本发明涉及玻璃领域,特别是一种透气防弹玻璃。
背景技术
防弹玻璃是由玻璃和优质工程塑料经特殊加工得到的一种复合型材料,其具有普通玻璃的外观和传送光的行为,同时对小型武器的射击提供一定的保护,广泛应用于银行、珠宝、证券、保险、邮政等系统以及高级别墅、商务大厦等对安全性要求较高的场所。这种中空防弹玻璃虽然在防弹的同时达到了隔音隔热的效果,但是为了保证其安全防护性,防弹玻璃通常是采用固定安装结构,而造成室内外空气不易流通,进而使室内人员感到烦闷不适。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种透气防弹玻璃。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种透气防弹玻璃,包括第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板,第一玻璃板与第二层玻璃板内部结构相同,所述第一玻璃板与第二玻璃板之间设置有中空腔室,所述第一玻璃板设置有若干第一通风孔,所述第二玻璃板设置有若干第二通风孔,所述第一通风孔与第二通风孔交错设置,所述中空腔室的顶底端设置有一缓冲框架,所述第一玻璃板可以在缓冲框架上移动;所述第一玻璃板包括第一玻璃层与第二玻璃层之间通过第一聚氨酯层连接,所述第二玻璃层的后侧设置有一层聚碳酸脂层,所述第二玻璃层与聚碳酸脂层之间通过第二聚氨酯层连接。
优选地,所述缓冲框架包括L形框架,所述L形框架的横框上内设置有条形滑槽,所述条形滑槽内设置有一可以在所述条形滑槽内滑动的滑块,所述滑块与第二玻璃板之间设置有一弹簧。
优选地,所述第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层均为浮法玻璃,所述第一玻璃层的厚度大于第二玻璃层,所述第一玻璃层的厚度为9.5mm-8.5mm,所述第二玻璃层的厚度为7.5mm-6.5mm。

本发明具有以下优点:外层的第一玻璃层、第二玻璃层使用浮法玻璃作为基体,在受到冲击时首先破碎吸收弹头的冲击的能量,改变侵入物体的方向,提高防弹玻璃整体的强度;第一聚氨酯层和第二聚氨酯层具有良好的韧性,吸收绝大部分冲击能量,第一聚氨酯层和第二聚氨酯层具有粘接力具有高强度,弯曲强度高的特点,进一步的吸收弹头冲击能量,可以在外层玻璃受冲击碎裂后保持防弹玻璃的完整性;玻璃后聚碳酸酯层具有高硬层,耐冲击的特点,在弹头设计的过程中最终将滩头阻挡,使之不能穿透防弹玻璃,且两层玻璃板的设计更提高了防弹玻璃的防弹性能,设计的第一通风孔和第二通风孔,从而在保证透气防弹玻璃具有良好的安全防护性的同时实现通风透气的功能,缓冲框架可以使得第一玻璃板受到冲击的时候,可以起到缓冲作用,防止第二玻璃板也受到冲击。
