Abstract
本发明提供了一种JBR4防弹玻璃,包括第一白玻层、第二白玻层和PC层A,所述第一白玻层、第二白玻层、PC层A通过聚氨酯胶粘结。本发明还提供了一种包括JBR4防弹玻璃,包括白玻层一、白玻层二、白玻层三、白玻层四和PC层B,所述白玻层一、白玻层二、白玻层三、白玻层四、PC层B通过聚氨酯胶粘结。本发明提供的两种防弹玻璃,安全、防弹、高透明度、抗冲击性、抗穿透性,在受到弹击时,另一侧不会有飞溅物溅出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及特种玻璃技术领域,特别是涉及一种JBR4及JBR6防弹玻璃。
背景技术
防弹玻璃作为一种透明材料,具有极高的强度和韧性,可以承受强烈冲击和破坏,在满足透光观察要求的同时抵御枪弹射击而不被穿透,在安全防护方面有着广泛的用途,常用于银行、贵重物品陈列柜、监狱等地的门窗部位,以最大程度的保护人身安全,为了实现防弹功能,防弹玻璃常设计为多层的层状结构。
本产品采用优等浮法玻璃和优等聚氨酯为材料,经过特殊工艺加工而成的一种复合材料,它通常是一种透明的产品。也可将其制作成其它不透明,如PVB可采用乳白、瓷白、磨砂等颜色,同时也具有普通玻璃的外观和传送光的行为,对子弹的射击起到了一定得防护作用。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供一种JBR4及JBR6防弹玻璃,具有安全、防弹、高透明度、抗冲击性、抗穿透性的作用。
一种JBR4防弹玻璃,包括第一白玻层、第二白玻层和PC层A,所述第一白玻层、第二白玻层、PC层A通过聚氨酯胶粘结。
进一步的,所述第一白玻层的厚度为8mm,第二白玻的厚度为6mm,PC层A的厚度为3mm。
一种JBR6防弹玻璃,包括白玻层一、白玻层二、白玻层三、白玻层四和PC层B,所述白玻层一、白玻层二、白玻层三、白玻层四、PC层B通过聚氨酯胶粘结。
进一步的,所述白玻层一的厚度为8mm,白玻层二的厚度为8mm,白玻层三的厚度为8mm,白玻层四的厚度为6mm,PC层B的厚度为3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:聚氨酯是一种具有高强度、抗撕裂、耐磨等特性的高分子材料。当产品外面受到弹击时,经过产品外面玻璃的阻拦,能够有效的吸收子弹的动能,使子弹的速度减慢,撞击力减小。高强度韧性和抗撕裂性,更加有效的阻止子弹的穿透能力,子弹不能够穿透。再加上PC的保护,在受到弹击时,贴近人员的一侧不会有飞溅物溅出,从而保证舱内人员的安全。

请参阅图1,一种JBR4防弹玻璃,包括厚度为8mm的第一白玻层1、厚度为6mm的第二白玻层2和厚度为3mm的PC层A3,所述第一白玻层1、第二白玻层2、PC层A3通过聚氨酯胶9粘结。
请参阅图2,一种JBR6防弹玻璃,包括厚度为8mm的白玻层一4、厚度为8mm白玻层二5、厚度为8mm白玻层三6、厚度为6mm白玻层四7和厚度为3mmPC层8B,所述白玻层一4、白玻层二5、白玻层三6、白玻层四7、PC层B8通过聚氨酯胶9粘结。

1.一种JBR4防弹玻璃,其特征在于,包括第一白玻层、第二白玻层和PC层A,所述第一白玻层、第二白玻层、PC层A通过聚氨酯胶粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包括JBR4防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一白玻层的厚度为8mm,第二白玻的厚度为6mm,PC层A的厚度为3mm。
3.一种JBR6防弹玻璃,其特征在于,包括白玻层一、白玻层二、白玻层三、白玻层四和PC层B,所述白玻层一、白玻层二、白玻层三、白玻层四、PC层B通过聚氨酯胶粘结。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种包括JBR6防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述白玻层一的厚度为8mm,白玻层二的厚度为8mm,白玻层三的厚度为8mm,白玻层四的厚度为6mm,PC层B的厚度为3mm。
