10m2/kg,测得表面电阻为8.5×105~9.5×105Ω。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备的均匀抗静电涂料具有良好的抗静电性及导电均匀性;
(2)本发明制备的均匀抗静电涂料在耐磨耗性、粘合性、耐候性、导电均匀、抗静电等各个方面都有较好的性能,广泛应用于显示器、电器、通讯器材、电子产品等领域。
具体实施方式

本发明制备的均匀抗静电涂料的固化温度为200℃,固化时间12min,比重(25℃.g/cm3)为1.6,形成的涂膜厚度为80μm,涂膜性能中的抗冲击性为50kg/cm,附着力为1级,黏度67.4mPa·s,硬度为3H,表面电阻107Ω,平均覆盖率为10m2/kg,测得表面电阻为,9.5×105Ω。

1.一种导电炭黑,其特征在于,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)称取30~50g稻壳,完全干燥后放入炭化炉中,在隔绝氧气的环境下,设置在500~700℃温度炭化2~3h,炭化使稻壳完全变黑,自然冷却至室温后取出并粉碎、过筛得200~220目稻壳炭化粉末;
(2)分别称取100~150g炭黑和10~15g上述稻壳炭化粉末加入到高速搅拌机中,用500~600r/min转速充分分散5~10min,分散后的分散物加入到反应器中,按固液比1:5向反应器中加入丙烯酸乙酯,在氮气的保护下搅拌,在70~90℃搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后过滤,得滤渣,并将滤渣用去离子水洗涤3~5次,洗涤后放入真空烘箱中,在60~70℃干燥3~5h,干燥后研磨、过筛得150~170目粉末,即可得到表面接枝丙烯酸乙酯的导电炭黑。
2.一种均匀抗静电涂料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括50~60份改性环氧树脂,8~12份表面接枝丙烯酸乙酯的炭黑,5~8份聚氨酯树脂,5~10份重质碳酸钙,1~3份硼酸锌,1~2份磷酸三丁酯,5~7份甲基硅油,1~3份纳米二氧化钛和10~15份二甲苯;
其中,所述炭黑按照权利要求1所述的方法制备;
所述改性环氧树脂的制备步骤为:
(a)称取60~70g酚醛环氧树脂加入到三口烧瓶中,放入60~70℃温度的水浴锅中,边搅拌边滴加5~7mL乙二醇二缩水甘油醚到烧瓶中,控制滴加速度为1~3滴/s,滴加结束搅拌20~30min,搅拌后向烧瓶中通入氮气,排除空气后向烧瓶中加入25~35mL二乙醇胺,继续保温搅拌反应2~3h,反应结束后冷却至室温,即可得到改性环氧树脂。
