本发明公开了一种混合效果更好的饲料搅拌装置,包括箱体、驱动电机和翻动搅拌装置;所述箱体内设有筛板,箱体位于筛板上方的腔体为粉碎腔,粉碎腔内设有粉碎刀;所述粉碎刀连接有输出轴,输出轴靠近筛板一侧固定连接有呈圆周分布的铲板;所述箱体位于筛板下方的腔体为混合腔,混合腔内设有翻动搅拌装置。本发明通过设有粉碎刀和铲板,对饲料中大颗粒饲料进行进一步的粉碎,提高后续饲料搅拌混合的效果;本发明通过设有公转且自转的翻动板和螺旋叶片辊,使得不同位置的饲料进行充分的混合,提高混合的均匀性,提高饲料搅拌混合的效果,保证饲料营养的均匀性。

1.一种混合效果更好的饲料搅拌装置,包括箱体(1)、驱动电机(7)和翻动搅拌装置 (9);其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内设有筛板(3),筛板(3)上均匀分布有筛孔(4),筛孔(4)为 圆台状结构;所述箱体(1)位于筛板(3)上方的腔体为粉碎腔,粉碎腔内设有粉碎刀(5);所 述粉碎刀(5)连接有输出轴(6),输出轴(6)延伸至箱体(1)上方并连接有驱动电机(7);所述 输出轴(6)靠近筛板(¾ 一侧固定连接有呈圆周分布的铲板(8),铲板(8)下端与筛板上 表面滑动连接;所述箱体(1)位于筛板(3)下方的腔体为混合腔,混合腔内设有翻动搅拌装 置(9),翻动搅拌装置包括转筒(10)、翻动板(19)和螺旋叶片辊(13);所述转筒(10)通过轴 承(11)与输出轴(6)转动连接,转筒(10)外侧端部套设有滚动齿轮环(12),滚动齿轮环(12) 顶部齿合有环形齿条(18);所述螺旋叶片辅(I3)下端延伸至转筒(1〇)内并固定连接有第一 锥齿轮(14),第一锥齿轮(14)齿合有第二锥齿轮(IS),第二锥齿轮(15)固定连接有传动轴 (16),传动轴(16)延伸至转筒(15)外侧并固定连接有滚动齿轮(17),滚动齿轮(17)与滚动 凶轮环(12)的齿数不问,浓动凶轮(17)与环形齿条(18)齿合;所述转筒(1〇)位于螺旋叶片 辊(13)相对位置设有翻动板(I9),翻动板(I9)表面设有半圆凸条(2〇);所述箱体(丨)右侧下 端铰接有出料板(23),出料板(23)设有锁扣;所述箱体(1)内位于出料板(23)左侧设有设有 刮板(21),刮板(21)底部均匀分布有刷毛(24),刮板(23)与输出轴⑹固定连接。
