Abstract
本发明公开一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将酸性硅溶胶和氢氧化钯混合后,快速搅拌均匀,并维持在混合液的pH为2.2‑2.8,室温陈化处理4‑5小时后,制得改性硅溶胶;(2)向有机硅粘结剂中加入改性硅溶胶,混合搅拌均匀后,制得有机硅混合粘结剂;(3)将云母纸正反两面喷洒改性液后,晾干处理,然后将云母纸正反面涂刷上步骤(2)制得的有机硅混合粘结剂,再将玻璃纤维布平铺在云母纸的正反面上,放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得耐火线用耐火云母带。本发明制得的有机硅混合粘结剂,使用寿命长,不易发生脆化的现象,可在使用的过程中长久的保持较高的粘合力。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于耐火线制备技术领域,具体涉及一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法。
背景技术
耐火线采用玻璃纤维和耐火云母带经特殊工艺加工而成,主要特征是耐高温、绝缘、防火阻燃、耐腐蚀、耐老化、耐气候性、高强度、高模量、防静电等的特点。其中耐火线的防火阻燃性能,和其所选用的耐火云母带的性能有着较大的关联,耐火云母带由云母纸,增强材料和粘结剂三部分所组成,现有技术中,耐火云母带所用粘结剂均采用有机硅粘结剂,其具有优异的耐高温性能,但是其同时存在着使用寿命较短的现象,在储存的过程中,粘结剂易出现硬化、干燥的现象,脆性大,粘结性能下降,进而导致耐火线的使用寿命下降。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将酸性硅溶胶和氢氧化钯按照质量比为8-11:1的质量比混合后,快速搅拌均匀,并维持在混合液的pH为2.2-2.8,室温陈化处理4-5小时后,制得改性硅溶胶;
(2)向有机硅粘结剂中加入其重量0.08-0.1倍重的改性硅溶胶,混合搅拌均匀后,制得有机硅混合粘结剂;
(3)将云母纸正反两面喷洒改性液后,晾干处理,然后将云母纸正反面涂刷上步骤(2)制得的有机硅混合粘结剂,再将玻璃纤维布平铺在云母纸的正反面上,放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得耐火线用耐火云母带,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠11-16份、N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐4-9份、五硼酸铵3-6份、水190-200份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,酸性硅溶胶SiO2的含量为30.5%,pH值为3。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,改性液的用量为350-400ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘箱烘干的温度为55-60℃,烘干的时间为100-120min。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的耐火云母带,各项力学性能优异,耐高温、耐低温性能优异,耐化学腐蚀性能强,尤其是本发明提供的有机硅混合粘结剂,使用寿命长,不易发生脆化的现象,可在使用的过程中长久的保持较高的粘合力。其中,步骤(1)制得的改性硅溶胶,可有效的防止有机硅粘结剂在使用的过程中,发生脆化的现象,延长了有机硅粘结剂的使用寿命;步骤(3)中的改性液,可有效的提升云母纸的表面活性,提升有机硅粘结剂在其表面分布的均匀性,进而有效的提升了有机硅混合粘结剂的涂刷效果,延长了耐火云母带的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用来说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围,实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将酸性硅溶胶和氢氧化钯按照质量比为8:1的质量比混合后,快速搅拌均匀,并维持在混合液的pH为2.2,室温陈化处理4小时后,制得改性硅溶胶;
(2)向有机硅粘结剂中加入其重量0.08倍重的改性硅溶胶,混合搅拌均匀后,制得有机硅混合粘结剂;
(3)将云母纸正反两面喷洒改性液后,晾干处理,然后将云母纸正反面涂刷上步骤(2)制得的有机硅混合粘结剂,再将玻璃纤维布平铺在云母纸的正反面上,放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得耐火线用耐火云母带,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠11份、N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐4份、五硼酸铵3份、水190份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,酸性硅溶胶SiO2的含量为30.5%,pH值为3。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,改性液的用量为350ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘箱烘干的温度为55℃,烘干的时间为100min。
实施例2
一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将酸性硅溶胶和氢氧化钯按照质量比为10:1的质量比混合后,快速搅拌均匀,并维持在混合液的pH为2.6,室温陈化处理4.5小时后,制得改性硅溶胶;
(2)向有机硅粘结剂中加入其重量0.09倍重的改性硅溶胶,混合搅拌均匀后,制得有机硅混合粘结剂;
(3)将云母纸正反两面喷洒改性液后,晾干处理,然后将云母纸正反面涂刷上步骤(2)制得的有机硅混合粘结剂,再将玻璃纤维布平铺在云母纸的正反面上,放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得耐火线用耐火云母带,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠13份、N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐7份、五硼酸铵5份、水195份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,酸性硅溶胶SiO2的含量为30.5%,pH值为3。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,改性液的用量为380ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘箱烘干的温度为58℃,烘干的时间为110min。
实施例3
一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将酸性硅溶胶和氢氧化钯按照质量比为11:1的质量比混合后,快速搅拌均匀,并维持在混合液的pH为2.8,室温陈化处理5小时后,制得改性硅溶胶;
(2)向有机硅粘结剂中加入其重量0.1倍重的改性硅溶胶,混合搅拌均匀后,制得有机硅混合粘结剂;
(3)将云母纸正反两面喷洒改性液后,晾干处理,然后将云母纸正反面涂刷上步骤(2)制得的有机硅混合粘结剂,再将玻璃纤维布平铺在云母纸的正反面上,放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得耐火线用耐火云母带,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠16份、N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐9份、五硼酸铵6份、水200份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,酸性硅溶胶SiO2的含量为30.5%,pH值为3。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,改性液的用量为400ml/m2。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘箱烘干的温度为60℃,烘干的时间为120min。
对比例1
有机硅粘结剂中不加入改性硅溶胶,其余的操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法制得耐火云母带,然后自然存放12个月后,查看各组耐火云母带中粘结剂是否发生脆化现象,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明制得的耐火云母带,使用寿命长,品质优异。

Claims (4)
1.一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将酸性硅溶胶和氢氧化钯按照质量比为8-11:1的质量比混合后,快速搅拌均匀,并维持在混合液的pH为2.2-2.8,室温陈化处理4-5小时后,制得改性硅溶胶;
(2)向有机硅粘结剂中加入其重量0.08-0.1倍重的改性硅溶胶,混合搅拌均匀后,制得有机硅混合粘结剂;
(3)将云母纸正反两面喷洒改性液后,晾干处理,然后将云母纸正反面涂刷上步骤(2)制得的有机硅混合粘结剂,再将玻璃纤维布平铺在云母纸的正反面上,放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得耐火线用耐火云母带,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠11-16份、N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐4-9份、五硼酸铵3-6份、水190-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,酸性硅溶胶SiO2的含量为30.5%,pH值为3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,改性液的用量为350-400ml/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火线用耐火云母带的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,烘箱烘干的温度为55-60℃,烘干的时间为100-120min。
